Helena's Yacht: Faison:Isn't that a little risky. What if Stefan tells Bobbie Spencer he's just met Roberta Anderson and she says that's impossible, because she's Roberta Anderson. Helena:That won't happen. I know my son. He won't do that. He has a very secretive nature. He'll keep it a secret from Bobbie and feel compelled to start seeing "Roberta" on the sly. Faison:You do realize you're planning to sic a psychopath on your own son, don't you? The last man she was involved with she ended up killing. Helena:You don't seem worried about that, and you're sharing her bed. Faison:What does a homicidal maniac have to fear from a mere psychopath. Helena:How true. On to other matters. The Scorpios have done nothing about the birth certificate Luke left with them. I'm getting sick of waiting for them to go see the doctor who attended Anna when she was in labor. So I think we should give them a little push. Faison:What did you have in mind. Helena:I think we need to do something to pique their curiosity so finding out the truth will be irresistable to them. Wyndemere: Bobbie(as Sonny enters)So how did it go. Sonny:I promised Carly I wouldn't tell you what we talked about and I can't break my word to her. But, needless to say, we've got a big problem on our hands with Carly and Helena Cassadine. Bobbie:Then I was right to worry. Helena has got her hooks into my daughter. Sonny:You could say that. Bobbie:Well, I'll just have to get her hooks out of Carly, won't I. Sonny:Bobbie, would you mind staying out of this and letting me handle this, myself. Bobbie:I don't know, Sonny. Won't that cause trouble between you and Brenda. She made it pretty clear she wasn't pleased about you going over to see Carly. Sonny:Brenda's just going a bit stir crazy, that's all. She can't go out and about like she'd like to because her mother's still on the loose. Not to mention having to be cooped up in that small room we live in most of the time. I've really got to find us a bigger place to live before the baby comes. But that isn't going to be easy on my current salary. Bobbie:Sonny, you're helping me with Carly, so maybe I can help you in return. The Brownstone is empty, right now, but I want to start renting the apartments, again. Only thing is I need a manager to run the place for me. Would you be interested in the job. It comes with a rent-free apartment. Sonny:Bobbie, I don't want charity. Bobbie:I'm not offering you any. If you take the position, you'll be responsible for handling any and all problems the tenants have. Believe me, you'll earn that rent-free apartment in spades. I can assure you, this isn't charity. I'm just trying to help us both out by making you this offer. Sonny:In that case, you've got yourself a deal. Scotty's Office: Scotty(as Laura enters)Laura, what can I do for you? Laura:I'm here about your ad in the paper. Scotty:You're applying for the job as my secretary? Laura:You don't have to sound so surprised. I do have experience as a secretary, you know. I worked for Edward Quartermaine as his secretary at ELQ if you need references to prove I can do the job. Scotty:Yes, but that was before you married Luke and you really haven't seemed to be interested in working since the Cassadines came to town. Laura, I need to hire someone whose really interested in this job. Not someone who might be using the job working for her ex-husband as a way to make her current husband sit up and take notice of her, again. Laura:All right, I admit the idea crossed my mind, but that's not the only reason I want this job. Scotty, I really started losing it just sitting around my house thinking of nothing but the mess I've made out of my life and I'm afraid I might start losing it, again, if I don't start doing something constructive with my life. Sonny, I really need this job. It could end up saving my sanity. Scotty:I know I'm going to live to regret this, but if you really want it, then the job is yours. On once condition. If you ever decided to quit, you have to stay on until I can find a replacement for you. Laura:Deal.(she throws her arms around Scotty)Thank you, Scotty, you won't regret this. Helena's Yacht: Helena(as Sonny enters)Mr. Corinthos, I was surprised to hear you wanted to see me. The question remains is why. I don't recall us having any dealings with each other. Sonny:I just came from paying my wife a visit. She tells me your her grandmother. I guess that makes you my grandmama-in-law. Helena:Do you want to crawl on my lap while Granny Helena gives you a big, sloppy kiss? Sonny:Cute. What I'd really like for you to do is stay away from my wife and leave her alone. Helena:Considering you're about to become Caroline's ex-husband, what you want doesn't matter squat. Sonny:Just what is it you want from Carly? Helena:I just want to be close to my granddaughter. Sonny:If that were true you could have done that years ago. Carly told me you claim you couldn't acknowledge her until now because you were afraid of your husband. Well, your dearly departed husband has been a frozen Mikkos on a stick for years. You could have had a relationship with Carly for over twenty years. Since you were paying your sister monthly checks, I doubt she would have complained about you developing a relationship with your own granddaughter if you'd really wanted one. So that suggests that unlike the bill of goods you've sold Carly about paying your sister money out of your great love for your grandchild to make sure she never wanted for anything, the truth was you were paying Virginia Benson to keep Carly out of the way like she was a dirty little secret you wanted to keep hidden. But now you've obviously found some kind of use for her, so now you go to her playing grandmother love. Stay away from Carly and leave her alone. Whatever plan you're hatching for, you'd just better drop it or I'll make you sorry you ever looked up your granddaughter, again. Helena:Mr. Corinthos, this is none of your business. You left my granddaughter for your mistress. I suggest you return to her and stay out of his, or I'll make you wish you were never born. Faison's Bedroom, Helena's Yacht: Faison(as Veronica rains kisses all over his chest)Veronique, you're insatiable. You're a woman after my own heart. Veronica:Cesar, I think you could be the man I've been looking for all of my life. My little eccentricities don't even seem to bother you in the least. Faison:That's because, my dear, we share the same eccentricities. You can't know how refreshing it is to be with a woman I can talk to about my triumphs and not have her be repulsed and label me a homicidal maniac. Veronica:When you tell me of the things you've done, all I feel is envy. Poisoning children with a virus so you can control their parents, mind control, killing your own mother...All I've done is try to murder my daughter and I failed miserabaly at that. Faison:Don't be so hard on yourself, my dear. Think of the long line of men you've disposed of and in so many, clever and different ways, too. Veronica:Yes, there is that. In Europe and the United Kingdom, they call me the Black Widow. I mate, then I kill. Faison:Speaking of which, I know of a new victim you could lure into your web. His name is Stefan Cassadine. Veronica:Tell me about him. Faison:He's engaged to marry a woman named Bobbie Spencer. What he doesn't know is he fell in love with her as a teenager. When he met her he thought she was someone named Roberta Anderson and she thought he was someone named Cass Stephens. Wouldn't it be fun to break them up by you pretending you were Roberta Anderson, his first teenage love. Kelly's Diner: Brenda(and Jagger enter laughing)Jagger, that was incredible. I'd forgotten how much fun it was to ride on the back of a motorcycle. Jagger:There's nothing like the feel of a hog between your legs, is there. Brenda:I've really got to convince Sonny to buy a motorcycle. Jagger:Somehow I just can't picture Corinthos on the back of a Harley. Brenda:You know, I'm really glad you're back in town. I've really missed having you around. Jagger:Brenda, do you ever wonder what might have happened between us if I hadn't picked Karen instead of you. Sonny(standing in the doorway)I hope I'm not interrupting anything. Brena(jumps away from Jagger, guiltily)Sonny, how long have you been standing there. Sonny:Long enough. What are you doing here, Cates. Jagger:When you deserted Brenda to pay a little social call to your wife, I came by and took Brenda for a spin on my bike. You've got a problem with that, Corinthos. Sonny:Wouldn't your time be better spent hunting down the mother, instead of spending time with the daughter, So Brenda can resume a normal life and stop being afraid her mother is going to jump out at her and strike if she so much as steps a foot outside the door. Jagger:I can do both, I assure you.(he flashes his dimples at Brenda)I'll see you around, Bren.(then he struts out the door without another word to Sonny) Sonny:God, I hate his dimples. Brenda:Sonny, if you're jealous, I can assure you nothing was going on. Jagger and I are just good friends. Sonny:Brenda, there was a time you were wild for Cates and he knows it. He's not about using that to get to you as some sort of way to get back at me. Brenda:Excuse me, are you suggesting Jagger only spent time with me to get back at you. Sonny:Brenda, the guy is being eaten alive with his hatred for me because of Stone. He blames me for Stone getting Aids. He blames me for being the one Stone thought of as his brother. He blames me for being the one Stone wanted with him when he died. And you'd better accept the fact that any attention Jagger pays to you is highly suspect.
