Luke's Club:
Luke(enters to find Sonny sitting on the floor playing with Michael)Did 
Carly dump the kid on you while she shops until she drops.
Sonny:No, I wanted to take care of him.
Luke:You'd better watch out, Corinthos. For a marriage you say will only 
be temporary, you're becoming awfully attached to that kid.
Sonny:Look, at that face, Spencer. Who would become attached.
Luke:You've got a point. I say the same thing every morning when I look 
at myself in the mirror. The kid looks just like me. It looks like the 
kid's becoming attached to you, too.
Sonny:You know I'm good with babies.
Luke:Yeah, you should have one of your own.
Sonny:No, this is as close as I'll ever get. I accepted that when I 
chose not to show up at the church and marry Brenda. When I left town I 
lost my last chance to be a father.
Luke:Tell me something. How did you do it?
Sonny:Do what?
Luke:How did you forgive Brenda for wearing a wire for the cops enough 
to ask her to marry you after it happened.
Sonny:I didn't, really. I haven't really forgiven it anymore than I'll 
ever be able to forget it. I guess you could say I accepted what she did 
to me and found some way to live with it and still love her. I'll never 
really understand how she could do something like that to me when she 
loved me or how she thought wearing a wire would get me to be honest 
with her. But as badly as she hurt me and inspite of all the pain she 
caused me I still loved her. I tried to hate her. I tried to let her go. 
But I couldn't do it. So I just learned to live with what she did to me. 
People do all sorts of horrible things to each other in the name of 
love. You raped Laura, I left Brenda at the altar and Laura did the 
things she did. If the love survives the betrayal you have to accept 
what the person you love did and find some way to live with it and if 
you can't do that and the love doesn't survive you have to let them go 
and move on. Laura still loved you even after what you did to her, so 
she found a way to accept it, live
with it and still love you. Brenda didn't so she let me go and moved on. 
Luke, you'll never be able to change the fact that Laura slept with both 
Cassadine brothers or anything else she did. I know you still love her, 
so you'd better find some way to live with what she did so you two can 
get past it and still be together and if you can't then you've got to 
let her go and move on.
Luke:Tell me something, partner. What would have happened if Brenda had 
come back to you instead of the big blonde one. What if she'd come to 
you and said she accepted what you did to her, she could live with it 
and she still loved you. Would you have picked up with her right where 
you left off?
Sonny:I really don't know. You were with me when I learned about 
Brenda's death. I shut down emotionally and I've stayed that way ever 
since. Truth is, I like being numb because that way I don't feel any 
pain.
Luke:I'll tell you, partner, you really had me scared that day you 
started laughing and wouldn't stop. I thought you were losing your mind.
Sonny:So do I for a little while. The absurdity of the situation just 
struck me as incredibly funny and I couldn't stop laughing. I mean, I 
completely trashed my entire life all for the noble reason that I was 
keeping Brenda safe so I told myself that made it all worth it. And what 
happens? Brenda winds up dead, anyway. The real kicker was if I'd 
married Brenda and taken her away with me, she'd be alive because her 
crazy mother wouldn't have been able to find her.
Luke:How'd you feel watching the great reunion.
Sonny:It hurt, but at the same time I was relieved Brenda hadnt came 
back to me. With Brenda I have to give her everything. My heart, my 
soul, my trust. She won't settle for anything less. That's why I enjoy 
being with Carly. All she wants from me is my body and enough spending 
cash to shop until she drops. And that's about all I'm up to giving a 
woman these days.
Luke:If that's the way you feel why don't you make your marriage to 
CArly a permanent thing.
Sonny:Because of the mob. As long as I'm in the mob, I can't have a wife 
or a child. I saw one wife die before my eyes. I'm going to make sure it 
never happens, again. And the only way I can make sure of that is to not 
have a wife peroid.

Jax's Penthouse:
Brenda(on the phone)So, did you do it?
Jason:Yeah, I convinced grandmother to invite Sonny and CArly to your 
welcome home party, tonight. I told her since grandfather threw CArly 
out and tried to take Michael from her with Carly's vindictive nature 
she might refuse to let the family have any contact with Michael. So 
this would be a good start to mending some fences. So the balls in your 
court, now. Just what do you have in mind for Sonny, anyway.
Brenda:I intend to push all of Sonny's buttons, tonight. Nobody knows 
how to get to him the way I do. Mike told me Sonny's got his guard up 
again and won't let anyone get close to him. I intend to change that.
Jason:Carly's close to him. She's sleeping with him.
Brenda:I meant emotionally. Carly just has the use of Sonny's body. Of 
course, until I have Sonny's body, I'm not going to be able to get 
emotionally close to him, either. So the first step to getting Sonny 
back is getting him to make love to me. If all goes right, that will 
happen before this night is over.
Jason:You shouldn't be so confident, Brenda. You know how stubborn Sonny 
is.
Brenda:Oh, Jason, I know this isn't going to be easy. Sonny is going to 
fight me every step of the way. But when Sonny and I were alone on the 
docks together he almost kissed me. All it's going to take is a little 
push from me and he'll do a lot more than that the next time we meet. 
And I have just the thing to push him with. The truth.

Quartermaine Mansion:
AJ:Alexis, I think you'll understand why I want to hire another lawyer 
to help me get custody of my son away from Carly.
Alexis:This is because I wouldn't use the fact Carly drugged you and 
made you think you'd gotten drunk, isn't it?
AJ:If the judge knew about that he would have seen how unfit she is as a 
mother.
Alexis:AJ, we had no proof. It was all hearsay. The bartender who helped 
her is nowhere to be found. Only Keesha could verify your story and 
she's your wife. The judge would have suspected she was lying for you so 
you could win the custody case. And, believe me, AJ, after the judge 
learned you paid men to lie about sleeping with CArly he would have 
believed Keesha was lying for you.
AJ:I don't believe this. Carly victimized me and when I stoop to her 
methods I'm considered the villain, here.
Alexis:AJ, you've got two chances to get custody of Michael away from 
Carly. Either prove Sonny and Carly only got married so she'd win the 
custody case or hope when the social worker visits Sonny and Carly that 
they make a very bad impression on her.

Bobbie's Bedroom, The Brownstone:
Tony(slips in while Bobbie lays sleeping in the bed. He keeps one eye on 
Bobbie as he goes through her jewelry box)It looks like you've kep every 
engagement and wedding ring you've ever gotten. Here's the wedding and 
engagement ring Cassadine gave you.(he tosses them aside)Ah, here's the 
ones I gave you.(he takes them out and goes over to the bed, then he 
carefully slides them on Bobbie's finger without waking her)I wonder 
what you'll think when you wake-up and find yourself wearing those.(he 
smiles evilly as he slips back out of the room)































































What does Guza have against Ned and Alexis. They're the secondest 
greatest waste of a couple after Stefan and Bobbie.
