Sonny's Bedroom, The Penthouse:
Carly(lays in bed watching Sonny stare out the window)You're thinking 
about her, aren't you, Sonny.
Sonny:(turns to her)Yeah, but not in the way you think. I was just 
thinking that after all the pain and heartache everything has worked out 
for the best. Brenda has who and what she wants and I'm getting back 
everything I gave up.
Carly:So you're saying you all lived happily ever after. 
Sonny:In a way. I was never cut out for the kind of like Brenda wanted, 
but Jax is, as much as I hate to admit it.
Carly:Did it hurt seeing them together like that on the docks.
Sonny;It hurt, but the more I see them together like that, the less pain 
it causes me. Maybe one day it won't even bother me, at all. The time it 
hurt the most was the night of the warehouse fire when she didn't know 
or even care that I was alive as long as she had her Jax. Only to be 
followed by her and Jax groping on the spot we first met.
Carly(holds out her hand to him)Come to bed, Sonny. It's our wedding 
night. I don't want you thinking about her. I want you thinking about 
me.(she yanks him down on the bed and they begin kissing)

V's Apartment:
V(answers the door to Jax)I'm surprised to see you. I didn't think you'd 
be able to tear yourself away from Brenda now your dreamgirl is back.
Jax:V, don't be that way.
V:Don't be that way. Excuse me, if I'm a little bitter. One minute we 
were going off to get married and the next minute you were going off 
with Brenda.
Jax:V, I'm still engaged to Brender. We were going to get married before 
her accident. 
V:And we were supposed to get married, today. Have you forgotten that it 
was only a few hours ago that you proposed to me now the object ofyour 
obsession has returned.
Jax:My what?
V:Your obsession, Jax. You are obsessed with Brenda. It doesn't matter 
how she treats you, you just go running back for more. It's kind of 
funny how you've told Brenda or anyone else who'll listen how sick her 
relationship with Sonny was since your relationship with Brenda is just 
as sick. News flash, Jax. Brenda's your addiction the same way Sonny is 
hers.
Jax:You're obviously irrational and don't know what you're saying. I 
think I'd better leave and come back, later, when you've had a chance to 
calm down.
V:I suppose you came here to tell me you've decided to pick up with 
Brenda right where you left off and that we should just pretend what 
happened between us was just a figment of my imagination.
Jax:Yes, I'm going to resume my relationship with Brender. Try to 
understand, V. It's the least I owe her after everything she's been 
through.
V(holds open the door for him)Fine you've told me. Goodbye.

Port Charles Hotel:
Katz(as Brenda packs a suitcase)So you're moving back in with Jax.
Brenda:Yes, we're picking up where we left off.
Katz:What about Sonny the man you came back here for.
Brenda:He's married to of all people, Carly Roberts. From what I heard, 
they just got married, today.
Katz:So you went back to Jax because you can't have Sonny. Tell me, what 
will happen in the future if you can suddenly have Sonny. Will you dump 
Jax? Can't you see how unfair you're being to him. You don't love him, 
you love Sonny.
Brenda:But I can't have Sonny and I don't want to be alone. Besides, Jax 
loves me. Dr. Katz, you should really be returning to California. Your 
services here are no longer required.
Katz:Oh, no, I think I'll stick around for a little while longer.
Brenda:You're my doctor. What I told you was confidential. You can't 
tell Jax the man I remembered and was coming back to was Sonny.
Katz:No, but I can stay here and convince you to do the right thing, 
which is to tell Jax the truth and let him go.

Robin's Cottage In The Woods:
Robin(as Jason enters)I'm glad you're finally home. I was beginning to 
get worried about you.
Jason:(heads over to the sink to wash his hands)Why? All I do is fix 
stupid motorcycles all day long. There's nothing dangerous in that.(he 
holds up his hands)No matter how much I wash my hands, I can never 
completely remove the grease from under my fingernails or wash the smell 
off me.
Robin:It's better than having blood under them. Jason, what's wrong.
Jason:Aside from the fact no one treats me with respect, anymore. I 
think I was wrong to let you convince me to testify against Carly at the 
custody hearing.
Robin:Jason, it was the right thing to do. The Quartermaines will be 
better for Michael than Carly.
Jason:That's the way you feel. Don't assume that that's the way I feel. 
Look, the walls of this place are beginning to close in on me. I can't 
breathe here. You're smothering me. I'm going out for a walk. Don't wait 
up for me. I don't know when I'll be back.

Sonny's Penthouse:
Carly(wakes up)Sonny, you know the really great thing about us being 
married. We can make love all night long.(she rolls over to him and 
finds the bed empty)Sonny?(she gets out of bed,puts her robe on and 
heads downstairs)Have you seen Sonny?
Luke:Oh, baby, you're slipping. You didn't even make it through the 
entire night without losing track of your bridegroom.
Carly:You didn't answer my question. Have you seen Sonny.
Luke:He left her a little while ago after he got a phone call. He said 
he was going for a walk on the docks. What do you bet he's not alone. 
The docks always were Sonny and Brenda's place.
Carly:Well, I'll just put a stop to that.
Luke:Caroline, the quickest way to lose Sonny is to try and put a leash 
on him. Let him be.

The Docks:
Sonny:You wanted to see me.
Jason;Sonny, I want back in. I hate that bike shop. I hate that cottage 
I live in. I hate everything about my life. I miss people looking up to 
me with respect because I had the power. Now people look down at me. All 
they see me as is a grease monkey. They don't respect me. They treat me 
as if I'm beneath them. They come to me to fix their bikes, but they 
wouldn't want to shake hands with me because they're afraid I'd get 
their hands dirty.
Sonny:Jason, I told you there was no going back for you. That y ou'd 
burned all your bridges behind you.
Jason:Sonny, I don't want to be in charge, again. I want to go back to 
being your righthand man.
Sonny:Jason, the only reason they're willing to overlook what I did is 
because they see me as their savior from Moreno. But already they're 
making noises because Brenda's back and they're worried history is about 
to repeat itself. They'd never put up with me bringing you back in after 
what you did.
Jason:Is history about to repeat itself, Sonny?
Sonny:You mean Brenda and me. Jason, I just married Carly, today.
Jason:You don't love Carly. You're in love with Brenda.
Sonny:But Brenda doesn't love me. Besides, I've had enough of love. I 
wrecked my life because of love. With Carly I don't have to put myself 
on the line. Carly and I enjoy having sex together, not only does she 
understand the mob, she likes it and I can be a father to Michael and 
give all my love to him without being afraid I'll be hurt in return.
Jason:Sonny, I'm the one who should be a father to Michael.
Sonny:Again, Jason, you made the choice. The only way you could have had 
Michael was if you'd chosen Carly. But you chose Robin, instead.
Jason(as he walks off)Sometimes I think I almost hate Robin. If she 
hadn't come back into my life, I'd still have everything you have now.
Sonny(makes to follow after him)Jason!(suddenly Brenda appears in his 
path)

Underground Parking Garage, General Hospital:
Bobbie(footsteps echo against the pavement as he heads toward her car. 
At this time of night, the place is practically deserted and it's as 
quiet as a morgue. She climbs behind the wheel and starts up the car. 
Suddenly a hand falls on her shoulder. In the rearview window she can 
see Tony sitting in the backseat)
Tony:Hello, Bobbie, I've been waiting for you.
