Spencer, let's make this interesting. If the house winsyou go back to 
Port Charles and clean-up the mess you've made of your life.
Luke:Let's make it even more interesting. If I win you have to go back 
to Port Charles with me.
Sonny:Luke, you know I can't go back to Port Charles.
Luke:That's an excuse and you know it. Brenda's dead. When she died, so 
did all the reasons for you to stay away. It's time you came home and 
reclaimed your life, again.
Sonny:All right, deal. If you win, I'll go back to Port Charles with 
you.
Luke:Hit me.(Sonny flips over a card and Luke smiles as he puffs on his 
cigar)Blackjack. 21. It looks like you and I are heading back to Port 
Charles, together, partner.

Wyndmere:
Alexis(watching Stefan admiring the engagement ring he's bought for 
Laura)Stefan, I'm begging you. Don't do this. Don't ask Laura Spencer to 
marry you.
Stefan:Stay out of this, Alexis.
Alexis:Even if Laura says yes, are you forgetting she's still married to 
Luke Spencer.
Stefan:That can be easily remedied. Spencer abandoned Lasha.
Alexis:What if he comes back. Do you honestly think Laura will stay with 
you if Luke Spencer returns. That she'll choose you over him. Hello, 
Stefan, this is a woman who chose Luke Spencer over her own son.
Stefan:He won't come back. ( the phone rings)Stefan Cassadine, here. 
Katherine, what do you want.
Kat;I'm at the hospital, Stefan. There's been an accident. Nikolas has 
been hurt.(she hangs up and looks over at Helena)
Helena:Is he coming?
Kat:Yes, he's on the way. You didn't tell me you were going to harm 
Nikolas. That wasn't part of our plan.
Helena:If the little whelp lives or dies it makes no difference to me. 
The only use he is to me is as a tool to make Stefan's little dreamworld 
come crumbling around his ears.

Tony's Cabin in the Woods:
Tony(sits at a table cutting Jerry's face out of a photo he took of 
Jerry and Bobbie in the park. Then he tapes a picture of himself over 
where Jerry's face once was.)That's much better.(he takes the photograph 
over to the wall where he tapes it amongst a whole wall covered in 
similar photos of Bobbie that's he's taken in recent weeks)You've been a 
very bad girl, Bobbie. You've been very mean to me. Not letting me see 
Lucas. Taking Carly's side over mine. I'm really going to have to teach 
you a lesson. And after you've learned your lesson and begged for my 
forgiveness, I'll forgive you and you, me and Lucas will live happily 
ever after. Won't that be swell?

Emergency Room, General Hospital:
Stefan(rushes in)Where is my son? What's happened to him?
Kat(comes up to him)Stefan, the doctor is still examining him. We still 
don't know anything, yet.
Stefan:What happened to him. If you had anything to do with this I'll...
Kat:Stefan, don't be ridiculous. I love Nikolas. In fact, he asked me to 
marry him, tonight, and I said yes.
Stefan:Are you mad, woman. It was bad enough when you told him I was his 
father and seduced him into your bed. But if you think I'm going to 
allow you to marry him, you're certifiable. I'll see you dead, first.
Laura(comes rushing in)Where's my son? Stefan, what happened to Nikolas.
Stefan:I don't know, Lasha. Katherine was just about to tell me.
Kat(with a smirk at Laura)Nikolas was shot.
Laura:Oh, my god!
Stefan:How?
Kat:Nikolas and I were coming out of Luke's when this masked man came 
out of nowhere and tried to rob us. When Nikolas tried to stop him from 
taking my engagement ring the mugger shot him.(they all rush to the 
doctor as he exits the emergency room)
Stefan:Dr. Andrews, how is my son.
Grant:He's lost a lot of blood. Before we can go in and remove the 
bullet, he's going to need a blood transfusion. Unfortunately, the blood 
bank is all out of Mr. Cassadines blood type.
Stefan:I'll give blood to my son.
Laura:So will I.
Grant:Do you know your blood type?
Stefan:I'm O negative.
Laura:And I'm O positive.
Grant(confused)You Mr. Cassadine's natural parents?
Stefan:Of course we are. Why do you ask.
Grant;Mr. Cassadine's blood type is B positive. It's impossible for two 
parents with type O blood to have a child with the B blood type. Mr. 
Cassadine, I hate to ask you this, but are you sure you're the father.
Stefan:Just what are you saying.
Helena(comes up behind him, grinning)He's saying you're not Nikolas' 
father, Stefan, dahling.
Laura:My god, Nikolas is really Stavros' son, after all. Stefan, you 
said you were his father. I assumed you had a paternity test done since 
you were so sure about it.
Stefan:It wasn't necessary. I saw a copy of Stavros' autopsy report. My 
brother was sterile.
Laura:The report must have been wrong.
Helena:It doesn't matter if it was. Stavros' blood was also type O. Now 
let's all try to figure this out, shall we? If neither Stefan nor 
Stavros is Nikolas' father than whou could be his father? Come along, 
Laura. Stretch that tiny little brain of yours and help us solve this 
riddle.
Laura:Oh, my god! Luke's blood type is type B.
Helena:Bingo!
Stefan(turns on Laura)You knew all along, didn't you.
Helena(eggs him on)Of course she did.
Laura(shakes her head in denial)No, that's not true. 
Helena:She and Luke have been laughing at you for years.
Stefan:Did it amuse you and Spencer to have your spawn raised a 
Cassadine.
Laura:Stefan, if I knew Nikolas was Luke's son do you honestly think I 
would have allowed him to be raised a Cassadine.
Stefan:Well, Lasha, if you think what the Cassadines have done to you 
and Spencer up until now was bad, you haven't seen anything, yet. You 
and Spencer will pay for this.(Stefan storms out of the hospital, while 
Helena throws back her head and laughs)

Port Charles Airport:
Luke:(and Sonny enter from the runway)Well, we're home.
Sonny(less than thrilled)Yeah, home. Since the penthouse is empty, I 
guess I'll head over there.
Luke:You mind if I bunk with you. I'm not ready to go home just yet.
Sonny:You know where ever I am, I've always got room for you and you're 
always welcome. You know, I'm feeling kind of restless after that long 
flight. If you're headed to the penthouse, could you drop my bags off 
and I'll meet you back there, later.(he pulls the keys out of his pocket 
and hands them to Luke)
Luke:Sure, whatever you want, partner.
Sonny:(as he heads towards the exit)I'll see you later.

Quartermaine Mansion:
Edward:Now that we've got Carly and Michael living here we've got to 
find some way to prove she's an unfit mother so we can get custody away 
from her and throw her out.
AJ:It isn't going to be easy. So far Carly's been behaving like the 
model mother, but I know she can't keep this up for much longer.(just 
then they see Carly pass by in the hall on her way out)Going somewhere, 
Carly?
Carly(smiles)Bobbie and I are going to go to the movies together. We're 
going to have a real mother/daughter night on the town. I'll see you 
two, later. Don't wait up. I'll probably get in late.(as soon as Carly 
closes the front door behind her she pulls her blouse out of the 
waist-band of her skirt and ties it underneath her breasts, baring her 
mid-drift. Next she removes her wrap-around knee-length skirt revealing 
a micro mini underneath. And, lastly, she pulls her hair out of it's 
ponytail holder and fluffs it up.)Now that's more like it.(she looks 
back at the house as she walks away and laughs)Suckers.

Brenda's Grave, Port Charles Cemetery:
Sonny(kneels in front of Brenda's grave)I never wanted it to end up like 
this. Me alive and you dead. I did everything I could think of to 
prevent this from happening. I thought if I didn't marry you, you'd be 
safe. I even tried to protect Jax, a man I can't stand, because I 
thought I owed it to you. But exactly a year after I left you, on the 
day that would have been our first wedding anniversary if I'd married 
you, you died, and it's all my fault. Because I married Lily she died 
and because I didn't marry you, you died. The sick truth is I married 
the wrong woman and didn't marry the right one and because of that you 
both ended up dead and I have to live with that for the rest of my life. 
But I think the thing that I feel the most guilty about is underneath 
all the pain I felt when I learned you were dead, I felt like I was 
finally free of you and this thing between us. When I left Port Charles 
I knew I'd lost you for good, but as long as we both still lived we'd 
never really be free of each other. As long as we both still drew breath 
we'd still be connected to each other. But now you're gone and I'm 
finally free to get my life back and that's what I"m going to do. But I 
want to make you a promise. I promise to never love another woman, 
again. You were the great love of my life and our love nearly destroyed 
me. In the end, I survived it, but I never want to experience anything 
like that, again. I've had my fill of love and now I'm going to pick up 
the pieces of my life and move on.(he places a single red rose on the 
grave that contains only an empty coffin)Goodbye, sweetheart, I won't be 
back. (then he walks away without looking back at the grave once)

A clinic somewhere in California:
Dr. Katz:Tell me about these flashes of memory you've been having, 
lately, Sunny.
Brenda(now played by Rosa Nevin who played Cecily opposite Maurice 
Benard's Nico on All My Children)It's always of this man I feel I know 
to the depth of my soul eventhough I can't remember who he is.
Dr. Katz:Describe him to me.
Brenda:He has dimples. These dark brown smoldering eyes that could make 
you melt into a puddle at his feet when he looks at you in a certain 
way. And black curly hair.
Dr. Katz;What do you feel when you think about him?
Brenda:(smiles)Love. I know that I loved him and that I'm still in love 
with him. That I'll always be in love with him until the day I die.
Dr. Katz:How can you be so sure of that.
Brenda:I don't know how I know. All I know is that it's true.

Recovery Room:
Mike(as Luke enters)Luke, so you've finally come back. Where have you 
been all this time.
Luke:With Sonny.
Mike:Michael? You know where Michael is. Luke, you've got to tell me. 
I'm his father. I have a right to know.
Luke:I brought him back with me.
Mike(coming out from behind the bar)Is he at the penthouse?
Luke:Mike, the reason I came here was to ask you to give Sonny his 
space. To let him come to you when he's ready to come to you.
Mike:Luke, I thought I'd lost my son, forever.
Luke:Mike, he's back now andhe's not going anywhere.
Mike:What aren't you telling me?
Luke:Sonny had a rough time after learning about Brenda's death. He come 
pretty close to having a breakdown. He blamed himself for what happened 
to her. But he's doing a lot better, now. I just think it's for the best 
to let him handle things at his own pace for the time being.

Jake's Pool Hall:
Jake(puts a beer down in front of Carly)So how's it going, tonight.
Carly:I thought if I didn't get out of that house, I'd go crazy. They're 
always watching me waiting for me to make a mistake so they can use it 
against me and take my son away from me.
Jake:Where do they think you are, tonight?
Carly:At the movies with my mother.(she looks around the room)I guess 
I'll be making it an early night. There doesn't seem like there's going 
to be much action here, tonight.(just then Sonny walks in and heads to a 
pool table)
Jake:It looks like you spoke too soon.
Carly:That's Sonny Corinthos. I wonder what he's doing back in town.
Jake;You know him?
Carly:No, I know of him. We've never actually met.(she gives him the 
once over)But maybe I should rectify that situation. He is the hottest 
thing I've seen in this place in a long time.
Jake(as Carly heads over to Sonny)Good luck. Something tells me you're 
going to need it with that one.
Carly(approaches the pool table where Sonny's playing pool by, 
himself)Want some competition, Curlylocks. Playing pool is like sex. 
It's not much fun without a partner.
Sonny(watches as she takes his pool cue out of his hand and chalks the 
tip for him)Carly Roberts, isn't it? So they finally let you out of the 
nuthouse, did they?
Carly(blows on the tip of the pool cue and hands it back to him)All 
done. You know it's kind of strange we haven't mete until now. What with 
us both knowing most of the same people
Sonny:(hits a ball into the side pocket)What do you want, Ms. Roberts. 
I'm busy.
Carly:Direct? I like that in a man. I came here to have a good time and 
I think you came her for the exact same reason.
Sonny(looks her over)You think I'm on the prowl. That I've come to 
scratch my itch?
Carly:Didn't you? There's a room with a bed upstairs. Interested?
Sonny:I didn't bring anything with me and I don't have unsafe sex.
Carly:Neither do I. That's why I always come prepared.
Sonny:(flashes his dimples)In that case, what are we waiting for. It 
sure beats shooting pool, by myself. (he puts down the pool cue)Let's 
go. (he follows her upstairs and into Jason's old room)Do you do this 
sort of thing often?
Carly(closes the door behind her and leans back against it)We didn't 
come here to talk.(she slips his leather jacket off his arms and pulls 
his T-shirt over his head, then begins running her hands down his chest)
Sonny(pulls her into his arms)You're right.(he removes her blouse and 
unfastens her bra.) We didn't come her to talk.(they begin kissing 
passionately)

Wyndemere:
Mrs. Lansbury:Ms. Spencer to see you, Mr. Cassadine.
Stefan(sitting in the dark nursing a drink)Have you come to twist the 
knife, Barbara.
Bobbie:I don't know why it is, but everytime I see you hurting, 
something compels me to reach out to you.
Stefan:I don't need nor want your sympathy or pity.
Bobbie:Good, because I'm not offerinig it to you. Besides, you're 
feeling sorry for yourself enough for the both of us.
Stefan:Barbara, I just learned Nikolas isn't my son.
Bobbie:So what?
Stefan:So what!
Bobbie:Yes, so what. The reason I'm hre is to make sure you don't throw 
the baby out with the bath water.
Stefan:Spare me you quaint american colloquialisms.
Bobbie:Stefan, you've only lost something if you choose to lose it. Just 
because Nikolas is no longer your son doesn't change your feelings for 
him. You've raised and loved him all your life. In your heart, Nikolas 
will always be your son and the fact you don't share the same DNA will 
never change that. I couldn't have loved BJ more if I'd given birth to 
her and eventhough Tania was her natural mother in all the ways that 
counted BJ was my daughter, just like Nikolas is your son. If Tania had 
come back from the dead she would have never shared the bond with BJ 
that I did, just like eventhough Luke shares DNA with Nikolas, he'll 
never have the bond with Nikolas that you do.
Stefan:If that's all you have to say you may leave.
Bobbie:Stefan, don't let this stupid Spencer/Cassadine feud come between 
you and Nikolas. Nothing has to change between the two of you if you 
don't let it.
Stefan:Our situations are completely different.
Bobbie:No they're not. I loved BJ the say way you love Nikolas. The only 
difference is Nikolas is alive and BJ is dead. I've lost BJ forever, but 
you haven't lost Nikolas. Don't throw Nikolas away because you don't 
share the same blood with him.
Stefan:Barbara, you see to have forgotten something. Ever since 
Katherine told Nikolas I was his father, he hasn't wanted to have 
anything to do with me because I lied to him all his life.
Bobbie:Stefan, that will change when he finds out the person he hates 
most in his life is really his father. When that happens he'll need you 
more than he ever has before. Be there for him.
Stefan:I'll think about what you said, Barbara. That's all I can 
promise.

Outside of Wyndemere:
Tony(waits lurking in the bushes for Bobbie to come out. When she does 
he grabs her from behind and jabs a needle into her neck. After a brief 
struggle, Bobbie goes limp in his arms. Then he flings her over his 
shoulder and carries her off into the night)
