CHAPTER EIGHTY-EIGHT
HELENA’S YACHT:
Helena(sat in her bedroom watching the feed from one of the hidden camera’s she had planted in Sonny’s penthouse. This one was located in Sonny’s bathroom and she was having a grand old time ogling Sonny as she watched him taking a shower)Andreas, I really must give the person who planted these cameras in the Corinthos’ penthouse a bonus. I can even adjust the angle so I can observe every naked inch of Sonny Corinthos.
Andreas: I figured you’d enjoy watching him taking a shower, Madam.
Helena: It was you who installed these cameras.
Andreas: Of course, Madam. Who else knows your tastes as well as I.
Helena: Then you will be definitely receiving a little something extra in your paycheck, this Friday. (she looked Sonny up and down as if she was memorizing every inch of his body) Although, I have no use for Carly Corinthos, I must say I approve of her taste in men. He’s definitely very yummy to look at, and I’d bet he’s even better to experience.
Andreas: And do you plan to experience him, Madam.
Helena: I haven’t decided yet. (Although they both knew she already had. She made a face of distaste as she saw Carly come into the bathroom and get into the shower with him.
Carly(wasn’t a morning person and waking up without Sonny beside her had put her in a very cranky mood)Why didn’t you wake me. You know I like us to take our morning shower together.
Sonny: After what happened, last night, I thought you needed your rest.
Carly: The only thing I need is you and you know that.
Helena: She’s very possessive of him. Not that I blame her. I bet she hates to even let him out of her sight for two seconds. It was because of him she refused to give Stefan her kidney.
Andreas: They seem very close.
Helena: Yes, they do, don’t they. I’ll have to see what I can do to change that.
Andreas: When will you let them know that you know what they did.
Helena: I thought I’d give them a chance to get over what they did and feel at ease in the belief that they‘d gotten away with murder. But looking at the two of them now, you can’t even tell that they killed someone, last night. The way they’re groping each other at the moment it’s obvious it isn’t weighing on their consciences too much, either. (Sonny and Carly seemed to agree with her assertion as they climbed out of the shower and Carly insisted on drying Sonny off with the towel. Carly took a great deal of care drying off a certain part of his anatomy that Helena was very interested in, herself)
Sonny(leaned back against the shower door and enjoyed what Carly was doing to him)What kind of people are we, Carly? (he looked at their reflection in the mirror)You killed a man last night, and I disposed of his body, and just look at us. It’s like we did nothing out of the ordinary, last night.
Carly: There, it’s all dry. Now I’ll dry your legs.
Sonny: Carly, are you listening to me?
Carly: And when I’ve got you all dry, then you can dry me. Just like we do, every morning.
Sonny: What did I just say?
Carly(stopped what she was doing and looked up at him)You’re conscience is acting up, again. It’s trying to tell you that you should feel horrified that you don’t feel bad about AJ. That it’s wrong to feel glad that he’s dead and to feel he got exactly what he deserved. That it makes us immoral. And if that makes us immoral, then I say, let’s embrace it, baby. Where I’m sitting, baby, immorality isn’t a bad thing. I know that choir boy in you feels like you’re going to burn in hell for this and that you should feel guilty about this, but just think about the moral people of the world. Because they’re moral and try to follow the rules and do the right thing, they have to put up with an AJ in their life making them miserable and can’t do anything about it. But we did something about it and he can‘t make us suffer any longer. So, which is it better to be. Moral or immoral?
Sonny: When you’re finished with me you’re going to make me as immoral as you are, aren’t you?
Carly: Sonny, it’s time you let go of that choir boy inside of you. It’s time you stopped sitting on the fence trying to be both moral and immoral. If life hadn’t handed you the hand that it did, you could be the moral person you long to be. But it didn’t. It handed you a father who deserted you as a child. A stepfather who physically and emotionally abused you. A mother who told you to leave home when you were little more than a child. And the only one who offered you any help or protection was an immoral mobster who lead you into his world of immorality. A world you still inhabit to this day. We both survived this world the only way we could by becoming the immoral people that we are. When we got together I was finally able to stop trying to be like other people and just embrace what life made me. It’s time you do the same. Embrace you immorality, baby. Stop fighting it and just enjoy it. And if you’re scared about burning in hell for all eternity, just remember that I’ll be burning there right with you.
Sonny(eyes burned into her with a fiery passion)How can you make burning in hell sound so enticing.
Carly: (turned an equally smoldering look on Sonny)Because you know we’ll be together. and that as long as were together, even burning in the fires of hell, we’ll be happy. (she snuggled up next to him)Besides, hell won’t be so bad. There won’t be any Lily there waiting for you, and I’ll be able to have you all to myself.
Sonny(laughed)Oh, so now the truth comes out. You don’t care if you have to condemn us to the fires of hell as long as you can have me all to yourself.
Carly: You got that right. You’re mine and I don’t intend to share you with anyone, ever.
Helena(shut off the monitor)Well, Andreas, I guess that makes us immoral, as well.
Andreas: As Mrs. Corinthos said, immorality is not a bad thing. I, in fact, enjoy it tremendously.
Helena: (chuckled fondly)The two of them are mere babies in the game of immorality. Its going to be very fun toying with the both of them to see how they respond and just how far they‘ll go to stop me. (she looked up at Andreas who was standing behind her chair) So how did things go with you and Apollo, last night.
Andreas: While you were disposing of Laura Spencer, we did likewise with Felicia Jones and Chloe Morgan.
Helena: You handled Chloe Morgan, yourself.
Andreas: Of course, Madam. I made Ms. Morgan’s death look exactly as you instructed me to. I made it look very ritualistic. I surrounded her bed with lit candles and left behind Mr. Jacks’ “diary” explaining why he’d killed all these women. How when he learned his pure angel Chloe was actually a soiled dove it drove him to set out on a mission to save all the soiled doves of Port Charles by killing them, but now that the police are on to him, he must end his mission so he saved as many of the soiled doves as he could in one night and as his final act he rescued his beloved Chloe from her wicked ways and in death he made her his pure angel, once again.
Helena: Excellent, Andreas. When Port Charles finds out the Sex Toy Stalker took three of it’s most prominent citizens it’s going to rock this town to it’s foundation. It may never be the same again.
Andreas(smiled)Yes, Madam. I believe this town won’t have been this shaken up since your husband tried to kill everyone with his weather machine.
Helena: I do believe you’re right, Andreas. Imagine that. I’ve actually topped Mikkos Cassadine. And all we have to do is sit back and wait for the fireworks to go off. Isn’t life fun when you’re immoral and have not a shred of conscience.
Andreas: What do you think Stefan will do when he finds out and realizes you were behind it all?
Helena: Actually, I can’t wait to find out. It’ll drive him crazy knowing I’m guilty, but unable to do anything to prove it. It’ll be interesting to see what he does next. I don’t know who I’m going to enjoy toying with more. The Corinthos’ or Stefan. Let the games begin.
