CHAPTER EIGHTY

THE DOCKS:

Carly(stood frozen in her tracks as Sonny knocked Alexis out of the way and dove out of the way of the falling crate. The crate crashing to the ground knocked Carly out of her stupor, and she rushed over to Sonny and Alexis)Sonny!

Sonny: (knocked some of the debris from the crate that had fallen on him off of him)I’m all right. (he looked over at Alexis who was rising up from the ground)Alexis, are you all right.

Alexis(began dusting herself off) I’m fine. If this is what I have to look forward to as your sister, I’ll pass.

Carly(rushed over to Sonny and helped him to his feet)Come on, Sonny, I want to get you home.(Carly looked around nervously trying to spot where AJ was hiding.)

Sonny: Carly, why did you come down here?

Carly: Can’t a wife miss her husband? And it’s a good thing that I did. If I hadn’t stopped by, you’d be dead now.

Alexis(butted in)Carly, thank you so much for inquiring about me.

Carly(snarled at Alexis)If you want someone to fawn all over you, go call your boyfriend. Come on, Sonny, let’s go. (with that she lead Sonny to the awaiting limo).

HELENA’S ROOM, GENERAL HOSPITAL:

Andreas(was waiting for Helena when she stormed back in)So how did it go with Stefan, Madam. Did he thank you for your generous sacrifice on his behalf?

Helena: Quite the contrary. He’s threatened to throw me in prison. He knows I’m the Sex Toy Stalker, and as soon as he can prove it, he intends to send me up the river without a paddle.

Andreas: What are we going to do, Madam?

Helena; Don’t worry, Andreas. I have a plan.

Andreas: Of course, Madam, you always do. What is it?

Helena; I need to neuter Stefan. I need to throw all suspicion off of myself so there’s no way Stefan can prove I’m the killer. But I’m going to need your help.

Andreas: Of course, Madam. Just tell me what you want me to do.

STEFAN’S ROOM, GENERAL HOSPITAL:

Alexis(entered looking worse for the wear)I got your message when I checked in with my answering service. What’s wrong?

Stefan: What happened to you.

Alexis: I nearly had a close encounter of a deadly kind with a crate on the docks. Now tell me what’s wrong.

Stefan: I found out who donated a kidney to me. It was Helena.

Alexis: Are you kidding? Why would she do something like that?

Stefan: There’s only one reason why she’d do it. She knew I suspected her on being the Sex Toy Stalker and she thought by giving me one of her kidney’s it would make me beholden to her.

Alexis: So what do you want to do about this?

Stefan: If I know my mother, and I do, she’s already taking steps to cover her tracks. We’ve got to find evidence to prove she’s the Sex Toy Stalker so we can finally put her away for life.
