TOUCHED BY ANGELS
May you be touched by
angels
embraced in their arms,
May you hear their sweet
voices
and kept free from harm.
May you see only sunbeams
and bright shining stars,
May our Father protect
and watch from afar.
He's there in his wisdom
to guide us through life,
During joy or sadness
good times or strife.
It's faith in tomorrow
that we always must hold,
for strength will be given
and warmth conquers cold.
The burdens we carry
may seem heavy to bear,
But we're given the strength
and He's always there.
And though we may question
life's pain and deep sorrow,
Gallantly we rise
and conquer tomorrow.
