" Breaded Veal  "
             Wiener Schnitzel

Ok, this is one of my all time favorites and quite easy to prepare !

4 Veal Steaks ( boneless)
  Salt & Pepper
  Flour
1 Egg beaten with one tablespoon of water
1  1/2  Cup bread crumbs
3 to 4 Tbsp of oil
   Lemon Wedges

Get your malot or you can use the bottom of a coffee cup.  This is what I had done for quite awhile until I could remember to go and purchase a malot.

Beat the steaks until they are thin and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

ok, so here is where it gets a little different, dip them into the flour first, then into the egg and finally the bread crumbs.

Fry each piece in oil until brown on both sides. 

Garnish with lemon wedges.

This is such a wonderful dish and I am almost certain everyone at your table will LOVE it !!!  Try it and let me know !

This makes 4 servings.

P.S. If your not too crazy for the lemon go ahead and omit it :-)
