Jackie has been doubled since the 70’s. The doubling here stands out because Jackie is just not that great at acrobatics. Yes, he can do them, but not at Biao's, Tung Wei's (Incredible Kung Fu Master), or Yuen Shun-Yi's (Buddhist Fist) level. Dragon Fist is the perfect movie to demonstrate this. Watch Jackie's acrobatics in the last fight, then look for the doubling when he is fighting the Lord Wei character, and you’ll see the substantial differences in the acrobatic performances of Jackie and his double.
