Jimmie And The Jackdawz are a four piece fifties rock 'n' roll band. They originate and operate from Huddersfield in West Yorkshire, this means that they are centrally placed within easy reach of the motorway system giving them the ability to travel easily to most parts of country to perform gigs. featuring Jim on vocals, Bob on bass, Scotboy on guitar and Plod on drums, at times the band are boosted to a six peice with the addition of Andy Stones on piano and Tony ( "you'll never take me alive you dirty rats") Carter on tenor sax. The titles played by the band include favourites from artists such as Gene vincent, Buddy Holly, Elvis, Chuck Berry and others from the same era.The Jackdawz don't have a record on release, nor do they have an upcoming t.v. appearances, also they are not playing support for any of the Major artists that are touring. All you get is what you see, a good, honest hardworking, no bullshit rock 'n' roll band
