Summary:  Colonel O'Neill has been like a bear with a sore head for the past week. Sam and Daniel want to find out what's been troubling him.. so Daniel goes to Jack's to see if he cant find out what the problem is. He discovers more than he ever thought he would!

Warnings: This series was one of the first I wrote so it contains gross mistakes, embarrassing blunders and awfully Australian terminology.  Why don't I fix it up?  You're kidding, right?  It's HUGE and I'm busy writing other stuff now.  Bear with the mistakes.. oh.. and for your information...

Loungeroom = Living room   Lift = elevator  and car park = parking lot.  - just some of the gems of error in this fiction.. but it's still a long, soppy romance, full of angst :)

What Has Gone Before: I have taken the reaction of Jack towards Daniel in Torment of Tantalus for this basis of this story. This story basically picks up a week after TOT happened....

Warnings: I'm a "shipper. I like to deal in the relationships of the characters of the show. While this story is more of a romance than a hard core slash, there is sex contained within these pages. Also, there is a hint of "rough - housing" although it's not over the top! This story is basically a 'love story'. If that sort of thing doesn't appeal to you, please refrain from reading it.

OTHER STUFF: This story is the start of a mini series, stemming from this story and incorporating a few of the things that happen during the series (although not really incorporating the actual episodes - if you know what I mean?).

This story was inspired by stories written by Quill ('SG1 + 1' and 'Ways and Means'). It is my very first attempt at writing SLASH so I'd appreciate your feedback.
