When Johnny Knoxville went to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasedena on scholarship he met his wife Melanie and they fell in love. They decided to get married and did so in Las Vegas. They now have a 6-year-old daughter, Madison.
To support his family, Johnny, appeared in advertisements and also began to write occassional articles for magazines such as 'Big Brother.'
Due to the popularity of 'Jackass' and Johnny Knoxville's sheer attraction, he has had many interviews with famous stations, shows and magazines, and has also been sent many film scripts.
Most of these scripts he turns down, but every now and again you may see him starring or appearing in a film, for example, he played the nemesis of Will Smith and Tommy-Lee Jones, a two-headed evil alien in recent hit film 'Men in Black II.'
