About the Author Sarah Akers has recently presented a literature artwork that has been published. In the 2014– 2015 school year, when Sarah was a freshman in high school, she was drafted to participate in the Appalachian Workshop Gallery program. This program allowed her to open her mind and create a piece of literature on her own, however though, with the help of her late grandmother, Sarah was able to develop and proceed with a story which had been successfully published.
