Control the Police and turn them into Devils
Control a unit and overthrough God!
What I am planning to do:
Make the Flood from Halo and Gravemind, they can turn bodies into flood.
Edit the 'Rapist' on LOAP.
Add more traffic around the place and add a pelican crossing.
Make Peasants into Citizens and make them be able to fight back.
Make Gangsters.
Add a School to add experience to Heroes.
Increase the maximum level for Citizen Heroes.
