The Life of Jack Robinson

The Life and Works from Jack

It Seems A Shame

The CEO’S and board members steal more every day,

Than the bookkeepers do over the years.

If the bookkeepers are caught they go to jail.

The CEO’S go to an Island and drink many beers.

Our politicians gave them 700 billion of our tax

dollars and tell us it is for our benefit.

I am really not sure if this is true,

but I am trying to get into the swing of it.

If we get in debt over our head, you solve it,

It’s your problem, we are told.

I somehow believe our politicians would lie

to us and leave us with no money to fold.

If I am a little skeptical and full of doubt,

It could be because I wasn’t born yesterday.

I have been told a few things that around

the edges seem a little grey.

It would nice to get some politicians in office

that have our interest in mind.

As politicians go I don’t know where to look.

Honest ones are hard to find.
