| We delighted in April in Big Sur, hiking to waterfalls in the redwood forests and staying in a cabin in Pfeiffer State Park. We dined on salmon, caviar, and Angus beef at Sierra Mar, the restaurant of the Post Ranch Inn. We visited the Monterey Aquarium and saw displays of Jellyfish and seahorses among the giant tanks of local marine life.
