| The balcony of our room in Monterey looked out onto a Pacific Bay full of marine life: seals, otters, comorants, starfish, and fishing boats heading out for the fertile seas. We also visited the Aquarium with its fantastic displays of jellyfish and seahorses. We met friend Eric and had dinner together. It was a great preview of the splendors of Big Sur and nearby Point Lobos. We also stopped at the flowerful Carmel Mission after lunch at the Village Corner Cafe. | |||||||||||||||||||
