To make sure our members never get bored with Cardio- Karate, we make sure our workouts are never the same old routine.
     1. Coach Anderson receive new routines and ideas each month from the National Association of Professional Martial Artist (NAPMA).  NAPMA is the developer of Cardio- Karate.
     2. With the wide variety of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, calisthenenics, and stretching exercises, you'll never get bored doing the same old routines over and over.
     3. Our workouts utilize all the latest equipment to keep class exciting and help you develop your skills faster.
     4. We also offer different versions of the Cardio- Karate program.  Cardio- Karate, Fitness Kickboxing, Kickboxing Bag Class, Fitness Boxing and other classes allow you to vary your Cardio- Karate Fitness experience.

INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION
Though you're in class for yourself, you're not by yourself.  Coach Anderson and staff will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction available.  You'll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going guidance from our Instructors and your skill level increases.

SAFETY
We understand that our members are not training for a real kickboxing match.  Most just want to have fun and get in the best shape of their lives.  That's why we are members of NAPMA and use the latest, most progressive teaching methods available.
