How To Scan Pictures

• Log onto the computer with the HP Scanner
• Click on the HP Precision Scanner icon on the desktop
• Place your picture on the scanner
• Select {Start Scan}
• After the picture as been scanned (5-15 second) select {Save As}
• Click on {OK} and choose only the area you want
• Click {Save As} and save to your M-Space

To Make the File size smaller

• Open your picture from the M-space-->it will open in Corel Photo House
• From the top choose {Image} and then {image properties}
• Click on {Maintain aspect ratio} box
• Make the height or width much smaller->divide by approximately 3
• Now Save your image
