With each new project  there is the same fee for each Consultation

Establishing the colours, layouts, and various other details take time.   Rooms that connect, or are viewed from another space, have to be coordinated in style and colour. 

If you want the opinion of an Interior Designer, please hire one.  Their expertise lies in creating designer looks with new furnishing using installers - electrical, plumbing and woodworking.

•  $300.00 minimum (each room) , is required to start - to purchase the paint etc,  & start the work

When pricing you have to take into consideration how many times the walls are being treated.  They will need a variety of treatments.  Cleaning, sanding, & priming are often under-valued.

Work can stop temporarily for changes.    Unless absolutely certain, it is best to move forward cautiously [re-examining the colours & layout as you decide which pieces stay & what new things are being added]. 

Changes mean extending work time & budget.
