Transition to Post Secondary Education
If you are a special education student and are preparing for post secondary education here are a few suggestions to assist you in that transition:

** Get information on special exam arrangements for the SAT and/or ACT.

** Make sure that your last Evaluation Team Report (ETR) is current and request a copy from your school district before you graduate.  You will need your ETR in order to receive services in college.

** Keep a copy of your last Individualized Education Plan (I.E.P.).

** Contact the Office for Students with Disabilities at colleges when applying so that you are aware of what services are offered.
