Weakness: Nora's blinding weakness would be her overconfidence and bossy nature. Nora isn't exactly the smartest when it comes to basic logic, and she is has trouble seeing the obvious. She also has guilt problems anytime a Nyoka gets away with a life crystal, and is almost completely useless when she is without her sword.
Strengths: Nora's main strength would be her swordsmanship skills. Her ruthless fighting skills, and lack of remorse for the Nyoka she has killed.
Personal quote: "You Moron"
Hobbies: Nora's main hobby is her swordsmanship. She loves swords very much, and even wants to make them as a profession. She also has a very large collection of show, and useable swords. But she also loves to run, snow board when in the mountains, though she's really bad at it. And as of late, she has become highly addicted to Dance Dance Revolution. Her favorite songs being Moonlight Shadow, End of the Century, Hysteria, and Butterfly
Personality: Nora is not exactly nice. She is mean, bossy, and wants her way most of the time. But it does help her that she can make good choices. Nora has a bad habit of whacking her friends across the head when they say or do something stupid. She will fight, yell, curse, insult, and just be a pain.
She is a ruthless fighter with an expert knowledge of swordsmanship. As a senshi she is not much different. As a senshi she can become quite over confident, which leads to mistakes. She tries to hide the guilt of her mistakes in the form on not caring, but her very soul is being torn up inside every time she lets a life crystal get away. Nora's bad attitude and need to be able to protect herself seems to stem from a subconscious fear of weakness that actually is a result of her past life.
Nora is rough around the edges, her outside may seem to be cold and heartless, but inside she is lonely. She has a bad habit of getting mad crushes, but in reality is too shy to do anything about it.. She can talk to her crushes as a friend, but never can admit her feelings. She longs for true love, and wonders if it will ever find her. Once again this longing and uncertainty stems from her past life and it's traumas.
Even though she does have her bad habits, she still has her friends, Susan and Ryan. They have stayed at her side though thick and thin, and are the only ones that know of her being Sailor Psi. They help her make excuses for all the weird things that happen, give her the moral confidence she needs, and are just there for her. It is these two friends that have helped Nora calm her abusive nature, and now she rarely whacks them across the head
Appearance
Hair: Her hair is carrot orange, in civilian form it goes to just pas her shoulders. The bangs are long and frame the sides of her face. She normally wears a head band except when practicing with her sword, then she wears it in a ponytail, bangs and all. In senshi form it falls just below her ears with a ragged, unkempt look to it. Her bangs are longer on her right side, and they fall just above her eyes and to the side of her face.
Eyes: Nora's right eye is icy blue, and her left is a grassy green, she gets the green from her alter ego Psi, and the blue from her past life as the Princess. Sailor Psi's eyes are grassy green.
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 150 lbs
Build: Nora has clear signs of someone who cares about her body. She is not as big as weight lifters, but she has her fair share of muscles. Constant working out, and sword play have lead her to have a great figure. Curvy where needed, but never thin. Nora is proud of her Physical fitness, and will seldom not show off.
Other details: Nora has a long jagged scar starting at her right hip and running up to about half an inch under her chest. Her parents think it's from an accident at her classes, but in reality it was from her first battle as a senshi. She also always wears a sword pendent on a silver chain that in reality is her Royal Sword of the Outer Rim/Henshin Item

Senshi
Senshi name: Sailor Psi
Symbol: The Greek letter Psi Y Powers from: Pressure
(Author's note: Where her power stems from is interesting, so I'll add it here. The Psi I picked is the Greek letter.. but PSI does mean something. pounds per square inch... it is a common term in pressure cleaners, air vacs, stuff like that. Just a little fact)
Colors: Pale Yellow and Silver
Henshin: Holding her sword in both hands Nora holds it out in front of her and closes her eyes. Whispering the phrase 'Ancient Fighter Psi Make-Up' the sword starts to float in front of her on it's own. From the crystal on the top of the hilt, a single yellow ribbon comes out and wraps around her chest. Four silver ribbons seem to fly out of the ribbon next, simultaneously forming her gloves, collar and shorts. One large pale yellow ribbon comes next, forming her over skirt. The last six silver ribbons come out, forming her necklace, circlet, arm bands, and anklets. Psi then reaches out with her left hand, grabbing the sword as to when the hand is righted, the sword would be right side up. Psi lifts her left hand over her head, and, after opening her eyes she brings the sword down so her left arm is straight out to the left.
Fuku: Starting at the top, Psi wears a silver circlet that holds her back hair in place as she fights, the front bangs go over it. She has a silver metal chocker. Her sailor collar seems to be made of liquid silver. Her bodice ends under her chest her chest, and is pale yellow in color. She has no sleeves and such. Psi has a silver metal arm band halfway between each elbow and her upper arm. her gloves are wrist high, and fingerless. They are the same liquid silver color as her collar. About an inch below her belly button starts a pair of silver shorts. They end about half way down her thighs. A pale yellow piece of cloth sits on her hips, just below the start of the shorts. The front and back fall to about ankle length and are lined at the bottom in silver. On the hips where it rests the strip is about 1 1/2 inches thick. Above each bare foot on her ankle is a silver metal band.
Weapons and Items
Henshin item: The Royal Sword of the Outer Rim.
Weapons: Nora has a gold and silver long sword known as the 'Royal Sword of the Outer Rim'. At the top of the hilt is a Imperial Topaz Crystal, and near the base of the hilt is a Imperial Topaz gem. She is never parted with this sword, even when in civilian form, as it takes the appearance of a pendent she wears on a silver chain. Nora must work to keep the sword in fighting condition, as it does wear down very fast.
(Author's note: Imperial is not being added because it has anything to do with the Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal), any other crystal, or to show that these gems hold special powers. Imperial is a professional term added by jewelers and gemologists to signify a certain yellowish color in Topaz.)
Attacks
* Psi Wave - When locked in normal sword fights, Psi will sometimes use this attack. Psi must impale the enemy with her sword. While the weapon is still in the body of the enemy, She yells 'Psi Wave'. Black, silver, and gold energy swirl around her, and starts to go down her arms, though her sword, and to the enemy. The energy engulfs the enemy then starts to shrink. The enemy is crushed in the force of the decreasing energy.
* Pressure Force - This is Psi's only long range attack. It's soul purpose is to confuse the enemy so Psi can get close enough to safely attack with her sword. Holding her sword up Psi says 'Pressure'. Little glowing energy balls form and start to float around the blade. With a quick spin to which she lowers her sword to eye level she yells "Force" Just as she faces the enemy. The little balls of energy fly at the enemy, growing larger as they do. They strike the enemy, causing quite a bit of damage as they hit. This attack will rarely kill an enemy.
* Basic Sword Fighting - Psi just uses her sword to fight.
Mission: Nora's soul mission is to stop Nightmist's Nyoka demons (Large human like snakes that have the power to reach into a person and pull their life crystal from them. Nightmist creates them from the dust) from collecting Life Crystals (The very essence of human life. They contain great amount of power and energy) Thus giving him enough power to bring earth under his control for his own hidden motives
Past History: In the great void known as space, several thousand light years away from earth, there once was a system, long since forgotten. Though this system had many planets, only one was suited for life. The inhabitants of this planet had no name for their planet, so it became known only as the Outer Rim. Life in the Outer Rim was not all that peaceful. The planet was plagued with monsters and beasts. Villages were destroyed, people were slaughtered. Now the Outer Rim is home of the Grecian Senshi, 24 senshi named after the each letter of their alphabet. Nobody really knows why the Outer Rim had so many senshi, but one legend says that the creator of stars felt bad for the people of the Outer Rim, and blessed her with many senshi to protect all the people.
And so, for many a century, the Senshi protected the planet, it's people, and the royal family. But even though there were monsters, the people were at peace with each other. The Princess of the Outer Rim was one of beauty and grace, and many wished to make her their bride. But the princess loved only one, Psi, her Knight Guardian. They were to be married on her 17th birthday. But one of the Kings closest advisors, Nightmist, fell in lust with the princess. He claimed to love her, and sought to make her his bride. But the king knew better, and knew his daughter would be happier with Psi. So he turned down Nightmist. Not one to take rejection, he tried to take the Princess by force. An angered King sent him into exile on the moon.
This moon, Endo, was covered in large amounts of Negative Energy. Nightmist absorbed this energy at an alarming rate, and within a year, he was powerful enough to attack the Outer Rim. Being on Endo for so long had blackened his soul, and he set off to not only claim his princess, but to destroyed the Outer Rim completely. With everyone's attention on the celebration of the upcoming wedding, nobody was prepared for a fight. Nightmist tore though the Royal Defenses in no time, and soon came to Psi and the Princess. Psi fought as hard as he could, but was no match for Nightmist. As a last resort he sacrificed himself, but his spirit gave the Princess his power and Sailor Crystal, so the Princess could protect herself in another life.
Though she tried to hide, the Princess was captured very quickly, and Nightmist put her into a deep sleep. Nightmist left the Outer Rim, but committed one last act. He tore the planet in two, causing a chain reaction the destroyed the whole planet. He left with the Princess to find another planet that could sustain life. It was many years before he found one, the Princess in this time had grown quite sick. As he approached the planet Earth, the Princess died. Nightmist used every ounce of his strength to have the princess reborn several hundred years later. Drained he went into hibernation in the center of the earth, only to wake when the princess was reborn.
Present History: Nora Mardea was born and raised in Tampa Florida. At the age of 10 she and her family moved to Fredericksburg Virginia where her father had been given a job that he could not pass up. It was here that Nora started to realize her love of long sharp objects. Her mother became worried over her fascination with swords, knives, daggers, and other such weapons. It took Nora almost a year to convince her mother to let her take classes to learn to use these weapons properly, but finally she caved in. Nora became an astute student of weapon combat, and soon learned hand to hand. But she preferred to use swords over anything else. Nora soon gained a reputation as a tough girl, and someone not to mess with. When she was 13 she met her best friend Susan Gibba. Susan had just moved to the neighborhood from New Jersey. Around Susan Nora was not her normal mean self. She was still bossy though. Two years later her second best friend Ryan moved in next door to her. The three just seemed to form a perfect group, Nora the leader. Life was perfect for Nora as she had her friends, DDR, and her swords.
But the night of her 17th birthday, Nora had a strange dream. The Princess of the Outer Rim came to her, telling Nora a bit of the past of the Outer Rim, and that she was born with Psi's Sailor Crystal and powers, and as such, she must fight Nightmist, who had just woken up. Nora woke up before anything else could be said, and found a silver and gold sword next to her bed. She picked it up and it started glowing in her hands. It shrunk to the size of a pendent. Nora was too freaked out to sleep the rest of the night.
