| at Cocalico Area HS Jeff Gorski will |
|
|

| conduct a throws clinic for coaches and athletes of all levels. This will be a 4 session clinic over 2-3 days that will cover every aspect of training and competing in SP, DT and JT: there will be a general session of discussion/demonstration of the throws, then individual event "clinics" on each of the three throws. The focus will be on coaches education: how to get your athletes to throw farther and athlete improvement: what good throwing feels like and how to do it when you need to. There will be lots of time for your athletes in each event to work with me one on one- I want everyone to leave the clinic knowing what they need to do as a coach or athlete to get longer throws.
