- Persistence: will research homes until we find the right home at the right price for the buyer. When working with a seller, I will do all the necessary comparables to give a fair price for the listing.
- Enthusiasm: will make all agents in all of our offices aware of my listings, have open houses to help market the home, will also promote their home via Trend MLS, flyers, email, eCards, Prudential Prime Website, yard signs, etc.
- Detail Oriented / Concerned about client's Needs: will do all the research to help choose the home that suits customer and family. I will stay within the geography of the schools, neighborhoods and employers of the buyer's interest.

I am in the business to help solve people's Real Estate problems. I will stay with the buyer or seller until the transaction is complete and will not abandon the customer; I will not "push" a sale or listing simply to get a commission.
