| Chicken Pillow Submited by: Mary Kay 2pkgs. (3oz.) cream cheese w/ chives 2/3C. herb stuffing (needs to be made into crumbs) 2C. chicken 1/2 C. chopped walnuts 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls 1&1/4 C. butter 1 4oz. can mushrooms Cream together: cheese, 1/4 c. butter & pepper. Fold in chicken & mushrooms. Unroll crescent rolls. Spread 1/4 c. mixture on each roll. Fold & seal edges. Dip in 1 cup melted butter & then in mixture of nuts & stuffing . Place on ungreased cookie sheet & bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Can freeze. Chicken Gravy 4C. chicken stock 4Tbsp. cornstarch Season to taste. Bring to boil until thick. You may add cut parsley. Serve over hot pillows. |

| No-Fail Microwave Fudge |
| 31/2 C. powdered sugar 1/2 C. Cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 C. butter or marg. cut into pieces 1/4 C. milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 C. mini M & M's In a large microwave safe bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; stir until well blended. Drop butter into sugar mixture. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until butter melts. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Microwave on high 1 minute longer. Stir in vanilla & candy. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 5 dozen. |
