Annointed n' Ministry
First of I would like to recognize my heavenly father who saved me at the age of 13. Even though I fell down and got up so many times, through my mistakes I have learned from them. He also filled me with the Holy Ghost in a youth revival during the summer of 1997. Since then God has opened doors for me and is making my gift make room for me more and more. I thank him and praise him for everything.
Always remember, "Another Level = Another Devil!"
To my First C.O.G.I.C family... ya'll know I love you! I will never forget to "Take Care of Home!"
About Me...
I am originally from Topeka, Ks. I am currently attending West Virginia State College located in the suburbs of Charleston,WV. Charleston is the former stomping grounds of Bishop T.D. Jakes, as some of you know. This is the place where leaders are formed and molded!
It was the Christmas of 1991, when Sis. Jean Lewis, through precise direction from the Lord, blessed me with my first keyboard. She told me that she had watched me play my little forty-eight key keyboard in church during that year and that she was going to be submissive to the will of the Lord and make the purchase. 1992 marks my official musical birth. Through ridicule and criticisms and through adversity and insecurity, God has raised me up. He told me through many rhema words that he has birthed something inside of me... and that I must carry it to term. Here are some of them:
"This is just a test, will you stand therefore?"
"Lord Increase My Faith"
"Hold on...because you are about to get paid."
"Leave your past in the dust and drive to your destiny"
Till this day I have yet had a "real" formal lesson. My ear training was developed through God and I am currently in the process of building and perfecting what God has birthed in me and gifted me with. Minister Tommy Jones "The Maestro" discovered me. He took me under his wing and I consider him my musical father. He opened my mind to numerous therories of music. From ol' skool to contemporary; from musicians compensation to musicians etiquette, he is truly an anointed man of God.
