This is a rental update on 3-7-00. In a few more days we will have a new
account opened for wire transfers and a new address for mailings. You can
   continue with the old instructions for mailing but in the next few weeks, those
   options will no longer be available.

   We have everything ready to open our very own Credit Union (Hardware &
   software). The license will take 6-8 more weeks for approval. We feel we can
   have everything operational by mid May. Our Credit Union will be online and
   will offer debit card transactions. Non-Members of J&K will need to have a
   minimum deposit of $5,000.00 to become a member of the credit union.

   By this coming weekend, our check program and printer will also be in
   operation. Checks for paid referrals will begin to be mailed next week.

   Accounting will have all paid up memberships noted in your member’s area. The
only exception here again will be Paritate payments. Paritate has refused to
   provide us with confirmation of who has paid or amounts they are holding. We do
   have everyone's confirmation of payment sent to Paritate and your payments will
   begin as planned. The only hold up will be for the referral payments.

   When mailing a payment to our Canadian trustee, if you use FedEx or UPS take
   out the PO Box number. Use the address alone. When using regular mail use the
   PO Box Number in the address.

   Thank you all for being our member. If you have not yet paid, your payment will
   not be made for the full waiting period. Get your payment in this month so that
   your payments will begin in September. We figure your start up date from the
   post-marked date.

   All payments to qualify for September must be post marked no later than March
   25, 2000.

Dear Members,

Many people in the world today are spending a big chunk of their paychecks on either rent or mortgage payments. Forclosures, and evictions are on the rise yearly. The only one who makes out in this situation is the bank, finance company, or the landlord. Often people lose their employment through no fault of their own. Many become ill or injured and they just can't work. It is a fact that if a household goes a month without a paycheck they are broke.

 We have been a successful trading company for many years and since the inception of the net some of our loyal investors have requested that we open a site that would assist the low to medium income families earn a reasonable return. We became involved with many different programs that boasted of earning 100% a week to earning 100% monthly. To this day we never received a penny from anyone. Our emails went unanswered and this told us some one has to do some thing for the people.
We knew it was going to be not only expensive but very time consuming.

To make a long story short, we at J&K Global Marketing have been working night and day to provide our members with instant web pages, weekly updates, a monthly newsletter and a great referral plan. At the time of this writing J&K has over 3,000 registered members and by months end ( March 2000 ) there should be over 4,000 members.

Have we made errors and mistakes? Of course we have. But we live up to our mistakes. We will not allow any member to take a loss due to our errors. We answer hundreds of emails daily. We are always hoping that our site answers every question but some times we do receive email from people on points we just don't have covered.

At some point and time we will no longer be accepting new members. The reason is simply we won't be able to handle any more members and we will need to devote 100% of our time for the lucky ones that joined us. I want to thank everyone who is a member and would like to see you as a member.

   DEAR MEMBER,

   This message is sent to every member.

   Just a quick update before the weekend.

   First, I maybe slow in answering emails this weekend. I am in the process of moving and will not be ready to back to work until Monday some time. So please be patient with me.

   Second, we are working night and day posting and getting the accounting up to date on the net. I need to ask everyone to stop emailing us about the posting. It is taking up more time to answer emails than it is for our staff to bring it all up to date. If they were not answering 400 emails a day, they would have had this finished and all brought up to date. I know personally that I cannot handle any more emails. At the
   end of the day my fingers are sore and my butt hurts. I know some are feeling I forgot about them in the shuffle and that is not true. I just can not communicate with them the way I use to. Mr. Pena and Ms Miller in particular.

   Third, for those who really need to send us funds via over night delivery, send a blank email to [email protected]  Do Not enclose any personal messages, as they will not be read. This is an auto responder and it collects email addresses only of those who hit the responder.

   Fourth, if you live in any country outside the US, UK, and Canada, and would like a part time job, send me an email at [email protected] . Please send us a short resume about yourself. Include the country and providence or area you live, local delivery address, phone number, your residence status (do you rent or own or buying your own home), list of banks you have (no account numbers or any other personal information), how long you have been with these banks, how long you have been in your current work and other information about yourself that maybe helpful to us to learn more about you. I will personally email you a reply as to if you may be of asset to our company and our future.

   Fifth, to all those who paid funds to paritate, once again, we will not pay on the referral fee until we receive the funds but your start up date we will meet. We are in final stages of hiring an attorney in Latvia to pursue our money.

   Sixth, delay in checks occurred again. Seems what will go wrong just will go  wrong. To make a long story short (if I can), the bank told our programmers that no special ink is required to print our checks. They said "magnetic ink is only required for those cashing checks at grocery stores and check cashing company's." So they printed everyone's check and took a sample to the bank for clearance. WRONG they rejected them because magnetic ink was not used. So they ordered the special ink and when they went to use it the cartridge was faulty.  They are now waiting a new one to arrive. The bank also refused our trustee to use a computer printed signature. He will have to hand sign all the checks until we can get the bank to approve his electronic signature.

   Seventh, Clay Lambert is no longer with our company. If you have support

   Final note: We are committed to bring you the best service in the world. Paritate, FedEx, Merchant account, and one Canadian Bank have all tried to stifle us. None have succeeded. FedEx has told so many different stories about us that it's disgusting. One day they tell people they have received so many complaints, saying we are fraud. The next day they tell people we are an illegal pyramid scheme, the next day we are a loan scam, the next we are an illegal granting service. My God, what's next? We are none of those things. Over 85% of the funds received into this program are in our director's control. The other 15% cover expenses.

   Without you we would never succeed. You all have been so great. I beam with pride as President of this organization. Mistakes we have made, mistakes are human and we will never be 100% perfect. But we do try hard to please each and every one of you. Soon, beginning on May 25th., our first payments will be sent for the actual rental payments. We are ready and able to meet our obligation.

This is a very small number compared to the need of the world. We are at about 10% of the way to closing and we predict this will close some time this summer.

Dear Member,
   This announcement is going to all members of the J&K Global Marketing Rental Program.

   I am Roy Weaver, President. I want to thank all our members for being our Member. Without you and your referrals, we never would have made it this far.

   I am proud to tell everyone that this is our second month of providing full payments to all qualified members. The members who came in from the very beginning have stuck with us through out every problem we have encountered. They saw all the real problems that occur with many new and up coming companies. I think we hit every roadblock that was imaginable. Banks stole our money, computer and
   programming problems, human errors and mistakes, and the list goes on and on. Our little staff was putting in 16-36 hours straight with few breaks. I myself almost worked myself to death. Most of our staff was developing health problems due to stress. I am happy to say, we all are doing much better now, we have expanded our staff, and the workload is a little lighter for all of us.

 To say we don't make mistakes would be a joke. I don't believe there has been any month that went by that we didn't make errors. I have to say we still make mistakes, but we do try to correct our problem(s) as soon as we can. You have all been the greatest group of people to work with. I have had many years experience dealing with masses of people and I only regret that we did not have you on board with us on previous projects.

   GREAT NEWS:
   I just returned from a long meeting and trip to New York. I am very proud to announce that we secured an investment opportunity that will mature over the next 18 months that will literally earn J&K Billions of
   dollars yearly. I am sorry that I can not disclose exactly what it is for now, but when the time comes you will be the first to learn about this new and exciting new technology that will revolutionize the entire
   communication industry. It is estimated that this new technology will earn more money than Microsoft. You and everyone else in the world will use this technology (well those with electricity-a computer-
   telephone-TV and or a radio).

   CHANGING YOUR SPONSOR:
   I have no clue why, but recently we have had a number of people who want to change who sponsored them. This is virtually impossible. With referral checks going out often, more than likely whomever you signed up under has already been paid and by changing the sponsorship number has created duplicate payments. In all cases where this has occurred, the sponsor who received a double payment for one referral, that amount will be deducted from future payments. Our new system that will be implemented soon will be programmed to review all payments and any and all discrepancies will be located and balanced out soon.

   IMPOSSIBLE TASKS:
   It is impossible for me to return telephone calls. Please send an email only if you feel it is of great importance. I am still getting to many emails and I answer as many as I can. I know I have not answered them all but I try my best.

   BANK WIRE TRANSFERS:
   We are still getting some wires without your name or ID number. We cannot be held responsible if your bank or you do not tell us who you are. All you have to show is your name and ID as the sender. Just like this; From Roy Weaver 100000.

   Do not put the beneficiary as J&K Global Marketing. The account at BIL is a numbered account. The beneficiary is the account number. We are online with the bank and daily we download and print the daily transfers. It is then transferred to our accounting division for internal posting. Once posted it then goes to our online posting division. They get behind when a transfer is not complete, if a name or ID# is not
   included.

 Opps, I made an error in my last update. I have one to many zero's in the amount that will be mailed out today. The amount should read $500,000.00+. I won't have the exact figure until all the checks are printed and gone over again by accounting.

 I want to personally thank everyone for your support in our decision to rid our self of all spammers and trouble makers. Some of you have sent us copies of postings that are being placed on various web sites. The phantom ZBRONSON has never been a member of J&K. This person in fact is a female, who is running her own scam business of attempting to get people into her own so called "Roll Program". She has a very narrow mind, as she has referred to our program as a trading program.

 When we first began this particular program we checked out so called trading programs where less than $10Million was involved. In almost every single case we have found that 99.9% of the people who invest in those small programs are all ripped off. That is why we then made the decision to put our money in people and growing businesses.

 To list just a few of the projects we are involved with are:

 Our Very Own International Bank

 A soil conditioner for indoor/outdoor plants

 A cable install company (they are only 3 weeks old and grossing over $5,000.00
 daily. Projected first year profit to J&K will exceed $1Million. Amount invested
 was only $75,000.00.

 Clinics will open in Mexico to assist people who have Aids, Cancer, Hepatitis C,
 and other diseases.

 Plus we have agreements on a few other projects that we cannot disclose at this time. All of the above projects, with the exception of the cable install company, has the potential in earning J&K Billions of dollars of profits over the next few years.

 About Paritate Bank, yes they did lose big in an investment scam. They invested in chickens from Russia. I just received the fax today of the article that appeared in a NY newspaper. I will be providing a reprint of that article soon.

 The so called "ZBronson" stated that I would be arrested if I went to Latvia for telling people about the money Paritate ripped off from us. What a joke. They not only held our money from us but many people and companies as well. Western Union cut them off due to all the complaints they had on file about Paritate not giving people proper credit for their deposits. We had nothing to do with Western
 Union shutting them down. If Paritate was so honest and above board, why is it that to this date they have refused to tell us how much money they have of ours and who the depositors were?

 Our staff has all email communication from this person blocked, we do not receive it. She was taking up too much of our time and the vulgar language she used in her email made me sick. Never in my life have I ever received such crusty mail. She used seven words that are not allowed on radio or TV. She is obviously mentally deranged.

 The fastest way to get credit is through the bank wire transfer to Luxembourg. When we first began with them it took us two months before getting on line. They had to send us hard copies for verification of receipt. So April and May were rough months for us. But now it is all taken care of and we have a great working relationship with the bank.

 For now I will call her : "Huricane Debbie". She doesn't know what she is doing, doesn't know where she is going, blows a lot of wind in hopes to destroy innocent people lives, but she will eventually go away and leave the rest of us alone.

 All I ask from all our members is treat us the way you want us to treat you. We all work long and hard hours to bring to you the best possible program on the net. With over 350,000 daily page hits, over 19,000 members (we reached that way prior than the end of the day), and lightning striking our equipment, we feel proud at how we have treated you. I will never say mistakes have not happened, that they will not again in the future, but we will work on everyone's account to ensure accuracy. We are NOT out to scam you of your money (heck if we wanted to do that, we have sufficient capital to disappear and never be found for years to come when we would be all broke). LOL But I am to old for those types of games. I am looking into the future of long term gains and stability.

 We set the cut off time at 50,000 members. The reason? We are not sure of how much money we can raise for pay outs at that level, but feel very confident that no one will lose one red cent from becoming our member. The worse case that could happen is you will earn 400-700% profits on your membership and we are forced to close this program due to people like ZBRONSON aka Hurricane Debby!
 Please resist these people and their unfounded allegations. I would believe someone saying "I didn't get my check this month". 100% of those were located and paid. In many cases when they registered, they provided the wrong mailing address. Once our bank is fully operational, you can bank with us and on the 25th of the month your funds are transfered directly into your own secret numbered account.

 This portion of J&K is only 9 months young. Our staff grew from 3 1/2 people to over 15 (people who serve you and make this work for all). All of our over heads and expenses are paid through a high interest bearing account we have established. Not one cent is take from the members fee to pay the people who
 make this happen.

 I know that the member(s) who appreciate our dedication, hard work and communications will stick with us. It is those who will come out way ahead. Those who drop out early will be the loser. Refunds are sent on the 25th of the month in their 6 month waiting period. They get one check and that is all.

 So if you see a disgruntled posting they are either:
 Not A Member OR They were discontinued from our program for spamming or for vulgar, nasty-threatening email or for just spamming us with the same questions over and over and over again. We only want people who want to be here. People who can see the benefits and listen to others who are already reaping in the rewards.

 Thank you all who have brought to our attention ZBronson inaccurate postings. Delete her posting or just put them on ignore. You will save not only yourself time and energy but others time as well.

    Hi, this is Roy. Emails have not been top priority as I have been explaining in all our updates. Accounting, accuracy and easy access to your funds has been top priority. We requested months prior to reaching 50,000 the time to close the program, bring all accounts up to date, and reopen for up to 30 days longer. But the rumors and false statements just keep coming in. "ROY LEFT WITH YOUR MONEY" isn't close to the truth. Your money is in the bank or in investments. If I had any desire to take the money and run, I would have done so by now. Plus I never would have closed the program, heck no, why do that when the program was generating 7,000 new members a day? I could have waited another month and ran off with those funds and then disappear.

    From what I can tell is many here do not believe in trust, understanding the people you work with. I am just as loyal to the people who work with me as they are of me. I will not ruin such great friendship by running off. I have family and close friends. I am old and where would I go? What would I do?

    Yes, we experienced a delay in the grand opening of the bank. The actual unvieling is expected to be on Dec. 5, 2000.

    I can't talk to anyone at this point. We have govt agents in as non paid
    and paid up members. All I can say is in a few weeks everything will be
    back on line and our communication with our members will be open. This time
    no one can shut us down. They can throw me in jail, kill me, and J&K will
    survive. The feds first attack was on our money, then our communication.
    They are trying to draw complaints only to stick it to them. They will audit
    and charge the complaintant with tax fraud.

    But in the next few weeks, everyone will be hearing from us once again.
    The truths will then come out. Mean while we ask everyone to be patient.
    We have many atty's on board and many others have offered their services
    (a few for free). I wasn't aware we had so many atty's as members LOL.

    They seem to know everything I do. They just can't find me LOL. But the
    atty's we have are great and they are planning an attack of their own. So
    far the only reason they have been told why we have been attacked is "something
    just doesn't look right". Sounds like a constitutional issue here.

    By mid December or sooner we will be BACK! The only ones that have been
    hurt and the only ones that they hurt are the members (the ones they claim
    they are protecting). But if I have it my way, no one will get hurt. Sure
    it will take some time to recoup the losses, but I think in due time we
    can ensure no one will be hurt financially.

    So please let your referrals know not to panic. J&K is not going away, just delayed.

Hello Rick,
   Thanks for your email. It is true that the govt is interfering with everyones life.
   They want very badly the membership list. I have always promised to protect all
   members identity a secret and I will do everything in my power to protect you.

   Our programming and computers are on the way to a safe ISP who will not be
   intimidated by the US govt. In two weeks we will have our bulk email restored
   and our update page. All the rest is going to take some time to restructure and
   verify all information again.

   It would be very easy for me to meet with the SEC and sign an agreement to
   give them all our money locked up in Luxembourg and close our doors forever.
   But for some unknown reason I have never done anything in my life easy. I just
   don't believe in short cuts. I have vowed to fight this until I die if necessary.

   We have some very good lawyers on this. Add a top grade consulting firm who
   deals strickly with the SEC and a high win ratio, we will beat them at their own
   game. In fact I was told our case sounds like the easiest case they have ever
   worked on. They have told an atty that the reason they are going after us is
   "something just doesn't look right". They could say that about any company and
   ruin their business over night. They will make up stories and they will tell you
   what they could charge you with but its all BS.

   I promise that no one will lose a dime. Lets say they are successful in taking all
   those millions from Lux. Yes it will take some time for us to make up for the
   loses, but still no one will lose any money. If our project pays on time on March
   1, 2001, then we can get caught up real quick. Our profits will range from
   $2M-$4M weekly. Thats just one project. Another investment we are getting in
   with, will pay us around $25 M the first year and then 10X that amount the
   following year.

   A lot of my friends and relatives ask me why I want to fight this. I have made a
   commitment to every paid up member. I will not let them down without
   exausting every avenue I can possibly use. If they run out, I will invent a new avenue.

   It is very late and I just couldn't sleep. It's not the business that keeps me
   awake now and then, its a medical condition. But I will sleep until 2-3PM LOL.

Hi XXXX,
    Near as we can figure, about $3,000-$4,000 have been returned. Out of almost
    $3Million I don't think we will have any problems covering those checks
    once we are set back up. They will be the first taken care of.

    To answer the question of owning our own ISP, using an ISP or using a different
    method; we use what is called a Co-Lo location. That is we rent shelf space
    from a company who has access to the internet. They re-boot the machines
    if they ever crash, repair the equipment, perform programming duties, along
    with all other needed services. So all we did was took back our equipment
    (legally) and sent it to a location where it can not be seized. It is true
    that the SEC has not filed a case against J&K because they do not have anything.
    All we are doing is anticipating their tactics and avoiding them from ruining
    us forever. I would rather have delays than a complete shut down.

    That is why you see posting telling me to come out like a man and turn myself
    in. For what, to be locked up until I give them what they want? They are
    after our members and J&K. So let those cricis keep blabbing their big mouths
    off. Soon they will have nothing more to say cause we will win. We will
    return bigger and better than before. Everyone will see that we are for
    real. That everything we said we would do we did. Yes, money payments will
    be delayed but everything else we said we would do will be in place and
    everyone will see that they will not lose a penny. The only other unfortunate
    aspect is I doubt if we will be able to take in any new members. Because
    of all the delays and legal garbage wasting so much of our time, all the
    other projects are about to come to life.

 Everything is under control on our part. The SEC was unable to obtan our members list and they wanted that very badly. They planned to go after everyone who referred anyone. They are attempting to shut down every and all companies that have a referral based company.

 We should be back up next week some time. We will have an update page available
 to only paid members (pass word protected and encrypted), and our bulk emailer
 will also be up and running. The other pages may also go up but we can not
 guarantee accuracy (things just get messed up some times in data bases).
 We won't know until they open the files and do a comparison to our back ups.

Hi xxx,
   I doubt we will be taking on any new members. We have between 20-30,000
   paid up members. It is not the total we are concerned about at this time, it is
   just that many of our larger investments are about to pay off and once that
   begins we will not have the time to keep working with new people, answering
   thousands of emails daily from newbies, we will be busy working our
   investments. The profits we earn is how we pay our members, and the loyal
   members we have is our first concern.

   This coming week we will be back on line. First is communication. Bulk email and
   our update page. This page will be only available to paid up members. All non
   paids will be deleted. The deleted files will be stored for 6 months, and if we
   made a mistake on any we can easily add them to the paid up list.

   There will also be a new form that will need to be electronicly signed by every
   member who is paid there will be a non disclosure agreement and other
   protections for our company and members. One main one is that they are not a
   government employee, a government agent, a government consultant, and in no
   other capacity working for or with the government of any country. All information
   provided beyond that page is proprietary and confidential information and it can
   not be copied, nor can the information ever be provided to anyone else under
   any circumstances. As this information is proprietary to our members only, the
   material can never be used in a court of law unless obtained by a legal search
   warrant by the government in which J&K is incorporated in and the only two
   jurisdictions J&K is legally incorporated in is Belize and Grenada.

   We know our members are behind us. They are all intelligent individuals
   and I am proud to have the group of people we have. When I first began going
   into the forum just to see what others were saying about us, my heart raced
   with happiness. I really can not explain the up beat feeling I get after reading all
   the great comments. Every bad comment are from non paid members and
   government agents. They think they have sunk our ship, yes we took some
   heavy hits, we saw more coming and we avoided their attempts to sink
   everyone. Our damage has been heavy but not heavy enough to sink us. Daily
   our support and position grows stronger. Soon we will be back better than before.

   I have seen your comments on the forum and I do appreciate all your assistance
   and support. It is people like yourself that keeps me going. As long as our
   members don't give up on me, I will not give up on them.

Hi xxx,
Thank you for keeping our members informed and at the same time assisting
my location secret.

Good news. Our new ISP has the email server up and running, tomorrow they
will be placing on the net work the computer that has the bulk email program.
They are in hopes that the DNS will be changed so we can begin emails with
everyone again. Then they are working on the programming for the electronic
signature page (where everyone who agrees to confidentiality and other restrictions
can enter the page).

Our only draw back is going to be the holidays. But everyone is anxious
to get to work and get us up and running again. There are a few things we
are still working on. (1) Will we be accepting any more members? I know
that many people have others waiting to sign on. If we do agree to allow
a few more people in, what format will we use? Will it be by email or the
on line sign up form? What time frame do we allow new members, a few days,
a week or 10 days or ?? (2) Luxembourg atty (first attempt) wire transfer
failed for retaine fee. We obtained a little more info but we have not heard
if it went through this time. (3) In the beginning do we set up a forum
page for members only or do we just go back to our bulk email method of
reaching people with announcements. The forums are proving to be a burial
ground for all programs. (4) If we go with the email announcements and updates,
we want everyone to have encrypted email. That means they need an account
with someone like hushmail, ziplip, or any other secure email system. I
am leaning more towards the encrypted email and if someone doesn't have
it they can't read our mail. On the same token our system will reject all
mail sent unsecurely.

Everyone who has bounced checks will be taken care of with a high priority.
Soon new email addresses will be set up for this function.

The SEC has gone so low, to subpeona some under aged children (they are
only 15) in an effort to locate me. Now how low can anyone go? .

But I feel very confident that by mid December we will be fully back in
operation.

It's late here and I need some rest. I will be in contact when I learn more.
This coming weekend I am going on a three day weekend. I will be gone Friday-
Sunday eve. I will check all my email upon return and get back with you
then.

My last email was returned. But all it said was I agree that you should
have a hushmail or private email account.
Well next Wednesday we should have the license for the bank. We are ordering
the phones Monday. Things are looking up. The servers DNS hopefully will
be set up soon. This is beyond our control. We were hoping it would be set
up so we can begin communicating with everyone again.The same day it is
up and running, everyone will hear from us.

   The biggest thing and the real point accross the disclaimer is if a govt person
   only is entering the site in an attempt to put together a case against us,
   anything they found within the pages are exempt as any evidence without a
   legal search warrant from the country in which we are operating. In the case of
   a govt employee who has entered with the intent of being a loyal member, then
   they will email us and tell us so. Then we can make another disclaimer for those
   people who are govt people sign a different agreement of confidentiality and
   again all information can not be copied or provided to others or used in any
   court of law without a written search warrant validated by the government's in which we operate.

   Q2) Will you still treat those who have successfully wired transfer to Luxemberg
   or Citibank as "paid member" or do you have other plans for them if they're still
   shown inactive if they've proof that they've wired it already?
   A2) It will depend on how the court handles the money. If they order all the
   money returned where it came from, then everyone will have their money back.
   If we are successful and we get the money then yes, we will act accordingly.

   Q3) Some have expressed concern on those who have requested Oct checks but
   didn't receive them. Will they be considered as "top priority" case too?
   A3) All past dues will be handled as a priority.

Dear xxxx,
   I am very happy to tell you and your subscribers that by Friday of this
   week (Dec. 15) we will have our email servers up and running and the main
   server back on line. The only feature that paid up members will be allowed
   into will be our update page at this time. We had all our accounting completed
   and we were planning on re-opening for new members. When we sent an email
   to everyone providng the opening date not one of our emails every arrived
   in any members email. That was our first hint there was a problem with our
   outbound email. Then when we attempted open our email there was never any new mail.

   Our ISP's needed to be replaced. We in essence terminated our contract with
   one company and the other company had already terminated our services just
   because they received a letter from the SEC.

   We took possession of our computers and shipped them to a safe country.
   All we are waiting on is DNS entry. Even without it, once our main server
   is online we will be emailing everyone (paid members) informing them of
   what is happening and what to expect from us in the future. J&K is a closed
   and private membership. We have some people with us that do not belong here.

   They joined with only one pupose in mind, to destroy us. We beleive they
   are all government employees and we are blocking all communication to those
   we suspect are government people.

   I wish I could give a date when things will go back to normal. Payments
   will resume as soon as we can. We have a new accounting nightmare happening

   because a lot of people wrote or emailed Luxembourg (where our account was)
   requesting refunds and god only knows what else they said. But the bank
   has blocked our account which had almost $3Million. A lot of people placed
   stop orders on their money orders and now the correspondence bank that was
   processing them has closed our account.

   So as you can see we have the work cut out for us to get back where we were
   but we will be back and we will resume payments to members even if it is
   partial payments until we recoup our loses.

   I am in hopes that by Friday I can announce to the world that LeGrande
   International  Bank is open for business. We were to receive the license in late September,
   early October at latest. Then there was that big blow up of the First
   International Bank of Granada and the country froze all new licenses. Our license was
   approved back then but they were not allowed to issue the license until
   the matter of FIBG was settled. Within one week after the license is issued
   we will have our address and telephone number in Granada. (THIS WILL BE
   FOR BANK CALLS ONLY-NO J&K CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THE BANK AND J&K
   ARE TWO DIFFERENT BUSINESSES).

   I want to thank all the members that stood behind us during our time of
   need. J&K did everything they said they would do for their members until
   we became threatened. We were forced to take defensive actions before real
   disaster hit us all.

   We will succeed provided we have members who will stand behind us. Without
   the members, there is no reason for us to continue our fight to save J&K.

   Please pass this message on to our members.

   We are still waiting on DNS entry to bring our site back to you. Mean while
   we are waiting on a small glitch to be worked out so we can email everyone
   and present our update page. Only paid members will be allowed into the
   system. If you know you have paid, and you did not place a stop payment
   on your money order or request a refund directly from Luxembourg, you are
   welcome to the updates.

   Because a number of people did place stop payments, it caused our
   correspondence bank to cancel our account and worse our class bank lost their account.

   For those who went directly to our bank or placed a stop payment on their
   payments, you will not be allowed to enter our program. There will be only
   a few exceptions to members who have additional accounts that are paid.
   The problems that come about with so many requesting refunds directly from
   the bank or placing stop payments, gives the appearance that we are taking
   people for their money. First of all if that was ever going to be our intention,
   we never would have left so much money in our Luxembourg account. As soon
   as the money hit the bank we would have moved it around into different
   accounts all over the world.

   Another thing we wouldn't have done is closed the program to new members.
   We just would have kept taking in new members and when we knew that the
   authorities were close to shutting us down, we would have disappeared with
   your money. To say that all our funds are tied up in Luxembourg is far from
   the truth. But 40%+ is.

   This has also created a new accounting nightmare for us. Before we can resume
   paying anyone, all the reversals and stop payment accounts need to be deleted.

   Funds that have not been presented for payment as of yet, will need to go
   through a new bank. If we have the same problem of to many bounced money
   orders, we will more than likely lose that account. Even with the opening
   of the new bank, we will not be any different than any other offshore bank,
   we need a correspondence bank.

   Personally I don't care how many people at this point placed stoped orders
   and requested their money back from the bank directly. Once the accounting
   is complete, those still with us will receive the benefits.

   We have had many suggestions on how to handle any new members in the future.
   The suggestions have been (1) don't allow any new members (2) only allow
   current paid up members the right to refer new people but by word of mouth
   only, no emails and no web pages (3) open for one week only for new members
   every 90 days. Right now I am a little upset that some of our current members
   are causing all the problems with our banking, that I don't really care
   if we have new members or not. We will take very good care of the members
   that stood behind us. Members who believed in us and assisted us during
   this time of need. That is what members are suppose to do. On the reverse
   side of things the company needs to assist their members and serve & protect
   them. If you are no longer a member then there is no reason why we would
   need to protect your idenity when asked.

   So either you are with us or against us. I hate Mc Donald's resturants,
   I will never eat their again. Almost everyone I talk to does not like them
   either and refuses to eat there. But guess what, do you think they are losing
   any money? Do you think they are going to close their doors just because
   a handful of people don't eat there? They just keep growing and growing
   because all you need is a small percentage of people to like what you are
   doing to succeed in business today.

   I was getting very tired of receiving email from people telling me about
   this program or that program closing and everyone getting ripped off. If
   the company didn't rip them off the govt closed them down causing the same
   effect. But in the case of the companies that kept their promise to you
   and all their other members, did you try to assist the company in their
   defense? Did every member email or write the government agency that caused
   them to close, in support of that company? Of course you didn't because
   if every member did write and call them, they would know that the people
   are finally behind something and they would not be up against just a few
   company people but every member. This world still should be run by the
   people. The US government claims that it is run by the people, and for the
   people. That has all changed because you allowed it to be turned around
   that the government rules the people for the sake of the government.

   Lets say I settled this case and gave $3Million to the US government. How
   much of that money would go back to the members? The answer: not one thin dime.

   I will not give up on our loyal members. I don't care if there are only
   a handful of members with us when this is all over. I will support them
   and do everything J&K promised them and then some. Will it take time to
   get things back in order, of course it will. How much time I don't have
   a clue. I wish it could be tomorrow but that would be very unrealistic.
   But it will happen.

   To all the members that have stayed behind us, I want to thank you all.
   It is because of you that I never threw the towel in and quit. We will succeed together.

We are finally back on line. All our computers and data base is safe and
sound. As you may or may not know, we came under attack from the SEC and
various governments. It\'s been a real cat and mouse game to protect what we
have developed.

 Up until the opposition moved in on us, we doing just great. But some
members and many non members have been doing their best to shut us down.
There have been rumors that (1) we ran off with everyone\'s money (2) we
moved to an island and living off the members money (3) we could be selling
drugs or guns to earn our returns and lot of other rumors that are not true.

 Here is what they do:
(1) disrupt communication between the company and their members. This
gives the appearance that we did run off
(2) they interfer with your email. We attempted to email you many times
but none was ever delivered. Result: the same as above
(3) they attempt to seize all your cash. This cripples anyone from hiring
an attorney to represent you. No one works for free and now days that all
want huge retainer fee\'s.
(4) they go into the forums and spread rumors that are not true, causing a
panic amoungst the members. They encourage everyone to contact the SEC or
our financial institutions we do business with. The banks are then flooded
with calls with the rumors and the banks close us down. In the case with
Luxembourg, every large account was frozen. The reason they have given is
there is a lot of cash going into Luxembourg from Russia that they believe
to be drug money. Now we have to go to court to prove the funds in our
account is not drug or illegal funds.

I want to thank the thousands of members who stood with us. I always feel
things happen for a reason. Those who do not deserve to be members will be
weeded out. We have a list coming soon that will tell us who did and who
didn\'t contact our banks that caused us so many problems. Problems that
could have been avoided had of each paid member stood beside the
organization they were part of.

We will not be allowing any new memberships at this time. First we will be
deleting all non paids and then all the ones who contacted the banks and
placed stop orders on their money orders will be deleted. Then once that is
accomplished we will talk with all members to see where we go from there.

   To answer your question as to why some paid up members did not receive my
   email is I am suspecting that when my system crashed it actually shut off
   sending emails to the entire list. Now the tech feels that the server would
   continue sending them until completed but the tech who is with the computer
   said it did shut down and many did not go out.

   Tonight I will be sending another email and this time when it is sending
   I will not use the my computer until it tells me all mail has been sent.
   (I got I performed an illegal operation error through netscape and lost
   everything like everyone else does. Guess I just overloaded my machine).

   I thank everyone for their support. But please do not elect me as President
   LOL..... George Bush can have that job.

   We are also unable at this time to get into anyones personal account. Once
   that feature is back and running, everyone will need to go into their account

Hello To ALL our Loyal Members.

I am in hopes that every paid member will receive this email. During the
shipping and transfer of the computers, some things may have changed. We
will not know that until a comparison of the back up data can be set up
against the data within the hard drive.

I wish I could tell you when the DNS will be established. Seems it takes
longer offshore. Not only does it take longer here, we do not have the fast
connection that the US offers at any reasonable price. The price for a full
T-1 here costs over $12,000.00 a month. So we are shopping around for lower
expenses and a lot of bandwidth. I am afraid that when we do open, our
system will over load badly and we are now working on what to do when that
happens. Instead of pages timing out, we want to install a program that will
notify you that there are to many hits at the current time and please try again later.

When I sent my last email, I was answering email and doing other things
while the email was going out to you. My system crashed with a Netscape
error that read, \"You performed an illegal operation\". I remember about 5
years ago, when I first got on the computer, this message came up often and
it scared the heck out of me. I franticly called a friend of mine and asked
him if the cops were going to bust down my doors and take all my possessions
and throw me in jail. What did I do that was illegal and how do I correct
it. He laughed and said not to worry; it was just a Netscape thing and some
how I over loaded my computer. When I clicked on the ok button everything I
was working on disappeared.

I want to clear up some misunderstandings. First of all yes, our ISP shut
down the update page because they received a letter from the SEC saying they
were investigating us. Illeness also confirmed this by contacting that ISP
and that was their reply to her. They wouldn\'t answer our emails though but they did hers.

No, the SEC was not the ones who froze the Luxembourg account it was the
government in Luxembourg that froze it. Why, all we have learned so far is
that they have blocked all large accounts in Luxembourg due to large sums of
money being deposited there from Russia. Money that is suspected of being
drug or laundered.  Our atty\'s in Luxembourg are working on this problem
and hopefully soon they will have a game plan on what we will do to get our
money. To say the SEC is not involved, we have no idea. Just a coincidence I guess.

Are we ever going to get a license in Grenada? It has been promised to us
for months now. We have paid all the fee\'s required yet something isn\'t
right in Grenada. In fact the US has been there for weeks now sorting out
all the garbage from First International Bank. Several other offshore banks
to do a joint venture have approached us. It will take time to set up an
operation like that but if we can still accomplish it we will. Mean while I
am no worried over the bank. One thing I have learned in life is time heals
everything. As I don\'t plan on leaving J&K I will fight to accomplish
everything J&K promised, in spite of the opposition. I know right now they
are baffled and upset that we are sending you an email update. Ask me if I
care LOL. They told you we would not return, that we left with your money.
What a joke. That is exactly what they wanted you all to believe so that you
would file a complaint with the SEC. They have called some members and most
if not all told them that it was none of their business.

No, the SEC did not shut down our computers, we did. We moved them out of
the reach of harm.

Some have suggested that I take the rest of the year off and relax and hit
it all again on the first of the year. I will probably do that just because
of health (and no Illeness, this is not an excuse either. When the time
comes I have proof of everything I have told our members.)

J&K will survive and it is only because of you that we will win this war
of financial freedom for all.

Until we have eliminated all the people who are members but do not support
our future efforts, I will not be specific in to what we are up to. Roy 1 to
control tower: we have been hit and damaged but still repairable and we will
be back 1000% as soon as possible.

The agenda for next month is to be sorting out all the returned checks and
matching what has taken place over the last few months with accounting. The
amount of returns were not that many and I feel confident that we will have
this all sorted out soon.

 The next priority is to get our site back up and running. We fear that we
do not have sufficient bandwidth to handle the page hits we were taking
prior to shut down. We were taking in over 750,000 page hits a day, and I
doubt we can take 100,000 page hits without over loading the bandwidth. We
are seeking alternative connections.

 Everyone is gone for the holiday\'s and not much can or will happen until
right after the first of the year. With what appears to be a recession in
our very near future, I know how important our company is to thousands of
our members. We will be doing everything in our power to get us back on line
and begin pay outs as soon as possible.

 One point I would like to cover with everyone. When and if I send you an
email, it is not open to the public unless I say it is ok to release the
information. In the future, if anyone posts my email to any forum, you are
breaching my confidential email to you.

 Recently I have become aware that I am forgetting to get things done. Some
times I thought I did something and didn\'t and other times I thought I

Hello J&K Members,
   I am in hopes that everyone had a great and wonderful holiday. I know many
   of you are curious what the new year will bring. One thing it will bring
   to you is J&K back on the road again. To say we have accomplished a lot
   over the holiday period would not be the full truth. Many took off for 2
   weeks, rest they all needed including myself. I can only reveal the fact
   that we are reorganizing from the ground floor up again, which will not
   be an easy task. We need to move our equipment again to a co-location that
   offers higher bandwidth at a reasonable cost. When I email just the paid
   members that took around 7 hours. When I attempted to send an email to
   everyone  it timed out after 13 hours and not all the email went out to members.

   We appreciate everyone support during these tough times. I know people are
   losing money almost every day on the stock market, and I receive email from
   others telling me of another offshore company disappearing without paying
   one dime to anyone.

   For the purpose of security and confidentiality, I will no longer be discussing
   what, where or how we are doing anything until it is set up and ready to
   work for us 100%. This way the opposition can't stick the noses in places
   they don't belong and ruin another opportunity before we get out the door.

   I can guarantee you that you all will be pleased with what we are doing
   and I guess time will be the proof of that. Rome wasn't built over night
   and neither were we, but as each day that goes by we are building.

Hello Everyone,
 I have not been in touch for about 10 days and it seems a few people (who
 are probably not members and the opposition) are stirring up their negative
 garbage again. Funny how that happens. But they are right, I should at least
 write once a week even if there isn't anything new to report, so for now
 on I will send an update at least once a week.

 Prior to the beginning of the rent-free program a lot of planning went into
 how the company would be structured. From the very first day of opening
 and every day there after we were constantly improving our technical
 capabilities, adding new staff members, training, adding up to date servers, increasing
 bandwidth to bring you faster down loading, and this practice is still taking
 place today. But we needed to rebuild from scratch over the last few months.
 We use to tell you everything we were doing, things that were not necessary
 and things most companies would never allow you to know. When we made
 mistakes we told you about them and corrected them. All it did was allow the opposition
 in the front door to cause problems.

 Lets talk a little about our opposition. They twist everything we say or
 do. They know how to block what we have attempted to do to succeed. How
 could they do this? We told everyone what we were planning on doing. Projects

 we were developing, investments, and growth for the future. We made it very
 easy for them to step on us and close a lot of doors of opportunity. They
 signed on as members and actually paid for a few of them. That way they
 were ensured to always receive our updates and find out exactly what we
 were doing. We made it very easy for them to contact people who we were
 about to do business with. The potential investments and things we were
 trying to put together fell apart simply because they contacted them on
 the basis of a so-called fraud investigation. Now who in their right mind
 would ever get involved with anyone who is under investigation for fraud?
 Why would anyone want to spend the time or the money in a company that
 could possibly be shut down?

 I have since told everyone that there will no longer be any information
 released until the project or projects we are working on are fully completed
 and working at that time. I have also explained that we had to move everything

 out of the US even though what we were doing in the U.S. was completely
 legal. I bet there are thousands of offshore companies that use U.S. ISP's
 to service their Internet needs. Not only do the U.S. ISP's offer the best
 technical capabilities they also charge a lot less for their services. Just
 one small example is the cost of T-1 lines. In the U.S. the cost is about
 $1,500.00 a month, in the Caribbean the cost is about $12,500.00 a month.
 Now that is one huge savings. The technical knowledge in the Caribbean is
 limited and it takes them months to accomplish what a U.S. technical staff
 can perform in weeks.

 Just because we offered something different, something that is workable
 in our eyes but not theirs, then we are accused without being accused of
 fraud. Actually I have heard many accusations, from fraud, to being a loan
 scam, to being a pyramid or ponzi scheme. They claim they have been watching
 us since December of 1999. They use the words, could be, possibly are this
 or that, but they don't come right out and say we are doing any of these
 things. But you know something, if I called any company that was about to
 do business with another company and told them that I suspected that the
 company they are about to do business with of possible fraud, that company
 would not have any further dealings with them.

 So as a defensive move against total shut down, we had to move all our
 equipment out of the U.S. Not only did this cripple us from communicating with you,
 this crippled everything we develop for the entire year of our manpower.
 There were over 40 people on staff and it dropped to 5 virtually in one months time.

 During this time all the money that we were holding in Luxembourg has been
 frozen until we prove that this money is not drug or laundered money. There
 is almost $3 million tied up. And all this occurred one week prior to reopening
 to new memberships for one more month. They contacted both our ISP's and
 one shut us down without notification. They wouldn't answer our emails but
 they sure did answer the oppositions.

 I only wish I could tell you what is happening because it is so fantastic
 that you wouldn't believe it until it is all set up and in operation. The
 future earning potential is in the billions yearly and that's without any
 U.S. business. Yes, you as a J&K member will be paid from those profits.
 You all will have the opportunity to own stock in the company. And yes that
 will be a legal registered security in the U.S. because that would be a
 security. Your membership fee is just that a membership fee. It's not a
 security to anything. It is a private membership where people referred their
 friends and relatives. Now it is closed to new members and more than likely
 we will not be accepting any new members in the future. I know this is going
 to disappoint thousands of people. People who have been patiently waiting
 to join. But we an obligation to the many we have and due to timing our
 biggest investment of all will be coming true very soon. Our new venture
 will be, should be closed by next week Thursday. Can I tell you then what
 it is? NO I can't. Not until it is up, running and working.

 I have also told everyone over and over again that we must all stick together
 to make J&K a success. Because the majority of you have been very loyal
 to us, we will succeed. But it will not be an over night ordeal. It is going
 to take time to build a solid foundation so strong that we never have these
 problems again.

 Looking at several of the past companies that closed their doors and many
 people lost their money; I can see why they did not pursue and fight to
 succeed. It is very hard rebuilding an organization this size. It is very
 tough on your mind and body working to not only keep alive what you have
 built, but to keep your current investments growing and adding new ones
 as planned from the very beginning.

 I realize many of you do not understand how a business is run let alone
 started. Many I am sure have thought about going into business for yourself
 but you ran into problems before you got off the ground. Many refused to
 go into business for yourself when you realized it was not as easy as you
 thought. You wouldn't take the chance. Many did take the chance but lost
 their business in a year or two. It has been reported that 20,000 businesses
 shut down their web sites daily. You can give up on us but we will not give up on you.
I don't have any indication of any paid up members giving up. They have all expressed
their support to us. I have not received one single email from a paid up member who has lost their confidence in what we are doing. When we succeed they will all succeed with us.

 to say that we have the best membership in the world.

   I’m sorry I didn’t send you an update last week. I’ve been working long hours
   trying to resolve the main obstacles that have prevented this program from
   accomplishing the goal of getting fully operational again.

   I am happy to say that our goal is now very near. We have made giant strides
   in getting very important issues resolved. The problems that have kept this
   program from getting back on track are all VERY CLOSE to be taken care of for
   once and for all.

   I will be making a major announcement in 2 weeks regarding the status and
   future of J & K. For obvious reasons, I cannot give any details on our plans right
   now. I know you all understand the reason.

   Members, we have come a long way since I first opened this program. The last
   few months have not been easy for any of us. I am pleased to say the battle is
   almost over.

   I will say this... You will be very, very happy with what has been accomplished.
   The Members will be rewarded for their faith and their patience.

   I know that an update has been overdue now, and I apologize. What we have
   been setting out to accomplish has been monumental, indeed. To say that I and
   my team have been sitting around twittling our thumbs would be far from the
   truth. The truth is that I have been very busy trying to undue what has been
   done to our program, and I am proud to say that we have made some great
   strides in some areas and we have been stonewalled on a couple of others. I
   have been waiting for some last minute developments to come to light before I
   was to announce them to you loyal members, but it looks as if I will need a few
   more days till we can get exact confirmation of what we have accomplished
   before I can set about announcing them to the membership.

   So, for the purpose of security and confidentiality, I will not be risking the life of
   our program to you our members, just as yet, but I can assure you that when I
   receive the confirmations that I speak of in the next few days, then and only
   then, will I release our new plans for J&K .

   Hello To all the members of J&K Global Marketing, Corporation. This is Roy
   Weaver and today I have a lot of information to tell all our loyal members.

   First let me begin by saying how grateful I am to all the support during probably
   one of the toughest times we will ever go through. Without your loyalty and
   spiritual support we never would have continued. It was your grateful
   comments and letters of support that helped us to keep going. Many members
   offered us money for legal fee's, some just said use it to pay the staff to keep
   everyone on board. I thank each and every one of you that offered financial as
   well as spiritual support. The finances we did not accept. Thank you all once again.

   Here are the latest developments:

   Our site will return within the next 2-3 weeks. You will all like the new changes
   that have been made. It has a total new feel and look.

   All members will be able to enter their own file once again. No one will get in the
   members only section without using your password. The accounting section will
   not be included initially. It is not totally correct and does not match what they
   have on paper (well on the excel sheets). The technical staff has written a
   program that will transfer all the information over to the web with 100%
   efficiency and then and only then will they open that area to the members.

   J&K has also arranged with a bank to offer all their members offshore accounts
   with debit cards. They have also agreed to discount some service costs to J&K
   members by as much as 50%. What J&K agreed in return was to put that bank
   on line with the use of our current banking software. J&K will have an account
   with that same bank and when it comes time to pay a member all we do is
   simply transfer the funds from our account into yours. You can use your debit
   card to withdraw cash at almost any ATM machine in the world or to use for
   purchases. You can also request wire transfers. The target date for getting
   them on line is 4 weeks (about the middle of March).

   J&K Global Marketing, Corporation is a Belize Corporation and also registered as
   a LTD. In Granada. All of the holdings of J&K has been sold to another
   Corporation offshore (a Belize Corporation) Effective immediately, they now own
   J&K. J&K was sold for the good of the membership and for the future of J&K. We
   have no idea what is going to happen with the funds in Luxembourg.
   If the government decides to keep 100% of the funds to themselves, we would
   lose a little over $19Million Dollars to make it up to all the people that deposited
   via wire transfer to BIL. The new owners have a sound business plan that can
   make up for that lose and continue on with business as we expected it to go in
   the first place. They have the people and the experience to run and operate J&K
   the same as or even better than it was prior to the interruption.

   There first priority when it comes to pay outs are to make up for any bounced
   checks people received. Once that is taken care of then payments will resume to
   everyone who is entitled to receive their payouts. Now I have said this in my
   previous updates, from the time business was halted, every thing froze
   with it. That meant time, money, everything. But I can assure you all that in the
   long run you will make out better than you ever expected. They have a number
   of projects that you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor that
   could earn you much more than we could of ever presented to you.

   Once they reopen they will be providing everyone a two-week opportunity to
   refer new members. All the details will be within your membership pages.
   It will not be displayed on any pages that are just open for anyone to view.

   When they come on line with the new web address, they will be emailing all the
   members (paid members). All paid members are shown on the excel program
   and they will be using that list for their emails. This way we are positive that
   99% of all paid up members at the time of shut down, will be notified.
   Their program will be hooked up to high speed access and it won't take 13
   hours to send the batch email like it was with us the last few months.

   I know a lot of our members will ask what am I going to be doing and if I am
   staying on with the new company. I will be working for them as a consultant for
   the next 6 months and longer if needed. I will keep a watchful eye out on what
   they are doing to ensure that each and every member is taken care of the same
   as if I was in charge. I am positive that you will like the new person who has
   taken over my position. He is a man of integrity and honesty. I have known this
   person for over 40 years. Everything and all the information you will need to
   know will only be within the encrypted members only area.

   I am asking each and every member to work with this new company the same
   way you have with me. I, like you, am now a member of J&K (they allowed me to
   register, guess I had some pull LOL). Actually that was part of my severance

I have always said that we have the best Members in the World, and I am so
proud of each and everyone of you, and now very proud that I am now one of
you. I have made every promise to you come true until outside interferance
occured. Some say I over reacted, others say I did the right thing. The
majority say that I did the smartest thing anyone could have done. None
the less, whats done is done.
I just want to tell everyone up front that the new site the company has
selected, is going to be very simple and very private. It will be something
like, "IF YOU DO NOT BELONG TO THIS PRIVATE MEMBERHSHIP, THEN PLEASE CLICK
HERE NOW" and IF YOU DO BELONG TO THIS PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP, THEN CLICK HERE
TO ENTER YOUR PRIVATE PAGE.
You will then be asked for your ID# and then your password. You will then
enter a page which will be a new memberhsip agreement. If you agree to the
terms, you will then sign it with an electronic signature, and then your
next page will be several questions on how you would like to see this company grow.
The questions will go into more details, which will be revealed to all members.
Oh, a few more security measures have been upgraded to there new system,
in the agreement, you will be giving permission to J&K to track your ID, and
 what computer and ISP you are using. It will also enter the time you entered
 the site, where you went, and what you attempted to do, if anything. All
pages within the new site will be encrypted, and if you do copy a page and
transfer  it, you will get nothing but gobbildy gook. YUK, if you try to print the
page, you will print out a lot of blank pages with J&K's name on them, and you
can't send the page to anyone, because you are in a secure area. The new
company will weed out the opposition, by tracking their every move and time
on each page. Their will be a members only forum. Here all your questions will be
answered.  NO ONE will be allowed to advertise J&K under any circumstances. You will
each have your referral page just like before, but this will only be
available to paid up members.

Like I said before, in other updates, the new company is taking everyones
record directly from within their system, not what would be on the net.
Those records will be more accurate than any other at this time. I don't
even want to get started on the on-line accounting, I am too tired, and
don't need a heart attack right here and now LOL.
The Luxembourg depositors, I can assure you that we have a great chance
of getting the money released. We have bankers, laywers,
accountants,companies  we invested with, and made money, and who
knows?.. 20,000 members to give us a great letter of reommendation.
The new company is ready to take the loss
if the country of Luxembourg keeps everyones money (what the heck, if it
was the US, they would keep it). There will be necessary changes, but the
ship will stay afloat. Everyone will make money. Your benefits as a member
will be kept. This time off has really gone by fast. I was on an entire week off. I got so
 much sleep that I just can't believe anyone could sleep like I did. This is
maybe my last update to everyone. The company does have some one in mind,
and if it is the person who I think it is, well you are in for a treat.
There are things he will say to you I never would have. He tells it like
it is. He's anti invasion of privacy. If we are not hurting anyone and we
are not a national threat, then we should be left alone. WE ARE A PRIVATE
MEMBERSHIP. Nothing more, nothing less. As a member, I will keep on the new
company to ensure that everything is done correctly. The owners earn nothing
 until all members and expenses are paid for the month.
Once you get into your memberhip pages, everything will become much more
clearer.  You will see what has happened, where J&K is going, what they have
accomplished over the last 6 months, and many, many more details. On the membership

My Dear Fellow Members,
   This is Roy and I just wanted to let you know that everything still seems
   to be on time for coming back on line on or before the 15th. of this month.
   Their very first test will be a bulk email to everyone, paid or not. Then
   another email will be sent to all paid members. The second message will
   have all the information you will need to know on where to enter the new
   site. Here again, the site will not be identified, it will just basically
   say, "If you don't know what you are doing here, and you are not a member
   of this Private Membership Organization, click here now." Then it will
   go on to say, "If you are a member of this Private Membership click here
   now." It will then take you to a sign up page, requesting your user name
   which is your ID#, then click on next and then it will request your password.
   If everything is correct you will get in to our PRIVATE PAGES including
   the new forum. Delphi and other forums will become obsolete; the information
   on their pages or any other unauthorized sites about J&K will not be accurate
   or correct.

   The new company does anticipate that the opposition will continue with their
   pages. Big deal. It is obvious by now they have nothing on J&K and they
   are just digging a massive hole in hopes to find some thing wrong so they
   may file a complaint. The fact of the matter is J&K was never a security
   and never will be.

   I understand that USA Today has started a weekly weekend article about the
   IRS being fraudulent for decades and I think, from what I heard that there
   will be 7 more weekend editions carrying information about the IRS and their
   criminal acts on the people. I suspect as well that some day someone will
   put all the information together about the SEC and their illegal activities
   and it will also come out. From what I have been told, the SEC is a Private
   organization and is not part of the government at all. They were provided
   powers to watch over registered securities and not offshore companies. A
   REGISTERED SECURITY means just that, it was registered as a security with
   the SEC. Nothing more, nothing less. But as the years have gone by, they
   passed their own standards of how their agency would be run; they placed
   more power upon themselves without government approval. Their rules and
   regulations have been made from within their own agency. For "laugh's and
   giggles" sake, lets say J&K is, and always has been a ponzi scheme. Of course
   they are not, but lets say they are. Now what in the heck does that have to do
   with a registered security? They have also made claims that J&K is a pyramid
   scheme. What does that have to do with a registered security?

   Their entire investigation has been based on the basis of "some thing just
   doesn't look right". Excuse me? If this is not invasion of Privacy, I would
   like to know what it is! Any one can claim something about any company or
   person and say "something just doesn't look right" and then they serve their
   worthless pieces of paper on people saying you are Subpoenaed to provide all of your
   documents, emails, so on and so forth, plus appear to testify about so and
   so, is pure crap! If you are not a registered security, they have no jurisdiction.

   J&K began to stop the abuse to the people who were investing in offshore
   programs (and many were in the US) and never getting paid or hearing from
   them after they got the money. Everything I told you we were attempting
   to do is true and still is true today. I can honestly say, in every case
   and movement that needs to occur is being held up with one government or
   another. But as soon as one breaks, they will all fall. They are not dummies,
   they are the one's that lose in the long run. Sure, Luxembourg may get
   $3M or so, but in the long run on legitimate taxes, they would have made
   a heck of a lot more than that over the years. Granada holding up on the
   license, they charge banks $40,000.00 a year plus a percentage of the profits,
   they can't earn anything if they keep holding up the license. The new company
   has contracts with other banks and establishments to keep things going for us.

Dear Fellow Members:
I have a little bad news, the site will not go up until Tuesday of next
week. When the computers arrived, one was totally destroyed. They had to
not only build a new machine, but they had to have back up copies of all
the programs sent to them. There was, I guess, one advantage to all this,
when they built the new machine, it will be at least 50% faster than the
other machine. It has 2 gigs of ram opposed to 500M, and it is a dual
pent.III, 1 gig processor. It has a scuzzy drive (I am not sure if that is spelled
correctly or not, I am not a techie), but that is said to be 50% faster
than an IDE drive. This is what I have been told, I am not a techie and
don't understand much of it LOL.

I have received several emails from individuals who have signed-up, but who
have not yet paid their membership fees, wondering if they will be able to
enter the members only sight. I'm sorry, but that would defeat the purpose
of the security. Anyone could sign up, with no intention of paying, enter
areas such as the forum, and participate as if they are a member and they
are not. Ask yourself, if you are in the forum talking
with others; you are paid but this other person is not paid; and they begin
a conversation that is just 100% negative and not true, how would that make
you feel towards that person? Who are they to come in here and bad mouth
a program that they are not even a paid up member of? If they don't like to
be a member, they can cancel anytime they want and their money will be refunded
within 6 months (in essence they receive one payment). If they become a
real pain to everyone, the members can vote them banned from the forum.
But, I really doubt that this will be necessary, as we will have the best
moderators to watch over the forum for us, and they will keep everything on the up and
up. I can tell you this, the new owners will not put up with any profanity
however slight. You can use xxxx xxx cause that could just about mean anything
(that's just an example). But I really don't believe we will have any problems with
anyone. We truly have the best members in the world. We all stood together
and J&K won. You will be more proud than ever to be a member. Your patience
will be rewarded. Our patience really.
So, let us all pray and hope that our new membership will have all their
computers and programs up and running by Tuesday of next week. I feel 99% positive that
they will be.

Dear Fellow Members,

   Well, I am happy to announce the temporary web site address. The company
   needs to provide at this time the IP address because they are experiencing a
   problem with the actual new domain name.
   You can enter the private site by going to:

   with your ID# in place of 100000

   Now if you use an invalid ID number like that used in the example, I doubt you
   will even get the first page. All the first page will say is that this is a Private
   Membership Club and to click a button to enter. Once you click on that button,
   you will be presented with a page to enter your username (which is your ID#
   and then your password.) Once you are in, you have a menu page.
   The next page will be a Membership agreement form. Read it as often as you
   must to understand it. You will not be able to copy and paste or print the page.

   Whatever you do, do not click on X to get out of the page and if you
   disagree, your membership will be cancelled. If you X to leave the page,your
   account will be suspended and you will not be allowed to enter the site without
   the company approving you. SO CLICK ON THE "I AGREE BUTTON!" After you
   have agreed to the new rules of the company, THE FIRST THING TO DO IS GO to
   the page to edit your information. There you must enter either a new password
   or leave it the same. Recheck your email address to ensure that is correct, if not
   change it. You are responsible to make sure that it is correct. If it is incorrect,
   you will not be able to receive our emails.

   No emails will be sent for several days - without a domain name, they can't
   send or receive emails directly through their servers. I also suggest for
   EVERYONE to obtain a secured email address either with ziplip.com or hushmail
   or any other encryption email service.
   A new email address will be set up shortly just for those who have forgotten
   their password or ID#. For all who had paid after the site was shut down,your
   accounts more than likely will not be up and running. The reason is because all
   payments received after the date of closure have been held and never deposited.
   If you are allowed into the site, but you do not see the forum button, that
   means we have your registration, but the funds have not been shown to be
   paid as of yet. I know that this is not going to be at 100% because now the
   company has to transfer all the information from the inner office records vs. the
   on line accounting. Here again, as I have explained over and over in the past,
   the inner office excel records are correct, the online information is not.

   If you have the button that allows you in the Forum, click on it. Here you will be
   able to read message from other paid members. PLEASE REMEMBER, THE
   COMPANY WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY PROFANITY, NOR WILL THEY ACCEPT
   PERSONAL INSULTS FROM ONE MEMBER TO ANOTHER. Because the site is
   moderated, even if you tried to place garbage that doesn't belong here, you will
   be unable to. The company will be setting up an email address for you to obtain
   your password if you forgot it.
   You can use any computer to enter your site. Every entry will be recorded and
   your IP address and computer will be traced. Every thing you do within this site
   will be recorded. Even though you are prevented by programming to copy,
   paste or print the site, just attempting to do so may result in you being banned
   from this private membership. There will be a strong zero tolerance for anyone
   breaking the few simple rules of the membership.

   We made it this far only because we all stuck together.
   So please go visit the new site and I and everyone will see you in the forum. I
   know many will have a lot of questions, but if you provide the company another
   week or two, I am sure everything you would be asking will be addressed in the
   forum. Also soon the new owners will be opening an email address directly to
   them and they will also attend and make comments within the forum.

   If you have problems entering the site; please send an email along with all your
   personal information to help the staff identify you are the person who owns
   that membership number, or if your email address is the same, they will match
   those and send you a temporary password so you may enter the site.

   an email from an encrypted site. I do realize that if you do not have either DSL
   or cable connection hushmail is a real pain to get into, but maybe others may
   have suggestions for other faster sites for you. Please keep all your questions
   in the forum. Do not even bother to ask questions about your personal account
   until AFTER you receive an email from the company. In that email will be full instructions
   to customer service. To answer everyones biggest question at hand, "is the
   new company going to accept new members at this time and the answer is NO."
   J&K is going to succeed regardless of all the opposition. It may take 3 months, it
   may take 6 months, but they will overcome all the problems and get back on
   track and only you and I as members can make this happen. Like I have said
   from the beginning we won because the majority stuck together.

   Over this past 6 months I have had the honor in becoming very close with many
   of the members. I cannot explain how great it made me feel to be able to do
   that once again. When J&K first began I was writing tons of personal email with
   a lot of people. Then we lost that personal touch because of the volume of
   email. I just couldn't keep up. I experienced heart failure on February 1 of last
   year. Because of the extreme work load I put myself under, working a lot of the
   time 36-47 hours, getting about a 5-6 hour sleep, and getting back on the
   computer, my system just gave out. That is when we out sourced the emails.
   They started with 5 full time people and they were still a little behind.

   My point is I have enjoyed the time that I have spent with you and thank each
   and everyone for the support you have provided not only to J&K but to myself.

Dear Fellow Members:
Hi all, it sure was nice being back on line, even for a little bit. What
occurred is the proxy server failed and the technical staff was given time
off because of all the hours and hard work they put it to get it all up
and running. In the islands, they have what I call the easy life. Everything
shuts down at 4PM on weekdays and 1PM on Saturdays and nothing is open on
Sundays. At least in this business any way. So we are at the mercy of when
they can get in to fix the server and it may not be until Monday some time.
I wish I could say for sure in an hour or three but it is out of my control.
The new company is at a disadvantage because everything has to be run outside
of the U.S.. I will keep you posted and let everyone know once it is back up.

Seems any more today, if you need something done right and correctly the
first time you almost need to do it yourself. Guess I should look to buy
a computer company and a wireless internet connection company then everything
would be under my control (if you haven't heard, I am a slave driver with my crews LOL).

But my hat is off to the tech crew for the fabulous job they have done thus
far. They really have performed a major job that would have taken others
4-6 weeks to accomplish. They had less than 2 weeks notice of where everything
was going to be set up.
Officially the clock began ticking as of early this AM. The clock will not
stop now and it will just keep on ticking in everyone's favor. (the official
time was 3AM EST on March 23, 2001.)
About the question of not being able to enter the site, When you get the
first page, and you click on enter and immediately it says you are not
authorized, check the URL address to make sure it is correct. One small
error will not allow you to get into the username and password page. If
correct, it will allow you into that section. Now there are a number of
people that the company has weeded out as being possible anti-J&K members.
Your account has either been suspended or cancelled. All of Ellenss sign-
up(s) have been suspended or deleted and I know we will hear tearfull stories
on how she had no right to do what she did, they had nothing to do with
her other than signing on as a member because she recommended them, then
I am sure we will hear about all the money they have invested with her recommendations
in the past and lost all their money, and God only knows what other stories
we will get about her. If we missed anyone that does not belong in our Private
Membership club, we will catch them (that is what the proxy server is for).
The report I received at weee hours of the morning was the proxy server
was tracking everyone just fine. It was virtually tracking everyone right
to their computer.
Thank you all for hanging in here like the rest of us. I am sure the new
company is doing all they can to correct the situation.

      Hello Fellow Members,

      It has been some time since I have written, but because of my health
and the attacks from the opposition, I have been rather busy when I can work
on anything.

      Because of all the assets of the company being tied up, it has put a
crunch on the company to get much accomplished. Next week things should be
changing around and starting to work in our favor.

      I am not allowed to talk about the case but I will tell you all this,
once the real truths come out you will be amazed at how the SEC can bend the
truths. They have publicly tried to assassinate my character, which the way
they put everything I am a real crook, but once the truth can be told from
my side you will see how they bend the truths. You will be amazed of what
really happened back in 1994.

      You will be amazed over the truth over the bank license, the truths on
what we intended on doing when J&K first began and what happened after it
started. You will be appalled at how the system is not working for the
people but working against the people.

      By locking up the funds makes anyone appear guilty. By having the
advantage of being able to go on line and tell everyone whatever they want,
makes people file complaints and begin to cooperate with their line of
thinking and that is we stole your money. If we stole your money, there is
no way they would have over $5Million tied up in assets. J&K paid out over
$2.7Million and according to their figures the company took in about
6.5Million. Now you do the math.

      J&K has contracts with very large companies that can and will make
fortunes. Now with all the funds tied up, the company is concerned that the
money they have put into these companies are not going to wait for the rest
of the funds committed by the company.

      With the assets frozen and our attorneys are told they cannot accept
our money, that the money must come from third parties, makes it very
difficult to get any attorney to represent you. That is what the SEC is
counting on, no opposition.

      Once they know they have us down and out, then they begin kicking you.
You are defenseless and it is like a 21 year old kicking the crap out of a
90 year old lady. The key here is the money to fight them, every attorney
that has reviewed the case say WE HAVE A WINNABLE CASE! But it is going to
be expensive but worth it in the long run.

      I have heard and the company has given approval for their staff to set
up an account for a legal defense fund and living expenses. There will be no
doubt expenses for travel and costs that I personally can not cover, I did
not make that much from the company simply because I was looking down the
road for my riches. I agree that companies that go out and purchase
expensive cars, homes, travel around the world and not pay the members what
they agreed upon, should be shut down and deserve to be.

      I personally feel that any and all complaints the SEC may have, have
been filed over the last month. They created complaints, by tying up our
funds, getting the ISP's to cancel the accounts so we could not communicate
with you, all added to reasons as to why people did file complaints.

      If you have received a subpoena, and you feel you need legal
assistance, please send a fax of the subpoena and how to contact you to
303-265-9199 and press 2 to activate the fax. Some one will contact you to
assist you. (that is part of the legal defense fund expenses, it will cover
everyone who has been given a subpoena for one reason or the other). I have
no clue what they will tell you to do, each case and the reason and who
issued the subpoena will need to be evaluated. But I am not an attorney and
have no clue as to how the defense works. I only follow the advice provided
because I believe in the legal advice the company has been provided.

      Only fax that number if you have received a subpoena and you need
legal advice. All other faxes will be destroyed, they will not accept
questions to this that or the other. Do not send letters of thanks or
anything like that. Keep this line open for important legal matters only.

      The company is still working on its email to all members paid or not.
The problem is with bandwidth, dealing offshore is like going back in time
by 4-5 years. The company has ordered double bandwidth from what they are
using currently and hopefully next week it will be all set up. I suggested
for the company to install some thing like the smart down load program so
that when the system crashes and when it comes back on line, that the emails
will begin to go out right where it left off rather than starting from the
beginning again. Dominica has also been experiencing power outages.

      The last few times the server has been down is due to power outages.
They are looking into back up generators. Gasoline types so that if the
power went down for three days they would still be on line.

      I know everyone is concerned over my health. I am doing everything I
can to get better. I feel I can beat the odds of what the doctors gave me in
October. They gave me one year if I continue working, 2 years if I did
nothing. This is the conclusion of three different doctors, and I am going
to prove them all wrong. Even with all the stress I am going to beat the odds.

      I also know some people have been burning the candle from both ends,
they have made demands on the company and they have filed a complaint with
the SEC. The company has attempted to pay some people their money back, but
couldn't simply because the banks would not send the wires. In several cases
they did say the money was sent but they must have had advance notice and
agreed to work with the SEC and tied up the funds illegally until they
received some thing in writing, but even at that there are international
laws that they are in violation of. But here again that goes back to the case.

      Hang in with us so we can all win. I don't care what anyone else says,
but we can win this and we will do it together. Those who don't want to be
part of this, can just leave and resign as a member.

      FLASH: I just talked with the company, and for those who are waiting
to pay for your second year dues, can donate the money to the legal defense
fund, and for your donation of $375 or greater will receive one free year as
a member. If you have signed on as a member and have withheld payment
because the company stopped accepting payments or you just didn't send it in
and wanted to, can also donate your funds and receive one free year. (This
would be for a donation in the minimum amount of $375.00). Now I think that
is a very fair offer.
      So for your donation in the amount of $375 or greater, you will
recieve a complimentary one year free membership in J&K.
