Hello to everyone. Ghosts and Goblins will be knocking on your doors tomorrow eve. "Trick or Treat" they will say and most will receive little pieces of candy for their time and efforts. Like all major holidays, it is for the children who day dream fantasies of wonder and joy. We were all children at one time and many of us are still dreamers. We all dream of hitting the lotto or winning big in the casino's. After tearing up that lotto ticket we fret a little and say to ourselves "next time maybe". Do we stop dreaming, no. 

J&K is the place where "Dreamers-dreams DO come true". Does that mean we will make you a millionaire, sorry to say no. It does mean we will make your life a little happier. J&K will help ease the pressure of bills, more bills and even more bills. For some it will add to their retirement fund. Others will just have fun spending it on new items for the house or children. 

But money does NOT take care of other normal daily problems in life. When I was young, I thought if I had a million dollars in the bank that all my problems in life would be over. LOL What a laugh. Folks, you could have a billion dollars in the bank and problems are always developing. Maybe not financial problems, but, as an example your car breaks down in the middle of the street, it's a cold rainy day and no one is stopping to help you. You always have a few morons who watched hundreds of cars move around you and when they get up behind you blast their horn as if that is going to make you move. 

You get home to find your plumbing sprung a leak and water is dripping down from the chandelier in the dinning room and your ceiling which was once white is now a dingy brown. 

Now none of the above has happened to me, but a good friend who I know is worth Billions. He has the worse luck of anyone I know. At restaurants he orders medium rare and they serve it to him well. If it is not one problem its another. My point is, money isn't everything but it does come in handy. Money is important, but as a secondary item in our life. Happiness and well being come first (well in my opinion any way). I tend to stay with people who are positive thinkers. Yes, you can call them dreamers. But hasn't our way of life been built on dreamers? You can go back as far in time as you want and EVERY great idea had people saying it wouldn't work. It would never last. 

Let me ask you something, if no one ever purchased a telephone, never, the majority of the people just refused to buy one or allow one in their home, do you think we would have telephones today? NO of course not. 

What made the telephone popular? People telling others about the benefits and if they had one they invited people over to their home and demonstrated how it worked, telling them of the advantages. 

J&K isn't any different. We are a pioneer in this industry. We have no one, we know of, we can follow. Others now are trying to follow in our foot steps but even they have gone to the way side. 

I receive email all the time from people telling me they were is 7+ more programs and none of them paid them a dime. With our strong financial management and team of consultants, J&K can not lose. 

J&K is not any different than any major company. Some times projections are off. Some times returns are better than expected and other times not. The bank is a great way if not the greatest way to make money. The bank will be in a position, 30 days from opening, to do tens of millions of dollars in trades weekly. Our close friend, who just opened his second bank, took in $5Million in 3 hours. Today was his first full banking day and tomorrow I will know how he did. 

LeGrande bank (banque) has over $300Million pledged deposits within 30 days from opening. By February of next year it is expected to reach well over $750M. 

The on-line information is not complete and a team of people have been working night and day to match the in house records with the on-line records. It was not as easy as everyone thought. I am asking that you be as patient as I am with this. All accounts are correct and updated off line. But in the transfer of data from one point to the other (from off line to on line), the data doesn't transfer properly in a few cases. With a 10% error ratio that is still over 5,000 files incorrect. Here again, this is the ON-LINE records only. The IN HOUSE records are complete and accurate. All payments and accounting is done from the in house bookkeeping system. That is why some have said "they didn't show me as paid but I got my check on time".

Good evening everyone. I was just informed from the people who are doing the changes to the net accounting system, that they made an error by double posting everyone twice this eve. All corrections will be made by tomorrow. In the next 7-10 days, your account should be accurate. There are many still not correct and they have identified each. So if you see your account bouncing up and down for the next week, don't be surprised. The majority will be pleased and as usual due to our mistakes, a few won't be to happy.

High Five Program, J&K is NOT involved with any programs other than what is announced right here on our update page. High Five was promoted as a new J&K program. If you see anyone misrepresenting J&K, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]

Our in house forum will go up as soon as the accounting problems are over. Our priority is the financial affairs. Our next phase is deleting all non-disputed non-pays. The missing payments from Luxembourg will be handled very soon. We have made an agreement with a member who lives in Luxembourg to walk into the bank to find out why it is taking them so long to reverse the one's they can not identify. Some atty's in Luxembourg wanted as much as $250,000.00 to represent us. For that much I will go there myself. Now if litigation was necessary I could see a large fee but for a quarter of a million dollars? That's a lot of members fee's.

I am getting very excited. The banking program is coming soon. Hopefully we will be up and running 100% by November 5. Once we get on the net, then our real work just begins. Here again, the bank (banque) is not open for the purpose of beating taxes but to hide assets you don't want to lose due to attachments, judgements, divorce, assets you want to go to your children without worrying about huge atty. fee's, legal fee's and possible other probate costs. All the bank will require is a copy of your will and death certificate.

As soon as the bank is ready to take on depositors, you will receive in the mail an application. You will need to fill it out, have it notarized and a copy of a passport or other picture ID will be required. This will be going out to members who have a pre-account. Those who have requested not to have an account will not receive anything. There will be a link on our pages for those who do want to open an account.

Today we had a few members that stopped by the ISP, accounting and email division of the outsourcing company. They were impressed with the way everything is set up and running. Unfortunately I was not available. 99.9% of my work is done from Belize. I use an on-line email system set up for me through the ISP. I do the update pages via telnet. I can perform my duties from anywhere in the world.

Hi to all our members.

I have to be honest, I took some time off this past week to get personal affairs in order. Even though I was away, the entire staff has been working on bringing everyone's account up to speed. Many worked over the weekend in hopes on closing the first phase of the accounting. The second phase will be emailing all non-paids. They will have just 10 days to contact us and to mail their funds. All that are not received will be deleted. If payment arrives after their account is deleted, it will be reinstated.

Once we are close to be 100%, we will reopen for one more month for new members.

There is not a lot to report at this time. We are working on getting our own "For Members Only Forum" up. The other forums are riddled with comments from either non members or from a few members we have banned from our program. I have always said we will never be able to satisfy everyone and that holds true with any company on or off the net. But I will say this again, if you are NOT happy with our company performance then cancel and get your one payment on time and its all over. You lose nothing.

I have also received email asking if this is a ponzi or pyramid scam. LOL First off if we were Ponzi or pyramid, we never would have been able to afford to shut the progam down for 4-6 weeks to new members. With payouts exceeding $1.5Million monthly, as a ponzi we couldn't make it past one pay period. Our investments is what makes our payments, not the membership fee's. As I have stated all along, anyone who wants out can get out. If everyone who has not been paid, wants out, no problem. We have the cash and with the future investments paying us, won't hurt us one bit.

We have requested this month to bring our accounting up to date. I appreciate everyones assistance in this effort. We have identified many accounts that were deleted in the July changing of computers and programming. To say we have them all is an understatement but soon they will all be located and corrected.

Hello all. I returned from my trip on Monday eve. I took yesterday off due to jet lag. I needed that. I will only work a few hours today and tomorrow I should be back up to speed.

Our meetings have been very productive. I can not give full details here, but soon everyone will know where we stand on future issues. I can say this, all members who know anything about business will be very happy and surprised as to what is coming.

Next week accounting should be complete. Then all non paids will be notified. Please check your bank if you did a wire to Luxembourg and your account is showing as not paid (after the final accounting). If you know you sent a wire, and it is not shown as paid you can check your bank to see if your wire was returned. Seems the banks are not telling anyone by any notice. You will need to check this yourself. If it has been returned, do not re-wire at this time. Luxembourg has placed a hold on our account until this is all taken care of.

Hello to everyone. Today was a national holiday in the US and a National Holiday in Canada. I hope you all had a great day off.

Everyone here did work and new people were added. From now until the opening for new members, you will virtually watch our program grow and completely come into place. Everyday you will see your account change. New entries will be added. Sometimes it will add to your balance and others will take it away due to a payment sent to you.

Do not take the numbers shown as final and set in gold. Keep an eye on it and watch it come complete.

A little about the bank. This is going to be a very tough project. The computers required are very expensive that has special encryption programming required by law. The security has to be the tightest of any other industry that I know of. Programming is not cheap. I have talked with some companies where the small bank program was $1.2Million. If we had 20 branch banks it would be ideal. But we don't have but plans for two branch's.

The bank has only been around for two weeks. I have explained that the goal is to have everything in place by months end. Glitch's? You always need to expect problems every now and then. It just happens with computers. I have seen $500,000 computer system fail, upon delivery and set up. What made it worse the manufacturer could not figure out what went wrong. It took them months to locate a programmer that understand that system

Everyone in the industry has told us it takes a full 6 months of preparation to get on line with full production and staff members. They say that it will take up to 6 months to develop 250 depositors. They feel that we will have about $5 Million in deposits in 90 days. We all feel they are wrong, we will do a lot more than they expect. I keep hearing the phrase "these are average numbers for new small banks and don't really expect to do much more than that." Well members, we are going to show them a lot more than they expect from us. We are going to blow the top off their so called average.

The bank has already proven itself as a big money maker. Almost daily we receive a call from someone who wants to deposit millions of dollars. The majority of the people who have numbered accounts are not trying to avoid taxes, they most likely already paid taxes on those funds. But asset protection is the key word. No one can attach your funds. If you are a doctor, lawyer, a President of a fortune 500 company, you can hide your cash in secrecy. When you take the funds, borrow the money. Don't just take it without a tax write off. Then repay the loan. Make it a long term note.

If you are confused as to what is happening, please be patient. It will all become very clear to you. Hold all questions until after we re-open to new members. Read all the updates. Read the pages. After, at least every other day.

I laugh when I get an email quoting someone saying that we are not paying, we will never last, we are like the rest only doing a much better job at it. To tell you the truth I don't really care what you say. It's a fact more people are negative. Facts and figures prove it. Only a small percent of the people are wealthy. The middle class is shrinking and the poor segment is growing. Now you need to either fight to stay in the high middle class income bracket or lose it to the poor class.

I would like to see the bank open on line with over 1,000 members of ours with a cash total in the bank $7+Million. The cash we already have. There are depositors waiting for us to complete from all over the world. The major depositors are from Europe.

Hello to all. I hope everyone had a great weekend. They just never seem long enough do they? Amazing how fast those two days go by.

I don't have a lot to report except I am leaving town again for one week. I thought I might have next weekend off but no luck. Meetings have been set up for me on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

All else seems to be coming along just fine.

I am amazed at how many do not read our update page or emails. I smile when I hear how many people emailed us the same question, "when is my payment going to appear on the web site?" I have instructed everyone to ignore them and go on with the others. We are working on that and we hope to be completed by the end of the month. New people begin tomorrow. It will take a little time for them to learn what we are doing and what is expected from them.

I need to apologize to a few members, for being short with them. I wish there were another 10 hours added to each day and now and then I just get upset over a few of the emails I receive. If I feel attacked under any circumstance I just become very defensive. Rightfully so, I need to protect every member. I, of all people, need to defend what we are trying to achieve. Not just short term, but for long term. I'm not a young man any more, the years have taken it's toll on me.

I do appreciate everything you have done for us. You have been very helpful to guiding us and assisting when needed.

Hello everyone. I returned home late last eve and when I answered a lot of email was just to tired to update those who can not enter the area for paid members.

Here is what I learned about bank wire transfers to Luxembourg,

1) It was not a fact that they got behind
2) It is a fact that no name (your name) was ever sent with the wire. All that appeared in the wire were bank numbers, no name.
3) There are about 800 wires that no one can identify who they came from.
4) All of the unidentifiable wires will be reversed and will be returned to your bank. We tried to match by date, bank where you sent the wire from and every way possible to match the payment to your account but it is taking up to much time to continue.
5) This coming week, all transfers that can not be ID will be reversed to the bank(s). Once your bank notifies you that the money was returned, you will need to re-send the wire exactly as we have shown you in the past. Often it was not your fault, it is your bank that doesn't know what they are doing. Our account is a numbered account and as the beneficiary it should show the number of our account. Or at least J&K Global. All wires that have been returned is because they did not match any account the bank could match with.

Your in house accounting will be going up and down as the accounting office is adjusting and bringing your account up to date. All referral payments will be added and subtracted for payments you received in the past. Please do not jump to conclusions that someone hacked our system and took your money. That is not the case. We are allowing everyone to view the account as it happens. If this become too big of problem, we will simply take those pages down and put them back up at the end of the accounting period.

So PLEASE allow us this month to bring everything up to date. You are able to view the daily changes as they occur. They will not be at 100% until we notify you and then if there is a problem that will be the time to email us. By months end everything is on target for completion. We will NOT re-open for any new members until we know we are caught up. If anyone can not live with this cooling off period, and you feel the need to threaten us, harrasse us, spam us with email to get your point accross, I suggest you just cancel your membership because chances are we will cancel you first. If you cancel at least you will get one payment from us (one payment 6 months from the date you paid) if we cancel you, you get nothing.

So for the month of October, just sit back and relax. Read the updates and watch your account carefully. Once all paid up accounts are posted (to the best of our abilities), all non-paids will be notified to either produce proof of payment or for them to pay. Everyone will have up to a week to responsed. All that don't respond will then be deleted. All others will be handled on a case by case basis. Beginning this Monday the new office is all set up and new people will begin.

Hello to all the members with J&K! It's about 3:05AM EST. I have an early flight that I must take to California. I will be meeting with an official from Luxembourg on Thursday.

Often I have to laugh at some of our members to be. When we closed the program down (when 50,000 members were obtained), people were cleaver and had the registration page bookmarked. So they registered through that method until support shut down all the registration pages. Then we receive email from people saying they sent us the money for their registration, but they were unable to register and to please register them when we received their payment. The latest has been to fax your registration form requesting us to register them when we re-open. We have received hundreds of faxes.

We can handle registering you when the program opens. You must wait until we re-open and then you can go on-line and register through your sponsor.

We also learned today that many people registered without a sponsor. Our system will not post anyone without a sponsor. I have no clue why you would do that, but what we are going to do is list your sponsor as 100000 (under the company).

All the phone lines, desks, painting, are complete on the new office. It is about 3,000 sq. ft. and once all those positions are full we will be ready to go. I think we will just squeak within the 30 days that we predicted re-opening. Prior to opening though, we will put out one last email to everyone, asking all to check their status and accounts to ensure accuracy. If we have less than 12 members who write saying their accounts are still not up to date, we will re-open. If over 12 we will not until those matters are cleared up. A delay may also occur if the majority of the payments come in late in the month. With the larger staff, we should have that all covered.

Your emails about your status is being ignored at this time. That is what we are working on. Emailing us will not help except to slow us down. Please allow us this time to bring everyone up to date.

I am rusty on my HTML and our update page in the members section requires HTML. By Sunday I will have it down again and will begin updating all the paid members there.

There has been many emails asking why we are putting up our very own J&K forum! The answer is simple, this forum will be for paid up members only. It will be run by paid up members.

I hear some have voted me as the person to moderate the forum, I am sorry but I would not have the time to take care of it the way it should be. Bob has also been suggested as the moderator and Bob respectfully declines. The names of Magic, Carla, Steve and Baldwin, have been suggested to run the forum. As I don't know any of you, please email [email protected] with your email addresses, ID# and the name you use on any forum. I will then instruct support to contact each of you when the forum is ready. They will do a walk through the programming to show you all the features. You will learn all the security features to search out intruders (the programming will also help detect). From what I hear, some are planning on masking their identity to gain entry. NOT: We will catch them 100%, every time and on time. We will track them right to their monitor and their ISP will be notified. Then the ID they used to gain entry will be banished from J&K.

I am tired of hearing the word Ponzi. First of all, in order for a Ponzi scheme work you need more and more new people every month. As long as there are many new members in time joining and sending cash, they are ok. Once the new members list declines, they can't pay any more and run with what is left. If we were a Ponzi, that would mean we need to stay open forever to new members. That is not the case as we will be closing this offer to new members forever on the next and last opening & closing. This time when it closes, you will have a whole new page to view. It will just be a log in page to your members area.

We know we are receiving about 350,000 page hits a day. We know we could sell ad space and make a small fortune. But we will not exploit any member at any time for any sum of money.

I will speak to you all when I return home Friday evening. I promise I will learn HTML by Sunday and I will have a very special update within our own pages. Monday at the latest ( I may need to take the weekend off).

Hello to all. Today the management of the outsourcing, located about 600 payments that were posted in house but not on the net. So I know many who feel that we don't show you as paid, we do, just not on the site. Our full staff will be operational in about 10 days (the expansion). We are only behind because you were ahead of us. I am not complaining, just letting you know why we are behind. LOL :-)

We are not behind on any payments (well there still maybe some from July). All of them will be found soon.

Bray came up with the solution to the computer capabilities. He will have it set up to take the maximum of 100 new sign ups a minute. His company will be able to support up to 20,000 page hits a minute. Bray, your the greatest!

There has been some suggestions as to who should run the forum when we put it in. I am going to let everyone vote though one of our members. His name is Bob and his email address is [email protected] Place your votes through him and he will forward the emails to me. Take your time, it is still several weeks away from starting this forum. This forum will be for paid members only. Through this form and my updates, you will learn everything about how we are earning money. You will be told things no other company would ever reveal. Our contacts, those will always be held in confidence. Proprietary information will never be released for obvious reason that I am sure I don't need to get into. No one in their right mind would ever give that out. I know some will say we are hiding, that's a bunch of bull. Companies pay big money to keep their sources secret. There are just to many back stabbers in this world.

Through this forum you will all vote from time to time on different activities we may or may not get involved with. We have been very careful with your money. If everyone wanted out tomorrow, we have the cash pay everyone that hasn't already been paid. That of course would effectively close the membership program.

We can only thank you for making this happen. Without you we are nothing. I know a lot of people try to give me all the credit but it is not me, it is our ISP, Bray, our outsourcing team, Tom, without them J&K would have failed a few months after opening.

I hope everyone had a safe and happy weekend. Almost everyone will be off today. Top level management wasn't so lucky. We all are working on getting this month organized. We all fear the day we re-open. We have no idea what to expect and how much we need in upgrades. Bray has up graded just recently to 2 gigs of ram and the system did crash once because of to many users. The back up took over and no one, that we know of, was disconnected. Over 500 people registered in 30 minutes. That took place around 5:00AM-5:30AM EST.

I am very happy over our last month's financial statement. Our earnings again paid all expenses including all pay outs. I really do not see a month coming where any funds from membership fee's will ever be used to pay for any of our overhead.

The new update page is now in your membership area. I can't access to make changes until later today. It's about 4:15 AM EST as I am typing this.

Sleep? With all the excitement and all the work, when I try to sleep I dream this business. A few of my idea's came to me when in that stage. It's my subconscious working over time.

I will be away for a few days this week. I am meeting with a bank official from Luxembourg. I will talk with you again late tonight.

Hi again, I just received a phone call. I forgot that I agreed to give everyone working with J&K the day off on us. So, there will be no services Monday, October 2nd. Of course our security and tech support staff will be on call. If anything were to happen (example: the site crashes, an intruder has entered the site, a program failure, ect.) someone will be alerted and within 5 minutes they will be in the office to fix the problem or track the intruder.

Hello to everyone! Just my last update for the weekend (I am finally going to take some time off).

We will not be prosecuting the person who attempted to hack our update page. He is only 14 years young and was scared to death when contacted. His parents are members of J&K and they have been very supportive of our efforts. We have agreed to allow them to keep their current ISP without interruption.

By all indication, everyone is in agreement with the security we have selected for all inner transactions. The right to confidentiality is our right. Like any membership, we have the right to expel and ban members who disagree with the majority. Lets say we have 50,000 members, 20 of those members are causing nothing but problems, they are displeased with anything and everything we are doing, those 20 will be banished. They can begin their own membership and have something they will be happy with. I feel that the only trouble makers we have are those who are not J&K paid members.

Hello to everyone,
Not a lot to report tonight. Today, everyone was busy setting up the new support office (for an additional 12+ people) and going over every members account. I have instructed everyone to not answer emails concerning paid or not paid accounts. That is what everyone is working on, to get every members account up to date. If any payments were missed, credit will be provided.

SECURITY: Questions keep coming in about our security on all our web pages. We are using the latest encryption and programming available. To say no one could break into our system would be a lie, but whoever does break in we will know it immediately and that person will be locked out and if any damages occur, they will be prosecuted. Since the hacking of our update page, we set a trap for them to come in again. This time we caught them and they were blocked from going any further within our web page. We will decide tomorrow if we are going to prosecute them.

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR ID AND PASSWORD TO ANYONE! It is your responsibility to keep your password and ID# confidential. When you enter your membership page, your IP address and DNS ID is captured (it will show us right to your port number used at the ISP). If we find anyone using your ID and password for any member functions, with or without your permission, you will be cancelled from J&K without any benefits or refunds.

We are going to select a member or possibly two members to monitor our Forum. I certainly don't have the time to watch over it and neither does anyone else contracting their services to J&K. It will be their responsibility to keep non-members from entering and if they do detect a non-member who to contact for confirmation of an intruder. Legitimate complaints I say go up on the forum. It will keep us on our toes. Will we ever have some upset the way their membership is being taken care of, probably. We are not perfect. We make mistakes just like anyone else. But we do correct those mistakes. Once we re-open to new members for 30 days, we will be at least 99.5% accurate. That number might increase after opening again, but shortly after it closes our system will be automated to detect errors.

Within your membership page you will be able to order withdrawals from your account. HERE AGAIN, IT IS A SECURE TRANSACTION. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IT EXCEPT US. I am not going to go into a lot of detail here, but banking software has been proven to be the safest and secure encryption in the world. In many countries, there are laws requiring a bank to have certain encryption to ensure the depositors safety.

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR ID AND PASSWORD!! You have everything to lose and nothing to gain. We will know when security is breached!

Once our update page is up and running within our security, I will be going into greater details of what we are doing. As an account holder with the bank, you will be updated as to their financial condition and some of their investments (there are some they just won't tell anyone about). You will see the amounts though. There has been over 300 million dollars committed to go into the bank the first month of opening. Through our world wide connections and many years of contacts, less than 10% of the people we know have been contacted. More information on the bank will be in the membership only section soon.

I am looking forward to a very prosperous future for us all. If we all work together we will win, if we become divided, then we all lose.

Hello to all 50,000+ Members. Tech support shut off all the registration pages today. I think we went over by about 547 members.

BANK WIRE TRANSFERS: Do NOT send any bank wires until further notice. The bank reported today that they are 800 postings behind and it is increasing daily. They are unable to handle the amount of wires coming in. Please mail all payments until further notice. There will be an email going out soon, to notify all members about this situation.

THIS UPDATE PAGE: With the next 5 days, there will be two update pages. This one and one in the paid up members page. I think for now, as our end is very near, we can not allow outsiders into our business. The members will have a lot of say as to how this company is run and operated. I regret not implementing this feature sooner (Donna, you were right). As soon as possible, there will be our own forum for comments, questions and answers in the members only pages.

Please do not email us about your payment. That is exactly what everyone is working on. Many are working over time and not taking breaks just to get us caught up to date. For every email they answer that could have been your account that didn't get looked at. We admit we are swamped with work and more work, but that is also the reason for the closure at 50,000. For all the older members (since January), I am sure you will recall that we spoke of 50,000 members as a possible cut off.

Some people must have bookmarked the registration page and were able to still register after the closing. But the number now has seemed to have stop here. I believe tech support has shut off all the registration pages.

Here is a good question; we have received some email from people saying they are sending in the registration fee without the registration? For those who have sent the fee without a registration, we will hold your funds until we re-open and you can register at that time and we will show your account as paid. But the date of payment and registration (for your pay period to begin) will be on the date of actual registration. I discourage anyone else from sending the fee without registering first.

I thought we were very clear about the bank and the deposits. Here it is once again; It is your choice to have an account with the bank or not. Everyone who is receiving payments has been assigned an account number from the bank. You can either keep the account or close it, just like any other bank in the world. As a member of J&K, you have one opportunity to have a free numbered account. If you close this account, and in the future you want to open one, it will cost you $250.00 for set up fee's. Soon, there will be a minimum deposit required in the amount of $10,000.00. This is for numbered accounts. For just a regular account the set up fee will be the same with a minimum deposit of $1,000.00.

To withdraw funds, simply send an email to [email protected] send to her your account number and the amount you want to withdraw. Also include your password with this email. Soon, once all the forms are complete, you will receive an email to a page to download, fill it out and mail. In the future the only safe way to withdraw funds is via fax. Then we will have a signature and password on file to verify all your transactions.

As soon as possible, you will also have the opportunity to have checks that you may deposit into any account you wish, pay bills and so on. There will be a cost for the checks and for each transaction (just like every other bank).

Hello to all 50,365 Members! By the time everyone got into the office this AM, we went over by about 337, but that's acceptable. Once we weed out the duplicates, test registrations and non-payers, it will drop by about 25% within the next 30-45. We will also be working on combining all multiples to show as one account. Within that account you will find different pay dates for each account.

The account number will begin with 01 which is the actual bank account number you have been assigned.

This took us by surprise. I never would have believed that we would reach over 4,000 new membership registrations in one day. In one sense everyone here is happy, but in another sense we are sad. We will miss all the new registrations daily, but I am sure everyone will be kept busy right up to the day we reopen for one more month before final closure.

Back some 6 months ago, we were happy to add 20 new members a day. Our first estimate of closing at 50,000 was in December sometime. Then as time went on that date was pushed back monthly.

It's not as late as I normally do my final report, but it is past midnight by a few minutes. We are now at 47,476 Members! Only 2,524 memberships available. There has been an average of 9 new members a minute most of the day. If this average continues, we will reach 50,000 Members today. Once this occurs, the membership registration form will no longer be available. New pages will appear showing that we are not accepting any new members until about 30-45 days from the date it closed.

Hello to all 44,705 Members. It is midday (the sun is up and everything), when I am making up this new update for everyone. The majority of my work is late at night (I don't sleep well at night so I work).

I am sure surprised at all the members concerned about the possibility of me leaving J&K next year. J&K members will have the opportunity to vote on the officers of the company. I will run but there are no guarantees that I will win. I will go out and collect all the soft money I can to run a great election (just a pun). LOL I have no doubt that I will be President of J&K for many years to come, but this will be up to you.

WILL I DISCONTINUE THE UPDATE PAGE CAUSE OF PEOPLE SAYING I HAVE BAD GRAMMAR/SPELLING?
Not only no but HELL NO! Here is an email I just received "Hi Roy, I dont cear how badlie you spelz to us, we all understod wht u r saying. Pease dont stop the update page." LOL Now I know that I don't spell that badly but I get his point. I will NOT discontinue the update page just because of one bad apple out there or even 20. If we were to place a hold on all emails that do not use proper spelling and grammar, we would be answering very few emails. Often, the people answering our email, ask others of what exactly is this person trying to say? "YES", during our 4-6 week closure to new members, I will keep you all informed of what we are doing. Accounting is our prime goal during the closure. Getting the on-line pages up to date with the accounting office.

The bank programming will be accurate right from the start. Some of the programming is already functional and the members who have payments due today will see a credit to their account later today. The members who have requested a check will be mailed also later today.

I will write a little more late this eve (I hope I can see better tonight than other nights). Hahahahaha

Hello to all 42,374 Members. I have received some email today pointing out the bad grammar and misspelled wording in my up date of Sept. 22. Turns out the update page was hacked and funny that someone who is not a member, went right up to the forums pointing out all the errors. Someone who was not a forum member up until after we were hacked. They are not a member of J&K. It is true that most if not all of my updates are made up by me and posted without editing of any type. I have never claimed to be a writer or author. But if you go by handwriting skills in any given profession you better stay away from 98% of all doctors. You also may add the list of people in China, Japan, Germany and hundreds of other countries that write and speak English.

I personally do all the updates on this page. It is my only way to communicate to our members without doing massive emails. Whoever the new President maybe next year, I am in hopes that he continues with updates and communicating with you with proper grammar and spelling. I am more in hopes that he can make profits for the company.

I question people are already asking, what happens when their first year is up. How do they pay next years membership fee and how does it effect their payments.

Most will have an account with LeGrande Internationale Bank. You simply transfer your fee from your account to ours. Your payments will not be interrupted. If you elect not to bank there, then you will need to either wire transfer your funds or send a money order/bank draft.

Your payment is due by the 25th day in the month you paid the previous year. If you skip a month, you will lose one month in benefits. `Two months late and you will be suspended and cancelled when your are 3 months past due. If you skip a month you will need to make up for it without any benefits. If you skip 2 months you will need to pay the two payments without any retro-active benefits. After your third missed payment, you loose all benefits and your membership. Of course we are speaking of JK only, all funds that are in your bank account is all yours. You will be eligible for all opportunities that maybe offered from the bank, but not J&K (if you are cancelled).

Everyone thinks that once we are closed to new members that all our jobs will become easy. I sure wish that was true. In actuality, that is when the real work begins. We have the potential to be worth as much as $100Million dollars in cash assets from the first month of opening. Our class A Bank is worth about $45Million. They are also in the process of opening other banks in other countries. Now if they can expand so can we. There are many countries I would like to see us in. Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, in the Caribbean and as a dream country Luxembourg. We will be establishing our bank with one of the top 100 banks in the world as our correspondence bank(s)s. The processing center will be (should be) set up by next Tuesday or Wednesday. Within our first 60 days from full opening on-line (about November 5, we estimate the bank will be worth $50Million dollars}. If it worth $50Million assets, the bank has the borrowing power of 6 times net worth for a total of $300,000,000.00. Our recent discussion are covering clients from all over the worked that have $100M to deposit in the CD note for 15% A year. Our CD's will pay a minimum of 10%-15% depending on amount of the CD and for what period of time you wish the CD to mature.

Yes I am familiar with some who offer 50-100% a month CD for a one year lock up. They are so far behind in payment to their depositors I wonder if they will ever pull out before their bank license is revoked and there deposit forfeited and most people will get a small return on the originally amount due you.

Hello to ALL 35,270 Members! Depending on when you do the count, there are about 2,000 new members a day now. If this trend continues, we will reach the 50,000 needed to close for 30 days, in the next 7 1/2 days. The additional office space will be ready next week although getting the on-line hook-ups will not be ready for about 2 weeks. So, they plan on having all the computers hooked up through an ISP using regular modems (56K). You are setting the pace and the pace here is faster than expected. If anyone would have told us a month ago that we should be gearing up for 2,000 plus new members a day, I would have said, "sure, what have you been smoking?"

Our bank account is also with LeGrande Internationale Bank, LTD. For obvious good reason. Grenada has just recently proved themselves as one of the strongest countries in the world that adheres to their word of confidentiality. I will not get into any or all of the details simply because it will begin a discussion on the forums that no one needs to get into. Not on our sites any way. Everyone who does know me personally has asked me for my opinion and my answer is "my opinion is I have no opinion".

I will say this, from the very beginning of JK Rental program, it was developed by demand and suggestions from our members in other programs we had. The main reason, the others had a lot of complaints, they were not paying out on time and there was no communication. We all looked at well over 50 different so called "Offshore Opportunity's", we even Joined 10 different High Yield Return company's. In only one did we ever have any money deposited to our account, then the money went to Paritate account and we doubt we can touch it, and today that program is closed. Some we invested $2,500.00 and they would never answer our emails or provide any details of what was happening.

Then we got burned by several different banks. Any member who made wires or deposits or charges to those banks, who has proof of transfer, never lost a cent. J&K took it upon ourselves to make them all paid and paid those members. Now many did get their money back from Western Union and sent us the funds. We also know some received their money from Western Union and kept it without telling us. They sent their proof of transfer to Paritate and they received payments.

My point is we have done everything and then some to make our word good to you. Did we satisfy everyone, NO! Some people you just can not satisfy. Am I talking thousands of members dissatisfied? NO, I am talking a mere handful. Yes, we do cancel memberships for spamming. I am not talking forum spamming, those are all monitored and they will take care of their own house. I am speaking of sending unsolicited email. Those are the one's that were cancelled and then and only after we sent emails to them for an explanation. Those that would not reply were cancelled. We have had one person we cancelled because of the foul language they used right from the start. Name calling and threatening us is not the way to get our attention. Just the opposite, you get the boot.

Huge opportunities are coming up every day. Opportunities many will never have the opportunity to make real large returns. But the old saying--"you have got to crawl before you walk--you have to walk before you run" is the same with J&K Folks we are still crawling and by the end of the year we will be walking and next year we will be running so smoothly that even you will be surprised at how far we all came. You will be like some today, you will smile and laugh when you thought of some of the doubts you had way back when. I am sure of one person (who I won't name), who wanted to cancel and wanted us to return all their money and all the money of everyone they referred. In their own words they said "I don't expect you to make one single payment to anyone". She did change her mind in two days and we left her stay in the program.

Very soon we will have 50,000+ members. Each and everyone of you will have so many opportunities available to make more money on your money and all of you will have the opportunity to own a piece of the bank. That is still be worked out by the attorney and accountants, using Grenada law. IBC's and Trusts are also being worked out. What is complete are; accounting number for each paid up member, wire transfers for payments to members or they can also request a check (cheque). All funds are accessible right from the moment they are placed into your account.

Hello to all 33,440 members, and growing every minute of the day! This update is brought to you about 3 hours earlier than usual. I plan on calling it a day at midnight tonight.

Only 17 1/2 days to go until closing. Time is running short. The next 2 weeks and 3 days will go by very quickly.

EXPANSION: Today, the outsource company has leased an office that can add an additional 15 representatives. They will be placed just in time for our one month closure to answer email and to assist in accounting. No, we will NOT be ready for a ton of email, we want the new staff to assist on the accounting and ensuring that the postings to the net is up to date. I already know when they first begin, they will over lap each other now and then. But once they get use to working together, they will work as well as a new Swiss watch. Even if they do go over a members account to ensure its accuracy won't hurt any. We want to ensure that every account is 100% correct prior to the end of the 30 day closure. We know that the majority of the accounts are up to date, but when you have 50,000 accounts, a 1% error ratio is steep. Now of course I am in hopes that the error ratio is much less. But this will not make their job any easier because they will be going through every account and their referrals account.

WHY HASN'T ANYONE HEARD OF LeGrande Internationale Bank, LTD? That's a no brainier, it just began. The only people that have heard of it are our members. They are just now leasing the office space in Grenada. They did not want to lease space, order expensive bank programming, hire more personnel without first obtaining the license and other permissions first. We are patient people here, and we know that things RARELY go as planned or expected. One thing we do know, is everyday that goes by we are one day closer to opening the best on-line offshore bank in the world.

TALKING ABOUT BANKS: One common denominator accounting has come up with bank wire transfer problems has been from Rashon Bank. All they send in 95% of their wire is the name of their bank and what may or may not be the account number where the wire was sent. They do not include your name or ID #. Do NOT email us if you have used Rashon Bank, but please be ready to provide us with all the information you may have, if and when you receive an email from accounting during the 30 day closure.

WHY ARE YOU SO SECRETIVE ON WHERE YOU ARE INVESTING? That's really a no brainier. Confidentiality has also been our moto and the least the general public knows the better. There is a lot of competition out there trying to grab tax dollars. All ventures we are involved with in the US all follow the tax laws in their state/country. They are all registered properly with the local, state and federal government. They all pay federal employment, city & state taxes, provide workman's comp. and health insurance. Many investments we speak of are in the making. In the case of the soil conditioner and Christmas tree preservative, the warehouse has been leased and they are waiting on the bottling equipment to arrive (which is a week late already and nothing they can do about it).

Remember, Thursday support will be upgrading the computer between 12:30-1:30PM EST.

Can over 1,000 new people a day be wrong? Hello to all 32,065 members!

EMAILS: With the explosion of new members has also created an explosion of emails. I am sorry, but we are not able to handle 1,500 emails a day. I have been looking new sites and older programs and now I understand why they say they refuse to answer emails. For some, we have answered over 5-6 emails in two days. I am sorry but you have to stop sending us so many emails. If you are writing about your payment(s), during the period we are closed to new members we will be able to catch up with the on-line postings. There are two separate divisions, one, the main accounting office that maintains all records of pays and non pays, the second is the on-line records. Just because the on-line posting is not up to date does not make any difference to payouts. Here again, during our period of closure to any new members, we will get caught up on-line

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Due to the heavy amount of page hits we are receiving daily, Thursday between 12:30-1:30 PM EST, we will be shut down for Ram update. They currently use a one gig ram memory and they are expanding it to 2 gigs. It will not effect any programs, data or any thing else with the computer. All files will be left intact, unlike the complete over haul that was done in July.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY: The security currently being used by our ISP is the best in the world. My hat is off to Bray and his staff for the best security I have ever seen.

BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS: Account numbers will be issued at the time we transfer funds to your account.

ONLY 18 DAYS LEFT! At the current rate of new sign ups and paids, there are only about 18 days left to get into our program. All non paids will be notified (that is the time to see if we found you or not LOL). Both the main accounting and on-line postings will be cross matched to locate any and all errors. Once it is determined that we can not locate your payment, you will be notified via email. Instructions will be provided on how to clear this up.

PLEASE STOP SENDING EMAILS. I personally do not want anyone upset that emails are not answered in a timely fashion. But we can only do so much work in a 10 hour day. We use to work 24-38 hours straight without sleep, a little food and very few breaks. When three of our maJ&Kr superiors had heart failures and a few heart attacks, those long hour days stopped. We all paid the price to ensure that this program worked for everyone. No one drives a Mercedes, Cadillac or any other luxury automobile. No one here owns a home or has any huge bank accounts. Everyone here knows that it will take time for the company to earn some real profits to pay each and every member. Then after all pay outs, then and only then can we say there are profits. I am very proud at how dedicated our staff and ISP has been to us. One person was offered a position with another company with benefits and $180,000.00 a year. He turned it down.

To answer a few of the questions about the bank and the account set up. All payments will be placed into your bank account unless you request a check and that you do not want an account. We understand if you want monthly checks and can not or do not want to participate in our new offers.

Hello to all 27,187 members. I just wanted to thank all the people who emailed us in support of our future plans. With everyone working in unity has helped us get to where we are today but more important is the future.

We will be figuring a way for those with multiple membership numbers to combine them into one. I think this can all be put together in the next few weeks. My special thanks goes out to Carolyn (a member) who made the suggestion.

We spoke with the attorney about issuing stock for the bank. He doesn't feel there will be any problems. He has a partner working with him and another person who specializes in placing value on stocks and puts together prospectus's for various company's.

I applaud the entire working force at J&K You have all put in 100+% of your time and efforts to help not only the company but our members. I have never had the pleasure to work with devoted people as I am now.

If we all stick together for the next 18 months, everyone will become financially set. Not only will you have money in the bank, but as a share holder you will have the privilege of rebuilding your credit rating (the bank will give you a great report). For those who have no credit problems, your portfolio will just grow and grow. No one can deny that on-line banking offshore with numbered accounts and numbered debt cards are in huge demand. Most sites that offer debt cards are charging as much as $500.00 for their debt card. I have seen them as low as $250.00. As a referral from the bank, and you as a share holder, your cost will be free. Now everyone may have to put a little something to help cover the cost of deposits to qualify for us to get the card, but everyone will be reimbursed. If we can do it without any assistance, then your card will be free. Others who were not members of J&K will pay the $250.00 fee (or members who elect not to take advantage of the Free Bank Account will need to pay the fee once our offer closes).

CORRECTION: I finally was able to read the newspaper article on Paritate Bank. They lost $3.5M on a chicken deal. They were swindled. Western Union cut them off from their services due to many complaints (thousands) that the money was not placed into their account. Western Union had thousands of wires never picked up by Paritate. Some were over a year old. To this day they have never provided a statement of people who paid J&K, who they reimbursed, or any accounting of our funds they accepted.

LeGrande Internationale Bank, LTD will NEVER do this to anyone. In fact many large company's have contacted us about doing business with LeGrande. Most want a 10% yearly CD. Our goal is to build the CD market to over $100M a year. The profit to the bank will be 100% yearly. Now you do the numbers of what the share holders could earn. This isn't all of the profits either, there are many great high yielding opportunites we will get involved with. The opening of the clinics has a potential of over $15M a month and Genesis II has the potential of over $5M every month.

We are still trying to raise $11M on a project that will earn Billions over the next 18 - 24 months. In all honesty we just have not had the time to look for the money. But I will be devoting more time to that project next week.

Plus LC's, loans on real estate, and other services we plan to offer in he first year of operation.

Hello to all 26,609 members! Wow, while we were away this past week, you all have been busy spreading the word. Our prediction of closing at 50,000 is not far off (we predicted the end of October or early November).

To answer some of the questions that we get a lot of email about are:

1) Once the membership closes to new members can we, as a member take more new memberships?
A) No, once the 50,000 number has been reached their will no longer be any new memberships for anyone. It will take us about 4-6 weeks to weed out the non-payers and then the program will open for one full month (holiday's excluded) and whatever happens during that month happens. Once a closure date is announced we will either make up the difference for the non-payers, we could fall short of the full 50,000 or we may go way over.
2) Referral fee's. With the heavy rush of new enrollee's, all the people that were hand sorting the referral fee's had to be placed on duties dealing with the new members coming on board. There are still a handful who have paid way back when that we are sorting out. When the new system came on line in mid July, for some unknown reason some were shown as not paid and others were shown as paid that were not paid. We have been working with everyone on an individual basis to get this one all sorted out and we apologize for the inconvenience to many. But we are striving to end this problem as quickly as we can. Our priority is to get the monthly amounts out to you. We DO NOT need to stop that dept. to look for small amounts when the larger payments are priority.

Soon, everyone who is due a payment, will all have an account with us that will show what the balance due you is. That amount will appear on your own individual account that will also include what your account number will be with the new and up coming bank. All funds will then be transferred to the bank and you will have a choice to save your money or withdraw the funds as you see fit.

4) The bank is going to open within the next 30-45 days. Their has been some discussion about allowing all members the opportunity to own part of the bank. The attorneys and accountants are working out a proposal that will enable you, as a paid up member, to be part owner of an offshore bank. No one, has ever heard of any offers allowing anyone, to become part owner of an offshore bank. Once the attorney's and accountants put something together you will be first to know. I am sure many of you can already see the advantages of owning your own share(s) of an offshore bank.

5) CD's. Once we are fully operational, everyone will have the opportunity to purchase CD's at earning rates a little higher than normal. CD's offer risk free earnings.

6) Once you are receiving payments, you can save as much as you would like. You can then use your funds to enter into other programs or opportunities. Example: you are receiving $375.00 a month, in three months you will have $1,125.00, you can use all or the minimum of $1,000.00 to enter our advanced opportunity. Beginning the 25th of this month, all funds will be placed into an account and you and only you will decide if the funds should be paid to you or if you want to save for future rewards. Those who do not take full advantage of our offer of FREE account(s) during the opening stages, will need to pay for the set up fee's later. Once this FREE offer is closed, it will be closed. NO exceptions.

Everything we are doing, has not ever been attempted (that we know of). Your participation and future financial happiness is our goal. Hello to all 23,075 members! I hope you all enJ&Kyed the holiday weekend.

I am leaving for New York on the 6th. and when I return I will have the bank license. Tech support (our ISP), will have full programming on or before November 5, 2000. Mean while, beginning this Friday, we will be able to offer all paid up members a pre-account. You can not make deposits to your account. Once we have the license we can do full banking services.

All accounts, unless requested other wise, will be numbered accounts. All future payments from J&K will be a direct deposit to your account. Full details coming soon.

As you all can see, our growth is hefty to say the least. Our prediction of 50,000 members by the end of October, is right on target.

Keep up the great work members. I wish I could express how I feel about working for J&K and all our great members. Almost every week a new project comes along that looks very exciting. Of course the opening of the bank is real excitement by itself, but there are many others that will earn huge profits within 4-6 months from start up.

ACCOUNTING UPDATE:

There has been some confusion about which department certain questions need to be sent to. IF your question has to do with MONEY COMING IN (i.e. Why don't you show me as paid or the date you paid is incorrect) please send email to [email protected]. If your question has to do with MONEY GOING OUT (i.e. "Why haven't I received a check?) please send to [email protected] Bray, the technical director, has seen that the two divisions do not have the same reports so he has locked the different departments out. Checking cannot mark anybody as paid or change dates. Admin cannot determine how much the checks should be for or when they should be sent. Answers will no longer be answered if email is sent to the wrong department.

No longer can I answer any emails that are directed to the domain of offshoreprofits.nu. So please do not email that address any longer.

Referral checks are going out once again. They are sorted by hand so it will take a little bit for it to be completed. Please hold off on your email, until we a chance to get to everyone. An understanding must be attained as to how easily email can make us totally ineffective in our daily routine. We want to do the right thing for you however when we spend all day answering your questions about so called problems it leaves us little time for us to actually fix anything. We have on staff now, nine people who just answer emails. These same people have other important tasks, like accounting, prepare checks to be sent to you, technical assistance, and various other duties.

Our problem with one member hopefully will be over with once hey send us proof of a bank wire transfer. The three different dates they have provided has not ended in locating their payment. We have requested copies from her bank that the wire was sent and who to contact at their bank. We took 80% of our staff away from their normal duties to help in locating this payment. There conclusion, it never was sent or reached our bank.

Right now transfer of funds via Bank Wire Transfer has become the fastest means to get your account posted. BUT YOU MUST MAKE SURE YOUR BANK SENDS TO THE BANK AS YOUR NAME AND ID # AS THE BENEFICIARY. When a mistake does occur, your bank shows himself or herself as the person sending it.

The approval of the bank is coming very soon. The account will be in Grenada. We have reserved the name LeGrande Internationale Bank, LTD.

Once the bank is open, you as a member of J&K will be offered numbered accounts. Your funds are totally safe as no one can ever attach your funds for any reason. So if you have a business, or assets to protect, please become our member with the bank. Your payments as well due for J&K can get paid on the 25th of every month and referral payments can easily be transferred more frequently. Once ATM cards are approved we will offer you the card. Mean while you can have funds transferred via bank wire for a normal fee.

By days end we will have 17,000+ members. We suspect by months end we will top 20,000. Keep up the good work members. Only you can keep us successful. Once we reach 50,000 members no new applications will be accepted.

For those receiving checks, next week sometime we will have a special program just for you. You will receive a confidential email once this is all set up.

All we ask is for you to be patient with us <do not threaten us>, this is grounds for immediate cancellation of all your benefits and future participation. We have come a long way in 9 months and we are still in our crawling stages of the business.

I have noticed several copy cats that recently opened saying they can give you a return in as little as 4 months. More power to them. But in reviewing their company and program, there are some big holes that can hurt you in the long run. Some are not true offshore companies, and they fall under the jurisdiction of either England or the US. In either case you have no right against search and seizure.

Time flies. It has been 11 days since a new update. This is going to be a long update.

WARNING TO ALL SPAMMERS:
Effective immeadiately, all spammers will be terminated from our program! We have been trying to be understanding and have written many for an explaination and few have answered. Those who have not responded will be cancelled.

We don't know if the person complaining of spam sign on your FFA page or some other open forum where they agree to receive email. If you can't respond to our emails then your no longer going to be in this program.

To all who have a Bulletin Board or Newsgroup that is not monitored!
I have been informed that some one has been placing messages on Newsgroup and signing my name to them. I have NEVER placed any messages in or on any Newsgroup or Bulletin Board. Bad information has been going out and it is causing us to many emails of explaination. If you want to run a forum, it must be with our approval and it must be monitored by you to ensure only proper information is put out to the public. If you run or placed a forum of any type on the web, either change it to be moderated or we will cancel your membership. We are NOT going to let a few people ruin your opportunity. Lets face it, in the real world nothing seems to last forever, but we are going to do our best to let this run as long as we possibly can. We have all seen great opportunities lost simply because of a few. Who loses? Everyone does.

HACKERS BEWARE!
We had someone that tried to hack our system and they attempted to use our email servers to spam people using our domain name. They got a few emails out before they were caught and their local ISP was notified and they shut them off and we cancelled their membership. We will baby sit our machines to ensure your information is totally protected. Unlike the old system, the new systems has many up to date features to protect us from anyone trying to get in without permission.

GOOD NEWS:

We were in New York this past 8 days getting everything ready to set up our very own Bank. We are now about 4-5 weeks away from opening. All paper work has been approved and now it is just a matter of getting hard copies, setting up servers (we will out source to the same company that is our current ISP).

Faxes: Phone Calls: I sure wish I was "SUPERMAN" or even Clark Kent. But I am Not!
Beginning immediately all faxed in orders where you have access and email, will be rejected for processing. You can go on line to your sponsors page and sign up on line. If you do not have on line service, have your sponsor sign you up. With the zillion emails we receive and now with faxes piling up at over 100 a day, our CPU is working fine but our brain is now running red lined. They are adding people as fast as they can to there team weekly to handle the masses of communication received daily. So please be patient on postings of payments on line, and in receiving an email reply.

Well it is late and I just wanted to say hello to each and everyone of you and thank you for the confidence you built within each and everyone of us here. Thank you and my thanks goes out to the support team.....

Congratulations to our support team is in order. Prior to the change over our system was crashing at least 4-5 times a day. The CPU's were red lined, and people were unable to register because of time outs. The old system was poorly written and it gave us all heart attacks.

Now the new system is up and running and on the average one person is registering once every three minutes. We are very-very pleased with the new company that took over our old problems. They have all done an outstanding J&Kb and in the next 7-10 days our accounting will be up to date and we can all be happy once again with life.

Here is an update from our technical department.

The past few weeks have been fast and furious in the technical department. The new server is up and operational, and we have been testing it for days and implementing it tomorrow.

Also as promised the URL to the sites will be changing tomorrow to:
(http://www.offshoremlm.net/?ID=(your ID #) There will be a link at the old URL to the new site so people will have your new URL. This new URL will be much easier to remember and will allow posting at more FFA pages, as many members have requested. Our new server is compatible with WebTV and all versions of AOL as well as more standard browsers. We are quite proud of this new server, not only will there be a lot less down time but the pages will be quicker and security will be tighter. There is extensive security and logging features built in so anybody that tries to hack it will be detected and prosecuted, to the greatest extent.

Even though there has been and will continue to be much testing on the server prior to implementing it in production I would be amazed if there where no issues in the switch over, so expect about 4 hours down time tomorrow, and brief periods (+/- 1 hour) of down time periodically for about a week.

Due to the hundreds and thousands of emails that we receive on a daily basis we have needed to expand or staff. Angel has come on board and will be working on the checks and accounting issues. Also we have a person that will be taking care of the support issues, his name is Sakdee (Dee for short). Also Jesse has come aboard to help with programming, however not many members will not have direct interaction with him. Please be patient with them as they learn the ropes.

In the following months we will be expanding our staff even more to where each member will ultimately have their own personal account representative to aid you. Customer service is NOW and ALWAYS will be a priority for J & K Global Marketing.

There has been a huge surge in our growth. This has also brought about more complaints of SPAM. We are a SPAM free zone, and members who resort to SPAMMING will be dropped from the program.

This is not to say that you should not promote your site or take advantage of the this opportunity, just be ethical about how you do it. Spamming hurts everyone.

Technical Problems:
We were down yesterday for about an hour in the late afternoon. Support will be taking the site down everyday for about 30 minutes to reset the machines and to do preventative maintance. Everyone is in hopes that next week the new program will be up and running.

Hello everyone and a special hello to Mr. Vincent Serrer P. from Killeen, Texas, the winner of our Chevy Suburban. Out of over 11,000 entrants, he is the lucky winner. We would have posted the announcement yesterday but the only phone number we had for him was constantly busy.

Vincent was very happy and surprised that he won. He lost his 12 year old J&Kb on May 9, 2000, and was facing bankruptcy. This will change his life forever is what he said to our director. He elected to take the $25,000.00 cash. Next month our representatives will meet with Vincent and his family to present him with a check (just a formality, we will be actually bank wiring the funds as soon as we receive the transfer information).

Emails over the holiday weekend buried us. I worked on as many emails during my spare time during the holiday. Our director has now implemented a new pay plan for anyone who works on holiday's. Instead of getting time and a half or double time, they will deduct from our pay time and a half for working. The reason is it will hurt the company in the long run as vacations are there for people to relax, rest and to enJ&Ky time with family and friends. With most of our staff experiencing health problems in the past, he doesn't want any one of us to up and become hospitalized again due to stress and being over worked.

Support has figured out a temporay method to get through our emails without worrying about all the viruses we have been receiving. Now we just need to find a way to answer everyone which could take us weeks if at all. We are going to be hiring on more people to assist us, but this will take time.

We are about to reach 10,000 members in the next few days. Congratulations everyone. You are the greatest!

Hello Members, I hope everyone is enJ&Kying their holiday. I am taking a break from my vacation to remind you that we will be having our computer draw one lucky person to win either $25,000.00 or a brand new Chevy Suburban tomorrow and we will announce July 5th. who that lucky winner is!

The sad note is we have been sent many email viruses over the last 3 weeks that email is being deleted to clear the virus. So for the time being we are suspending all email message until our new system is up and running. It will be equipped to handle virus problems. But I am afraid right now we can no longer open emails. Emails to the trustee is still ok, but the only response you get from there is an auto response.

Hi all, I know I said everyone was off till after the 4th. but I came in to add one more update.

Payments:
We have had a few wondering why we had to change the payment rules on referrals. The main reason was to many people took their time in paying us. They waited until the last minute to pay and once we invested the cash, (it takes us 6 months for a return), we would have gone belly up right from the beginning.

So instead of spending all our cash, and closing our doors, we sent everyone at least one payment of the $375.00 or more (if your 3+ referrals paid within a 4 month period). Come September and October, we will be in great cash flow from the investments we made in April and May. One investment we did make will return at least 1,200% monthly. Others will return 200-600% monthly.

So now I am done and am going on my vacation. Thank you all,

Thank you so much for your membership. You have all been so great.

This is our new update page. It will make it easier for us to notify you of what is going on with J&K as it happens.

Scheduled service outages will be listed here. If the servers are down it will be posted here. This domain is on a different server and back bone on the net.

We are proud to hear about all the great comments about J&K in various different web sites. I know we have not been perfect and made mistakes and we did have a lot of outside interference. But with your kind support and patience we got through them all.

Just a few of the emails we have recieved "Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am on how this whole Paritate things was handled. No secrets were kept and you actually volunteered information that wasn't asked for which is unheard of in any other program I've ever been in. Way to go. (can you hear me applauding???). Keep up the good work. YOU are the greatest."
