So I emailed CAI (www.caionline.com) and asked if this Community Management Services, Inc
was indeed a member of theirs. They said

So I emailed again and asked if Community Management Services, Inc is a member with the Northern Ohio chapter of CAI.

And again CAI denied it

I looked up the company again and still I see no membership. They need to give you a
   primary contact and an id number to prove they are members.

   They are alot of Community Management Services Groups listed but none for Ohio.

   Let me know what you find out.

So what did the J&K do? Well they changed their story of course as always when their lies gets busted. They took away the CAI memberships from their post so today (14th of May 2001) it looks like this:

Then we have their fact of being registered with the Ohio Bureau of Workers'
   Compensation (BWC).  I emailed those too. They answered this

   There is also a Community Management Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio who has current
   coverage, but they have a separate policy number than the company located in Lorain,
   Ohio.
