HERE IS HOW IT WORKS You become a member in this program by paying a yearly Membership fee of $375.00. In 6 months we will pay your Rent or Mortgage (up to $1,500.00 a month if you are a qualified Member) directly to your landlord or mortgage company (you designate who and where the money is paid). WHAT IS A QUALIFIED MEMBER? A Qualified Member is one who has referred at least 3 New Members who have registered into this program, by at least four months prior to your pay out. You decide who and where the money is sent. Some people want to help their parents or children and you can designate the payments directly to them, their landlord or mortgage company. My rent payments are $900.00 a month. Do I receive the $600.00 a month difference? Yes, you will receive a check for the $600.00 and the landlord or mortgage company receive the balance (if this is the way you want the cash designated). You can elect to take the full payment and make your own payments. For us to make 2 payments, there is a small accounting fee on the second check. My payments are due on the first to the fifth of each month. Will I get paid in time to make my payments ? All payments are mailed on the 25th of each month, allowing time for the payments to arrive to meet deadlines. Can I refer more than 3 people? Do I earn anything for additional referrals? You are paid a one-time $50.00 referral bonus for every new member who registers with J&K into this program. Plus for each new member over 3 which you refer who register, we will pay you an additional $100.00 per month that the referred Member participates as a Registered Member (on top of your $1,500.00.) Example: Refer 4 new members and your monthly check will be for $1,600.00 monthly. The $50 referral bonuses are paid weekly. Are you going to offer duplicate web pages for this program?
