DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This agreement is between all parties who are paid and non paid MEMBERS hereinafter referred to as MEMBER of J&K Global Marketing Corporation, a Belize Corporation and J&K Global Marketing, LTD, a Granada Corporation, hereinafter referred to as J&K (ops, he forgot also a Colorado US Corporation).

The undersigned individual MEMBER agrees not to disclose to any individual, corporation, company, governmental agencies, entity , incorporation or company employed by any governmental agencies, or any other person or persons without written content from two directors or officers from J&K. The only exception would be if the undersigned were ordered by a court that has proper jurisdiction and signed by a judge in the country of  Granada and Belize. (ops, and US of course).

The undersigned individual MEMBER also attest that he is not working for, employed by, sub-contracting or contracting for or acting as a contact or informant paid for or not by any government agency or any competitive company anywhere in the world.  If the undersigned does work for any governmental agency or competing company and does and does not disclosure his association as such, any and all information obtained by or to them during looking at or viewing any and all web pages connected with J&K and any of their associates, can not be used against anyone, any corporation(s), directors or officers of any companies or corporations in any court of law as the proprietary information was obtained under false pretenses and obtained illegally. (yea right)

MEMBER agree to allow J&K or any of their assignees to track or trace your ISP for security purpose only. MEMBER agrees to allow J&K keep a complete record of your visit while within the secured area of J&K web pages. All suspicious activities or in tracking your ISP the system shows that your ISP is masked or originating from any government facility, your account with J&K will be suspended and you will be personally contacted for details for J&K’s concern, and you will have 30 days to respond. If no response, under oath, is not received your MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED.

MEMBERS agrees never attempt to copy, print or in any other fashion reproduce any of the web pages within the memberships area. Anyone who is found attempting to copy or reproduce any pages (unless so specified on that page, giving permission to copy or print), their membership will be terminated immediately.

MEMBERS agrees to not advertise this program on or in any web page, newspaper, TV or Cable ad,  radio or magazine or any other fashion in print form including unsolicited email. If and when J&K does accept new members it must be in the form of word of mouth only. If the company receives any complaint of spamming, that MEMBER will be immediately banished from J&K.

MEMBERS agrees never to call, write, visit, email or in any other fashion have any contact with any of J&K banks, finance companies, investment or companies J&K has an investment with and if any MEMBER does contact any associate of J&K without written approval from an officer of J&K your MEMBERSHIP will be terminated immediately.

MEMBERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO A MEMBERS ONLY FORUM WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP PAGES. AT NO TIME WILL FOUL LANGUAGE BE  TOLERATED. If foul language or abuse to any of the moderators is used and other MEMBERS complain to the management of J&K, the MEMBER in violation will have their privilege to the forum suspended or in extreme cases your MEMBERSHIP terminated immediately. (NOTE the staff of J&K will determine what constitutes foul language. All decisions are final.)

MEMBER AGREES THAT IF THEIR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, THAT THE MEMBER FORFITS ALL PAST AND FUTURE BENEFITS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE DUE  MEMBER. J&K cannot and will not remove any funds from any of your accounts if you have an account with any bank or banks affiliated with J&K.

MEMBERS will from time to time be requested to fill in online questionnaires.

ALL MEMBERS are aware of the sale of J&K to another offshore company. ALL TRANSACTIONS will continue in the name of J&K Global Marketing. LTD or Corperation. All future payments will be made payable to the new company which will be disclosed at a later time and date. The new company is going to do everything possible to bring J&K back on time and catch up with everything the original J&K company has offered each MEMBER. THE ONLY CHANGE WILL BE THE REFERRAL FEE. The new company attorney’s feel the fee for signing up others could be in violation of  some U.S. laws. Until this aspect is fully investigated, all future referral fees will be suspended. The new company fully intends on keeping within the law of all countries the Members are from. (Why so suddenly eager to follow US laws when stated above that ONLY the laws in Grenada and Belize matters??)

MEMBERS HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF J&K. The new COMPANY is going to live up to the previous agreement with ALL MEMBERS that were signed and paid after 3 weeks of interruption. (3 weeks after what date? When exactly did anyone interrupt J&K?)

If for any reason the undersigned breaches this agreement legal remedies and sanctions will be taken against said individual. Sanctions may include forfeiture of all interests in any or all holdings and business interests in which the undersigned may have partial ownership or interest, loss of any and all past due and future earnings from or of any company, corporation invested or investment(s) that were developed prior to, during and after this agreement. (According to what law in which country? Grenada, Belize or USA?)

J&K has no reporting requirement from the country(s) in which it resides. It will be up to the MEMBER to learn about their own tax laws within their own state or country. J&K is NOT in the tax dodging business. By the laws in Belize and Granada, anyone who gives out any information about anyone’s account without a direct court order from the authorities in those countries, will spend at least 3 years in prison plus fines and other penalties. At no time under no circumstances can we or will we ever provide any private and confidential information about you. If the company were to sell, then all property will change hands and under the same conditions as outlined by law.

At the time of this writing, J&K does not have a definite date as to when they will begin paying. Payments may begin in partial payments and then go to normal and then increase if possible to make up for lost time. As a MEMBER of J&K you will not be provided detailed information as to investments working, made or the stages it is in.

This agreement will be dated today, Wed April 18, 2001 when you click agree below. By clicking I agree below, is saying that you, as the MEMBER, are agreeing to all the terms listed, you have read and understand the agreement as written. If you disagree and cannot live up to this agreement, then click on disagree.

This agreement is made with the understanding that the only country that has jurisdiction in enforcing this membership agreement is in the county if Granada or Belize.
