Castor sent Mr Were a mail and acctually got an answer in the real mail. Castor didnt want to say too much about what Mr Weare said but he sure want us all to feel sorry for Mr Weare. It looks like Castor doesnt understand that most of all in jail are depressed and not happy about their situation. And I think Castor forgotten that a lot of members been more then depressed over all the money Mr Weare stole from them. It also looks like Castor doesnt understand WHY Mr Weare been in jail all this time. My own opinion is that if they would let him out before the trial, Mr Weare would be gone (he have money still hidden) and he probably havent been that cooperative to help the FBI and SEC to recover the money he stole from the members.

Lets hope Castor doesnt fall for Mr Weare's sweet-talk once more, and keep a firm grip to his wallet.

Some of you may be interested in knowing that TODAY.. i received a very LONG snail mail
letter from Ken Weare, aka  Roy Weaver...
Once again, i am the 1st person he has contacted since he was arrested last December of 2002..
 
WHY DID HE WRITE TO ME:
I am the only J&K member to receive a letter from him, BECAUSE i am the ONLY person that
has sent a letter to him since he was arrested almost a year ago...
He gave me permission to give his jail mailing address to J&K members, if i wanted to...
 
PLEASE do NOT ask me for his address if:
You want to tell Roy how much you hate him OR You just want to tell Roy how much money you
lost with J&K... OR you want to tell Roy about your bad experiences with J&K... OR you want to know
when you will get a refund !
AS MAILING HIM ABOUT THOSE THINGS... SERVES NO CONSTRUCTIVE PURPOSE !
 
I'm NOT defending or rationalizing anything he did in regards to J&K !
 
Roy is not having a good time being in jail for almost a year already, & having no idea of how much longer he will be in confinement !
So obviously he has to be very depressed & lonely, when NOBODY sent him a letter at jail in almost a year, EXCEPT me !
 
I very clearly understand that some of you don't care about what Roy's going through or what happens to him, after losing your money with J&K, and feel he is getting exactly what he deserves...
 
I'm NOT defending or rationalizing anything he did in regards to J&K !
 
I still feel sorry for him in his situation, no matter what he did to me or any of you in the past !
I am somewhat convinced that he is sorry for whatever wrongs he did to J&K members !
 
BUT if you are interested in what's going on with the human being named Kenneth Roy Weare, aka: Roy Weaver, or want to cheer him up a little, or give him some encouragement not to be depressed, then post here or e-mail me at the e-mail address below !

HAVE NONE OF THAT INFORMATION...   So i have ABSOLUTELY no capability of

I decided to give you this additional information through this forum, instead of
through my newsletter !
Actually several weeks ago, i had tracked down Roy's jail address on my own &
sent him a letter...  Roy was so thrilled & excited that i had taken the time to
track down his address & send him a letter...
When i got his snail mail letter Friday.. Roy had informed me that i was the 1st
& only
person that has sent him a letter in jail since he was arrested in December
2002....
So Roy sat in jail for almost a year, without getting a single letter or visitor
or contact with the outside world...   So Roy found out when his chips were down
that i was the only person, that was willing to spend the time to research
tracking down how i could send him a letter...
Roy had broken his promise to me that he made in early 2002, that he would
maintain contact with me & give me info to pass on to J&K members... And i
expected & received an explanation from Roy on it in his letter...His
explanation to me is confidental, in light of his pending criminal trial by the
FBI....

I have said all along that i will call it exactly as i see it on J&K and Ken Roy Weare...So here's the FULL scoop by Castor22 !

( PS....Kenneth Roy Weare is his REAL full name....We of course all knew him by his allias of Roy Weaver )

The last time he e-mailed me was on May 31st 2002 !  Almost 4 1/2 months ago !
Ken had promised and assured me that he would MAINTAIN regular contact with me after his almost one year of COMPLETE SILENCE !
I consider that NO CONTACT from him since May 31st 2002 is breaking his PROMISE ! And i am very disappointed that he lied to me about keeping in regular contact and that i would be able to e-mail him anytime i wanted to & get a prompt answer from him... His e-mail address is no longer valid... He also promised to keep me informed on progress with J&K matters... ANOTHER broken promise and lie by Ken Roy Weare !
Ken had convinced me that he DID care about J&K members after he re-established contact with me early in 2002...
Based on my above disclosures...Another lie !
Ken even telephoned me and spoke to me in a 4 hour telephone conversation... Covering everything that had happened since the SEC had shut down J&K in April 2000...
Ken revealed to me that after the SEC shut down J&K .... That the company that had purchased J&K had given it back to him... So Ken is once again the sole owner of J&K...
Ken also faxed me 9 pages of documents that were SUPPOSED to be for a court case he has against Allied General Bank LTD. for lying about Ken attempting to open a bank for us J&K members...
AFTER all this Ken had me completely convinced he was sincere and cared about us after all...
I have spent many hours researching the details in Ken's court case faxes to me.... To my further disappointment i was unable to locate the case number in the court records filed by that country where the case was SUPPOSED to be.... I e-mailed the court registar for that country several times asking for updates on the case... NO ANSWER FROM COURT !
SO i can only reasonably draw the conclusion that the faxes of the court documents that Ken sent me WERE BOGUS documents that he somehow forged or had got someone to forge !
I really wish that i had better news for everyone !

I have personally devoted a lot of my time to my J&K club... I spent many hundreds of hours answering your e-mails way back in the days when J&K was going strong... So i am especially disappointed that it appears that all my time and energy was all for NOTHING !

I will keep my J&K club open and still inform all of you if and when i  have any futher updates on Ken Weare or J&K...  At this point in time i am inclined to believe that the ONLY refunds any of us will ever see are J&K refunds from the SEC case against J&K...  I will notify all of you when and if that takes place as well as give you instructions on how to get the refund and the necessary forms...

Bear in mind that the SEC has NOT released any of the frozen J&K funds yet AND there is NO info from the SEC on if and when this might occur..

The SEC attorney said :   "The SEC was able to prove Weare knew about the court judgment from letters he posted to former clients over the Internet. "

SO the latest SEC court proceedings are a result of those letters that Roy e-mailed to someone who is a J&K member, that passed on Roy's letter.......
GEE... Anyone want to guess who the former J&K client was that Roy sent letters to,
that were published on the internet ???

Very Serious Personal Announcement :

I am going to pretend i'm having a IM chat with all of you...Please bear with me as i will probably not repeat any of this in a future newsletter issue...... At this moment almost all of YOU, my Prosperity For U newsletter subscribers are also J&K members.... We have ALL been in J&K for as long as three years now... I have gotten to know a lot of you on a personal level to some extent.... After i officially launch my domain website, i expect to have many thousands of new Prosperity For U newsletter subscribers... SO at that time you, my J&K subscribers, will become a small minority of my overall subscribers... Plus i won't personally know them like i know many of YOU...
So this is close to my last chance to almost EXCLUSIVELY address you my J&K subscribers, of which i regard many of you as my friends...

I didn't make any money with J&K... I have lost around $5000.00 on different HYIP's in  the past few years... I lost $25,000.00 cash in the US real world stock markets less than 4 years ago, which completely wiped me out cash and asset wise..... 99% of all HYIP's either rip you off or else they go down because of  some government agency...  My financial situation has been so bad i have been worried about ending up homeless....

I don't mind working hard for the financial prosperity that i can achieve in on-line marketing...  You can actually do it with only a CONSISTANT part time effort...

I am through chasing HYIP's that offer me INSTANT wealth BUT almost never come through, plus i don't have any money left to put into any HYIP's.... HYIP's are like waiting to hit the LOTTO !  Don't hold your breathe !
On-line marketing includes selling a product or products, builiding a business around one or more of the legitimate MLM programs out there, selling a service or different services... The opportunities are un-limited in on-line marketing...

Knowing that many of you lost money on J&K and other HYIP's.... THAT'S WHY I STARTED THIS NEWSLETTER.... I even paid almost $100.00 for software to send you this newsletter...I just wanted to see some of you join me in achieving success in on-line marketing.... Sending to lists like that will ONLY result in your internet service provider shutting off your internet service...  Continued violations result in getting BLACKLISTED on the entire internet...

You need to learn many other things to be successful... The problem is most people are NOT willing to spend the time necessary to acually achieve success... Any of you that are LAZY or want something for NOTHING should NOT consider FINANCIAL FREEDOM achieved through on-line marketing...

ANY of you that are willing to spend the time to learn what you need to learn to be successful, are welcome to ride my train to FINANCIAL FREEDOM... It's up to each of you ! I can help any of you that want to learn and will invest the time necessary to learn...

Funny thing is :  My referrals who have NOT gotten any referrals of their own... NEVER E-MAIL ME with any questions... If they know so much about promoting their opportunity then how come they got NO referrals of their own ???

I got classified ads websites that will promote your opps on 100,000 different websites, yet almost NOBODY subscribed to this newsletter is posting any ads on my classified sites, prior to my domain launch ??
After i launch my domain people from all over the internet will be rushing to my domain to promote their products and opps... I was just giving my newsletter subscribers a pre-launch opportunity to benefit from my classifieds domain....

Ist... THE SEC IS NOT GIVING OUT REFUNDS as your post suggests...
2nd...WHEN & IF refunds DO become available, you will NOT get your refund directly from the SEC...
3rd....REFUNDS if & when they occur will be through a COURT APPOINTED RECEIVER..
The court has NOT appointed any such receiver at this time...
4th....The SEC recently stated that any POSSIBLE FUTURE refunds can NOT occur until the SEC or some other government agency gets the FOREIGN BANKS where the funds are frozen to release these J&K funds to the COURT...

SO ANY POSSIBLE REFUNDS ARE NOT LIKELY TO BE IN THE NEAR FUTURE... Even then you might only receive as little as 10 cents on the dollar.... FULL refunds are EXTREMELY un-likely...
