ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDING OFFERS :
Some students may face a situation where they have multiple funding offers , and the universities require you to accept all offers by April mid . Note that , U can accept only one offer of funding . If say , u have accepted a funding offer, and now u got another funding offer from a better university . CHILL IT. NO PROBS. U just request the former university to give u relieving letter so that u can accept the new offer . U CANNOT ACCEPT MORE THAN ONE FUNDING OFFER.
ANOTHER ECCENTRIC CASE:
Another Case is for students who have an RA/TA offer and they again get another offer .
Before u go ahead read the article on ASSISTANTSHIPS/FINANCIAL AID , and then read through .
U have to consult with the professor who has offered u an RA , and then decide on whether u want to accept the other one . If the TA pays more , then consult with the RA offering prof , whether he will expect u to work more than a scheduled time . If he would expect u to work more , then Gentleman!!(and ofcourse , Women of the gentler version:) , u have the option of accepting only one offer and , obviously u should accept the higher paying one , or if the RA field matches ur field of interest , u can accept that even if it pays u less.
