2nd Generation Brings Power & Refinement
The 2nd wave of video game consoles offered advances in both graphics and
sound over their earlier counterparts, including the use of vector-based
graphics and a built-in screen for the Vectrex. The Intellivision would
last 10 years in production with roughly 125 game titles by the time it was
dropped.
