ColecoVision Expansion Module #3
The ColecoVision Expansion Module #3 is an add-on that turns the
ColecoVision game console into a Coleco ADAM computer system. It consists of
a Memory Console, keyboard, and ADAM printer. There are a few differences
between the #3 Memory Console and the normal ADAM Memory Console, mainly the
fact that the #3 lacks the cartridge port and reset switch the ADAM's has
since the port is already present on the ColecoVision. There is also an
expansion port on the rear of the #3 which the ADAM lacks, as this is where
it plugs up to the ColecoVision. Otherwise they are very similar in appearance
and capabilities.
