!Robert Stuart bought land from Coleman Zoderman Brown 15 Oct 1767 in Culpeper County 1200 acres Robert Stewart and John Hobson Jt Tenancy, John Hobson died without issue and his portion was bought by Robert Stewart.

!15 Oct 1767 he gives 250 acres to Nancy (his daughter) and her husband Joseph Strother. 15 Oct 1767 he gives his son Robert Jr. and wife 351 acres (this land he sells to Benjamin Pulliam 18 May 1770 when he moves to Sullavan Co., No. Carolina.

!In September 1773 he gives land to Lucy and Benjamin Pulliam to take care of
them in their old age. This is land on which Robert and wife Mary are living.

!Robert lived in Brumfield Parish. First Spotsylvania, then Orange, then
Culpeper Co., Virginia.
