The Harrison relatives called him "Taily". Battaile Harrison married Frances White. His will was proved October 7, 1776. The children on Battaile and Frances were:

3. Richard married Susannah Lee. He was the Major Richard Harrison in the Revolutionary War-- a man of measns, many slaves, and choice land.
4. William married and moved to Tennessee.
5. Frances married Richard Lee.
6. Elizabeth married William Tinsley.
