The Road to the Final Four as predicted by j_fencsak

FDU defeats Illinois, Texas, Boston College, and Oklahoma State to advance to the finals against West Virginia, who will defeat Creighton, Wake Forest, Gonzaga, and last year's champion Uconn. Given the surprise of West Virginia into the tournament I bet that they will win the championship game in St. Louis. It's Mrs. Erd's son's old college against Jamie and Dan Froemel's current college in a fight to the finish. The final score? WVU 96, FDU 93 in double overtime. It would be the Mountaineers' first win of a major NCAA b-ball game ever and the first time that they would play in such a game since 1959, when they lost against California, whose coach, Pete Newell, won the championship (he would be later inducted into the Pro Basketball Hall of Fame nearly two decades after that game). If WVU wins, then I'll tell my friend Mary that her friend's team won!
