The Championship Games

Now it comes down to four: Two big NFC teams vs. two big AFC teams. Pittsburgh against New England, Atlanta vs. Philadelphia. Whoever wins both games goes to the big game: Super Bowl XXXIX in Jacksonville, Fla.

Here's my prediction for these games: In the NFC game, Philadelphia wins by a score of 47-24, advancing to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1981, when they faced off and lost against the Oakland Raiders. In the AFC game, Pittsburgh will win this one by a score of 34-21, advancing to the Super Bowl for the first time since the late 1970's, when they won several Super Bowls during that time period.

On Super Bowl Sunday, the Eagles will win by a score of 46-29, making them Super Bowl Champions for the first time in their history. I hope they win.
