Gate City, Va. - Deana Rebecca Darnell, 93, Gate City, Va. died Monday (Oct. 21, 1991) at Indian Path Medical Center. Born in Scott County, Va., she was a homemaker and a member of Clinchport Freewill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earley C. Darnell, her parents, George and Almorie Darnell.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Lou Estep, Dungannon, Va., and Miss Devella Darnell, Gate City, Va.; five sons, the Rev. Walker Darnell, and Billy Ray Darnell, both of Kingsport, David A. Darnell, Nickelsville, Va., Earley C. Darnell, Jr., Wabash, Ind., and Hudson H. Darnell, Dungannon, Va.; 30 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
