A New
John D. Turner 2003

Fresh dew glistens on golden grass Spring has finally come at last Dreary days of winter gone Summer here before too long

Today the day the Earth reborn A promise long ago foresworn Once again young love takes flight Passion tempest with all its might

Tomorrow is but a dream away But hold on tightly to today Live each moment brash and bold No one knows what the future holds

Melody
John D. Turner 2003

Life has lost its melody Without it there's no harmony Sympathy its own discord Restless hopeless often bored

Excitement is found in hate Another child seals his fate Needle pipe smoking gun Life lost in search of fun

Power and wealth held by few Secretly decide just what to do Suggest to stop this tragedy Give life back its melody
