* Extensive updates of IRC (ArachneChat) code, per Werner.
* Restored "I" key functionality to 'Inbox', changed 'IRC'
  hotkey to "Alt-I".
* Updates for NNTP (newsgroup) code, per Werner.
* Defined macro identifiers for Alt and Ctl key combinations,
  replacing numerical key values, for code clarity.
* Rebuilt with revised allocation of DGROUP segment for more
  optimal memory usage (using wattcplg.lib supplied by Udo).
* Some code tidy-up.
