| If any rabbits are purchased without buyer first having read this policy, we are not liable / accountable for that. We've had many happy buyers in the past (as well as currently), but this policy is to protect us and you. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve any rabbit(s) for longer than one week. After that has been rec'd, we will only continue to reserve said rabbit for 2wks (unless prior arrangements have been made). If buyer does not follow thru with agreement made, no refunds will be given, and the rabbit(s) will be re-listed for sale to the next interested buyer... no replacements will be offered either. (placing deposit on rabbits only means that we are holding it under an agreement, not that it is the buyers property - until it has been paid in full and picked up). We do not ship our rabbits. It is buyers full responsebility to pick up the rabbits when/where agreed to do so. If a 3rd party becomes involved, it is also buyers responsebility to cover any/all charges or fee's requested by that person. We do not accept personal checks as payment. Payment must be in form of cash, money order, or certified check. We reserve all rights to stop/cancel a sale at any time and or any reason. If *we* cancel the sale after a deposit has been made, this is the only time a refund will be given. We reserve all rights to change prices according to age, developement, and breeding status. We do not "guarantee" show placements or breeding abilities. Any rabbit we sell as brood or show quality only means that in our personal opinions, this is what that particular animal is better suited for. Once the rabbit leaves our possession, we are no longer liable for it. Make sure that you (as the buyer) fully check the animal over from top to bottom at the time it is picked up. If we agree to sell on a promise that we get a baby from that rabbit, or that it is to be offered back to us first if it is re-sold, we fully expect our wishes to be carried out. No changes may be made to any pedigree or tattoo on any rabbit that we sell (other than those allowed by the ARBA regulations). If we find out information has been in any way altered/changed, we will file charges against the guilty party with the ARBA. Any rabbits sold with pedigree are sold with the understandings that if it is resold, gifted, or traded as a pedigreed animal, the original pedigree given must accompany that rabbit when it leaves your possession. We reserve all rights to change, add to, or modify this policy at any time we feel the need to do so. THANKS.... J D Rabbitry |
