The MIRT may be sent to J&B Emergency Lighting Inc. for return or exchange,
in accordance with all requirements stated in the product’s written warranty.
Per the warranty information acceptance of the Return or Exchange is at the exclusive option and discretion of the manufacturer.
In addition, a Return or Exchange must be initiated by the end-user customer of the product.
Must have a RA # (Return Authorization number) or receiving department will reject package.
