| JATP Volunteer Training Sessions Scheduled Journey Adult Tutorial Program (JATP) will be holding a series of three more training sessions for volunteer tutors. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including: How to Teach Adults Literacy Training GED Preparation Evaluation and Record Keeping These sessions are mandatory for all JATP volunteers. The sessions will be held on the third Monday of the month, during the months of June, July, and August, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The dates are: Monday, June 21st Monday, July 19th Monday, August 16th. If you are registered as a volunteer and cannot attend one or all of the sessions, please contact the program administrator. | JATP GED Classes Planned for September JATP is planning to begin its first GED preparation class on Monday, September 13, 2004 at 7:00pm. Classes will be held each Monday from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Students enrolled in the program are required to attend the one two-hour session each week. Classes will be held at Journey (formerly Beth-El Christian Fellowship) at 418 South Windsor Street in South Royalton, Vermont. For directions or more information, please call the number above.
