A few people have commented that
they don't know who this character is, so here is a brief lowdown.
Iria
is the title character of a Japanese animation:
Iria -Zeiram the Animation
To put it bluntly
she is Japan's answer to La Femme Nikita
She
is also featured in two live action movies and a video game for the Japanese market.
While
the anime series Iria was not a hugely popular one, its creator Masakazu
Katsura is a very famous Japanese illustrator renowned for producing stunning
and cute anime characters. His design for the character Iria was so attractive
that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to be the first to transfer her faithfully
from 2D into 3D.
Another
complaint made by people who download and watch The Hunter is that they cannot
understand how this cute little girl can take on the notoriously professional
Lara Croft character.
Just
watching the opening sequence of the first Iria episode answers that. I couldn't
resist asking the question: what would happen if she went up against Lara?
