No excuses

This page is going to examine a "no excuses" philosophy.

    A no excuses philosophy is one in which no excuses are accepted. Either an action is done or it isn't, that's all that matters. This can be a very empowering philosophy. It has already been adopted by a lot of successful people in the past. In fact, I believe that success only comes when no excuses are accepted. When somebody wants to do something, there is a certain path that needs to be taken, otherwise, the goal will not be reached. I would like to list on this page links to articles about no excuses being accepted, and success following. I would also like to brainstorm examples in the real world where no excuses are accepted and acheivement is made.
     A person is only limited by how creative they allow themselves to be. If a person is to adopt a no excuses philosophy, creativity is an essential foundation of it. If you cannot find a way to do something, you must create a way in which it is possible to do it. In other words, you've got to make things happen. You create things. Here is one example: When the city of Cleveland decided in the early 80's that they wanted to have a university, the common excuse as to why the city couldn't create one was because there simply wasn't enough room in the city to build a university. After all, universities take up a lot of space. However, when there is not a lot of land available, you create land by building upwards, and that's exactly what was done. The CSU building is one of the more noticeable in the Cleveland skyline. Other large cities like New York and Chicago have done the same thing long before Cleveland has by building universities upwards instead of outwards. These cities would not have had universities of they had limited their options by making excuses.
     Options are created when no excuses are accepted.
