**DRINK YOUR WATER!!!! Yeah it tastes bland but after
    awhile it gets easier.

**MOVE!!!! No matter if it is a small walk or hitting the gym
                    for a weight lifting session, move your body!!! 

**Eat sensibly. No junk, no empty calories...A protein and a
                         fibrous veggie at each meal.

**Eat every 2-3 hours. It will keep your blood levels in check
                                    and hunger under control.

**Don't be aftaid to eat. You have to fuel your body.
