You can tackle this scenario in a couple of ways, but the easiest is to charge for the two Fighters. Send one person north (and make sure they grab the Megingyors as well - it's very useful later), and another east. Try and keep your distance from Goldry, as his horsemen will run through your soldiers.

Claret will head east, and Alfred east and then south. Claret's escaping, and as soon as she does so, Alfred will wish to join you - at which point you get to control his pikemen. This is critical - you can now take on Goldry with your pikemen, whilst Sigma and Lambda take care of the Fighters.
