Fall
photo

I love fall.  It's so pretty, and just downright gorgeous.  I love summer, don't get me wrong, but fall is just a deep, cleansing breath that goes,

ahhhhhhhhh........

The air is just starting to cool down, the nights are getting crisp, and the trees are so pretty.  I love it.  But then winter comes, and everything bleak and gray, and you get those nasty headaches...  That's why I love the New England area so much.  Like in the Witch of Blackbird Pond?  I would have loved to be Kit.  She was so lucky.  What a simple life!!!!

So, there you have it folks, I love fall.  And get this, I love Halloween too.  Even though it was invented for the candy companies (or was that Valentine's day?)  it's still right up there with Christmas.  Where else can you walk around in the dark in a costume?!?  LOL  Seriuosly though, in Salem MA, it's a huge deal.  I have always wanted to visit Salem.  I will.  Soemday.

Hi! I think I'm going to the one on North Rio Grande Street in Salt Lake City. Do you live in SLC? Maybe I'll see you there!! That would be way cool. :)

If all you want to use your website for is blogging, try blogspot! (www.blogger.com) Personally I think it's easiest of all the blog hosts to use.

Hey Mads!
I read Witch of Blackbird Pond, but I didn't like it that much. How did you like it? I don't think I liked it because we had to read it in school. Anyway, I completely agree with you about Halloween! I love it and it is one of my favorite holidays. Everyone says the candy compaties invented it, but that's not true. I'm not sure of the whole history, but I know in Old England, once a year, people would dress up in costumes to ward off evil spirits. I'm not really sure of the whole story, so you might want to look it up!
